I was looking for a longer but lighter jacket for winter- this should work just fine. Have not had the chance to test it out yet- thankfully it's summer!

This jacket is amazing! I was worried when it arrived that it would be too thin/flimsy for my needs. But it is surprisingly warm, especially if you are actively moving, and the water resistance and hood make it so functional. Love the silver moon color, which is basically white.

For me, this is the go-to coat for most days spent in and out of the car, store, etc. It is lightweight, warm but not stifling, roomy enough for wearing a sweater underneath, DOES NOT MAKE A LOT OF CRINKLE NOISE (so I can leave it on in church!). It is not the coat I chose on a very cold day, but most months winters are mild in NJ. Great for me!

Love the color. Light weight but warm and the hood keeps the rain off. Ordered XL and can fit several layers under it for extra cold days. Good length. Seems well made. My go to puffer for colder spring days.

It's very well made and it's warm and cozy. Perfect for medium-cold days in Kansas.

I got a pm in navy. The fleece-lined inside is soft and substantial. The coat is medium weight and keeps me warm in 20s-30s temperatures. PM is roomy for a118-120 lb athletice petite and layering (normally ps/pm/xs/s). The double zipper is a cool feature to open up the bottom part if needed. Overall, a nice length and a well-built design. If I were to change one thing, I would prefer snap buttons on a flap with a regular zipper to achieve the same purpose of not restricting the bottom. Becasue the double zipper requires more attention in adjusting the other side when zipping.

Fabulous winter jacket that is lightweight but keeps you warm even on windy cold days.

This light and cute coat surprised me by how warm it was on a recent trip to the Pacific Northwest coastline! It seems a little big, but ideal for a heavy sweater underneath. Yay for one more awesome LL Bean coat!

This is the second one I have purchased. It is comfortable and does the job. I always go up one size ( from a M to an L) to allow for heavy sweaters and such underneath.

My daughter suggested this coat, and it's been one of my favorite purchases from LL Bean. It's warm, yet soft and not bulky. It's stylish and can be worn casually and for nice occasions. I'm so glad I took her advice! I love LL Bean clothing, and I'm never disappointed.

I have been wearing this coat since I purchased it. Love the coverage/length and light weight. Keeps me warm but not in extremely cold weather like below 30. Also I am enjoying the different color. don't know the name but it's a cranberry/mullberry color.

I went in looking for a packable down, which I tried on, but ended up falling in love with this coat instead! It's so comfortable and breathable. I love that I can go out in the morning when it's in the 20s and still be comfortable in the afternoon when it's in the low 50s. I even got caught in a snow squall and still returned home warm and dry! This coat has great versatility and range! My usual size is a medium and that fits perfectly in this coat!

This coat is warm (even at 10 degrees), and light enough not to tire one out wearing it while walking each day. I had a 25+ year old coat that was just as warm, but was now too heavy for me as I get into my 80's, so I traded it in for this wonderful new one.

Purchased this for my high school student who does not always want to wear a coat and when she does, does not want to wear a bulky coat. She has to carry it all day at school. She is wearing and carrying it = success! We are in Michigan and have extremely cold temps at times. This is a lighter weight coat. I don't think this coat will do if she needs protection for long periods in the bitter winter cold, but it works well for milder winter temps, car rides, etc.

Cozy and covers nicely, looks good and is slimming. It's comfortable as well. I like how it zips from the top and bottom. Great product.
