I love this coat! Over the last few years, it seems that LLBean has changed its manufacturing and the sizes are smaller than before. Knowing that, I ordered a large and it's perfect with layers under. I recently moved to NH from CA and have purchased several items for the cold climate - this coat is great for walks and it washes beautifully.

This has proven to be the coat I pull out of the closet to wear most often. It is just so easy and comfortable to wear. I need to layer up below 50 but I do get cold more easily than most. There is plenty of room to layer for me at 5'6, 150 pounds in a Large. If you are not sure which size, be aware that the cut is not that generous in the hips but plenty generous up top. The zipper is strong and the two front pockets are really deep and they do zip up. The fleece layer in the body is a short smooth fleece that slides over you clothes pretty well, and the sleeves just have a silky lining. Not bulky, won't make you look fat.

The coat is wonderful. I bought a full on winter coat but wanted something for those days I was running errands and not so bulky to get in and out of the car. I am a Large size 16 but bigger on top. I initially bought an XL.size It was to tight. So I bout a XXL I thought I would look like a tent but it is a great coat. Last weekend in the snow storm 1/29/22 I didn't even pull out the big coat. Light warm and cozy

Great lightweight coat but still very warm! Everyone loves the color too (I normally prefer more neutral but just love this robin egg blue!) This is a great coat, you won't be disappointed.

Fits well an keeps me warm. Matches everything an other people have said they like my jacket as well.

Really happy with this coat. Lightweight but very warm. It's my go-to coat for most winter days. However, I'd still wear my heavier coat on days with wind chills under 30F

I love that the sleeve lining lets heavy knit sweaters slide in without riding up my arms. The fit and color are just what i ordered.

Warm and comfortable coat without the bulk. I tried the Primaloft coat without the fleece lining and it did not feel as warm as this one. I'm really happy with my purchase.

I purchased for myself with a 10% promotion. When it arrived, I loved the pine color immediately and knew this was a great addition to my wardrobe. I'm able to wear 2 thin layers underneath and I love how it still cinches at the waist a little bit. I had 2 thin layers under this coat today for errands and it was windy and cold about 20-25 degrees and I was very comfortable. I wasn't out for long periods so I don't think this can be my main winter jacket if I'll be outside for long periods since I live in a very cold climate but this will be a fantastic transitional jacket from fall to winter and into spring. Love the zippers on the pockets and the two zippers on the main opening. I've had no issues with the zippers. Really pleased with the jacket and appreciate the green color rather than my typical black jacket.

I bought this coat for the lightweight warmth, the lack of bulk. Love the hood and the pockets are nicely placed. I would normally buy a Petite size but opted for the Regular to be able to wear a sweater without it being tight. Very happy with my purchase.

I bought this fleece lined coat for my wife and she loves it. Warm, great fit and just what she needed for the winter months!

I'm 5' tall and wide in shoulders/larger arms and slim hipped. Finding a coat that fits well in both shoulder/arms and not too big in the body is difficult. I ordered this coat in PXL in black. It fits perfectly and looks slimming. Nice style and I'm thrilled. I'm 5' tall weigh 165
