I really like this coat! I had been looking for a warm, heavy coat and when I saw this one in the catalog I really liked the looks of it. I ordered a size medium which is what I normally wear, but with a thick sweater on it was a little tight. I returned the medium coat without any hassle and asked to exchange it for the large. I received the large very quickly and it fits perfectly!!! I really like it and look forward to wearing it on really cold days!!

This stylish jacket is very flattering on any figure. With a light under sweater or sweat jacket, one can wear it on the coldest of days. I love it!

I really like this coat. Not the warmest, but perfect for a seaside stroll on a cool evening in CA (mid 40s). Comfortable, fits true to size, and I love the soft spa blue color of the one I bought.

This coat is lightweight, warm & attractive. It has a hood which isn't heavy but warm. I didn't think I'd like it this much but it's great!

I bought this for my wife and she loves it. The Primaloft insulation and fleece lining make it very warm without the bulk and "puffiness" of down. FWIW she says it's warmer than her Winter Warmer coat that this new coat replaces. Also she's 5'2" & 95# and the Petite X-Small fits perfectly with room to layer a sweater or sweatshirt underneath.

That coat is really cozy.It was very popular when Winter started.

Love my new coat. The fit and the cut are exactly correct for my needs. I especially like the top down, bottom up zipper as it makes it comfortable to sit in, and the zipped pockets are a nice feature. It is warm but not too hot, the fleece inside is a nice touch and allows a lighter weight blouse or tee to be worn and still be warm and toasty. I recommend this coat.

I love it! I sized up based upon other reviews and happy I did. I certainly could have gone with my normal size in small but I've worn this coat with two layers (LL Bean scotch plaid flannel hoodie + a thermal shirt) underneath and it fits perfectly. I'm 5'7" 135lbs for reference. I'm in the Northeast and it keeps me warm walking our dog in 40ish weather with said layers. I purchased the carbon navy color.

This coat is warm for the cold weather. It is also light weight making it easy getting in and out of car.

I bought this for my mom who needed a new coat for Christmas. It's lightweight but very warm and the length was great for her. She was super excited about it and loved the Mineral Blue color. This coat is a no-brainer if you need a gift for a loved one.

Love the trim fit. Warm comfortable coat. Like the extra length. Love the double zip so when you sit down you can open from bottom without having to take off coat! Definitely recommend it.

I love this coat! Over the last few years, it seems that LLBean has changed its manufacturing and the sizes are smaller than before. Knowing that, I ordered a large and it's perfect with layers under. I recently moved to NH from CA and have purchased several items for the cold climate - this coat is great for walks and it washes beautifully.

This has proven to be the coat I pull out of the closet to wear most often. It is just so easy and comfortable to wear. I need to layer up below 50 but I do get cold more easily than most. There is plenty of room to layer for me at 5'6, 150 pounds in a Large. If you are not sure which size, be aware that the cut is not that generous in the hips but plenty generous up top. The zipper is strong and the two front pockets are really deep and they do zip up. The fleece layer in the body is a short smooth fleece that slides over you clothes pretty well, and the sleeves just have a silky lining. Not bulky, won't make you look fat.
