I've been wearing it for a week now, it's warm and nice looking but it is a little stiff. Perhaps with a few washings it will soften.

Perfect coat for Texas winter. Great for dog walks by the lake when its windy and 40 degrees, I wore it everywhere for a month, now Ill bring it to Maine when I visit in early Spring.

This is a very nice wind resistant jacket. It is not wind proof. If it came in other colors without the "contrasting" patch I would probably buy another.

Great purple color. Soft fabric but not much stretch. It has a slim fit in the waist and arms. A lot of great pocket!

Ordered for wife but didn't understand Petite vs Regular so now she has to roll her sleeves up. Bummer as I used my discount and return shipping is a bit much. It would be helpful if I could do an exchange without the hassle/cost!

Comfortable and warm when worn, wind proof, smart looking to wear, has high collar to keep warm and packets with zipper. Love it!

I'm usually a S but the S is too big (baggy, long). I ordered the XS and it's too small. I could not wear anything but a light layer under it. I consider myself pretty standard size S so I hope this helps other buyers. I'm 5'7, 140 lbs.

Too long for me without the double zippers, also slightly fitted, so it's snug against the middle. Returned.

Nicely made, soft & comfortable , good quality as most LLBean products but runs quite small.

I have two of these, and love them. The only critique would be that the fit is
quite boxy. The fabric is a little stiff, but tolerable, because that is what does
the job then it comes to the warmth, windbreak and has some rain protection.
Will take those qualities any day, over any critical comments. After searching high and wide for a jacket that is lined, fleece, longer, and fights wind, rain and cold, my suggestion to LLBean is the following: Consider creating a longer Women's Mountain Classic
Windproof Fleece Jacket, much like the longer version of your current fleece longer jacket.
Women require many different jackets in our wardrobe; different colors, styles, fabric choices, whether you are in the barn, at the beach, or downtown, must have suitable clothing. Thank you for considering this option.

I usually wear a petite Large (140 lbs) in most of my clothing purchases from LLB. The jacket fit well, sleeves and jacket a good length although a bit snug around the hip area when fully zippered. Going up a size would have been too large.

It's a beautiful jacket. Well made. Unfortunately the sleeves are too long so l will be returning it.

Pros: Love the navy color...deep, rich blue. Nice fit for petites. I always struggle with sleeves too long and this jacket is perfect. Good sized pockets and expandable bottom.
Cons: A little on the heavy side. I like my fleece jackets lighter for layering.

Very good quality but wish it was a little roomier. I like to wear turtlenecks under and it seems a little more snug than I would have liked

I bought this and returned for a smaller size. Although I was excited for this to come in, I ultimately decided to return this because it felt too stiff and rigid for me personally.

Jacket is great in keeping out the wind but difficult to get on and off if you layer it with a sweater needs a lining

This jacket is a little " stiff" and I sized up based on reviews which was a great move!
So I always wear either small or med( if I want to layer) but I ordered a large this time and fits like a small medium! Esp the sleeves these days very narrow arms- makes layering difficult! And I know I'm not growing- but jackets are very short these days
This one in large allows to hit just below belt/or top of jeans! Has I bought my usual size- it would have been cropped and tight arm sleeves!
The color matches my new hiking boots as well. Pretty salmon color! Wish was a little differ ( assume that's the water bottles ?) hoping it's wind proof as well!!

Jacket is a bit crunchy, for lack of a better word. It's soft to the touch, but when wearing it, it feels as if there's cardboard woven into the fabric somehow. For the price, I'd expect something better.

It's a nice jacket, it's windproof even after washing but I didn't put in dryer. It was a bit softer after washing but windproof material isn't as soft as a fleece. I wear it in MI spring and it keeps me comfortable. It has deep pockets so my phone is safe!

Petite Large, is a bit big on me but worth it for sale price & color. A petite medium would have been ideal. The adjustable hem is excellent and the feel of fabric and ease of movement are great! Nice pockets for everything you need while dog walking. A perfect in between the sweater fleece and the air light quarter snaps. Easily layering underneath and it really does keep up to 15-20mph winds at bay! A definite go to jacket.

I bought this to replace the wind block fleece jacket I bought many years ago. While it keeps the wind out, it lets the cold in. Still, it's a comfy jacket for when it's cool but not cold out.

I have this jacket in two colors - I will say the cream colored one fits a little more snug than the dusty rose colored jacket. But other than that, it's a nice jacket that is true to size and is warmer than it seems like it will be.

I wear this jacket with a down vest underneath. Keeps me toasty warm and the jacket really blocks the wind. I only wish it came in a car coat length.
