I ordered these around Christmas but it was back ordered until February. Just received it and the pants are really nice and soft but a full size or 2 smaller than normal. I have lots of LLBean pants in various styles in 2X and they all fit great but these are more like an XL. Will have to return

No stretch in these sweat pants at all. It's like wearing a straight jacket. Washes well. (In the past I'd bought these in a medium. They are roomy and stretchy.) thus I bought a small this time. Very sorry I did. When my legs swell up sweats get tight on them. I got red pair. And by no stretch I mean no stretch in any direction of the fabric. Sorry I bought them.

Too small in the hips and rear even though it was the same size as I wear in other LLBean sweats

I bought a pair in XL Petite and they were big and baggy. So I thought I would order a second pair in L Petite. When they arrived they were tighter but doable. Then I washed them in cold water and dried on low. They became skin tight. I wear L Petite in Perfect Fit pants so I was perplexed.

I hate to pile on the bandwagon of "the quality has declined," but the quality has declined, compared to the sweatpants I bought previously.

I am so disappointed in these sweat pants. I live in sweat pants 6 months of the year and these are some of the worst that I have purchased. I wear a petite size 6. The legs are very wide and unflattering. The waist is large. I think the next smaller size would be too tight for my taste. The fabric is thinner than many sweats so may not be as warm. Far too expensive.

They fit nicely, but I really don't like the color

I bought these in 3 colors and two different style leg openings Man, these run small. And SHORT!! The other pants I wanted were sold out online so thought I'd get these to go with the crewnexk sweatshirts butnoooooo these are waaayyy too small and wayyyy too short for a regular person. It's cold and I want my ankles to be covered! And the rise is also way too short. I feel like maybe they made a mistake and put regular labels on petite clothing! Oh- and they shrink super bad when washed too! Only reason for two starts is the material. It's soft and thick and warmbut doesn't matter if you cannot wear them!

The waist is too tight otherwise ok would not recommend these pants

1912 sweatpants unfortunately are styled for a curvy fit rather than straight which don't suit me. Material is soft and cozy as always. Like that sizing has Petite length.

I love love these sweats but they shrink too much! I have 3 pairs of these sweats and if I knew they'd keep shrinking in the length I would have passed. My normal inseam is 28.5 to 29. I fully expected these to be like any other sweats that shrink once and fit perfect until they die. Washing in cold and medium heat dry on the first wash informed me that they shrink in length only. I have been very careful to cold wash and drip dry since and they still keep shrinking. If I wanted high waters I would have bought the banded botom sweats or capris. I'm wondering if the knit is sewn in the wrong direction or something. Sweat pants should be easy to wash and wear, not delicate like a sweater. I do not recommend these.

I returned these sweatpants as they were a big disappointment. I have a similar pair that I purchased several years ago and thought these would be the same. My original pair are 100% cotton. The "new pair" were part cotton and polyester. I do not like sweats made with that fabric as they are not as warm.

These pants are a nice fabric but it kind of stops there. I ordered a large and new they would be big. I DID NOT KNOW THERE WAS NO ELASTIC in the waistband. So I pretty much hate them because I am tying the cord in the waist ALL DAY. Yes, they are large and I knew it but was having a procedure that said "wear loose clothes". I would NOT order these again.

When I received them they were just hitting at my ankles. After washing and drying, following the instructions they have shrunk about 4". I'm hoping to return these. They look ridiculous

These sweatpants are so soft, and do run a bit large. I wanted to love them but they shrunk 2" in length after the first wash so I returned them.

These are extremely comfortable but we're very short and when washed and dried according to label directions they shortened even further. Was not expecting capri sweatpants. I'm 5'2" so not exactly tall but these are much too short.

Didn't fit true for shorter women. Comfort was nice but sizing is an issue, at least with the medium.

I found the fit was not right for me as I have narrow hips. Plus the pockets didn't lay smoothly and closely so the margins seemed to "stick out" just a bit

The color was good but the fit was too tight. I found these sweats without the back pockets made cheaply. This is the second time 1912 did not fit well. I returned and kept the back pocket sweats.

Love the color, but pants are a fuller cut than description and fabric stretches out very quickly resulting in a baggy look. Extra Small was not available and I don't know if it would have made a difference since fabric stretches within a very short time of wearing.

Very disappointed! Not the LLBean quality I've had in the past. Material of poor quality. Workmanship terrible. After one wash stitching coming apart! The waist size is wrong for the size much too large even the drawstring doesn't help! I wouldn't dream if wearing these outside of the house. I purchased 2 pairs and am sorry I washed them both before wearing. I thought maybe washing them might help shrink the fabric. I've worn Bean sweats for years and loved them. These are definitely of inferior quality! No more catalog orders for me. I am a 40 year customer.

Nice shape but returned due to a defect. Will probably re-order XS instead of S but the real problem was a centimeter hole in the front pocket--very visible. Hope it's a fluke and quality control won't disappoint.

I sat on a fence as to spending so much on a pair of sweatpants, but finally decided to order these without having any reviews to read. My gut was right and I shouldn't have taken that leap of faith. I'm 5'3", 125 pounds and the medium was way too big. The length and the fit were so disappointing. They went back the same day. I still have a sweater from 25 years ago that still looks great and fits great. Bring back the old days when there was no need for a "leaping" of faith, you could always count on a quality product that you're willing to pay a little more for. Even if you order something you've ordered before, it's never the same as the original. I think you've lost a customer. Sad:-(
