Great sweater. Its my favorite to wear when running errands or shopping. I stay warm without getting too hot when I go inside the stores. Its very comfortable. The fabric is tightly knit which keeps the wind out and doesn't snag.

A well constructed vest. Fits and feels well. Would reorder another in a different color but LLBean ran out of stock in my size. Hope they restock in the Fall. You'll be happy with it too.

My son raved over the waterfowl sweater I bought him last year and so I bought the vest for my husband this year. He loves it. He can wear it in the old drafty house we live in and still feel comfortable and not too warm, but wearing it outside to walk the dog in the bitting cold wind also fits the bill. Well made, smart looking, and well priced, I will keep it in mind for gifts for the other men in my family!

I bought this vest for my husband a few years ago, so he could stay warm on the golf course during the winter. It kept his arms free but his body warm. He no longer golfs, but he wears his vest every day in the winter. We keep our thermostat setting fairly low and dress accordingly. He's comfortable but unencumbered. And the vest has worn beautifully. Still looks great. I'd recommend it 100%.

When my husband requested zip-front sweater vests, LLBean was the only place I found them. This one was especially nice - high quality, warm and nice looking. He was quite pleased with it.

Fabulous sweater vest. Smart looking, comfortable, good quality, haven't come across something this good in a long while. Ended up buying two - one in brown, the other in blue to coordinate with the basic colors of my wardrobe. Although sold through the "men's" department, works just fine for women. Receive complements each time I wear them.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. He is a bow hunter as well as a waterfowl hunter. He loves this vest! It is warm and comfortable and he especially likes the fact that it is a vest because it allows him more freedom of motion while bow hunting. Thanks L L Bean for a great product!

The sweater is everything I expected once I got the size right. First one was a little tight and the second fit perfect. Hope to get much wear for many years.

I was concerned that the size would be too loose for a marathon runner, but it fit wonderfully and looks handsome. I also worried that it would be too old for a young man, but not at all. The fabric is very elegant and so is the style. I would definitely recommend this warm good-looking vest for all ages.

I got this vest for my husband for Christmas in the Sable color and he loves it. It's well-made, nice-looking, and warm. It does run big, however. My husband always wears a large and we ended up exchanging it for a small. Weird, but it worked. It's a great vest, but you'll probably want to go down from your usual size.

Got my first one a few months ago. Just ordered a second in another color. This has become a favorite. Warm, durable, and looks great. Can wear to a duck blind and out to dinner with the wife. Well made and is cut true to size. All the warmth of the sweater without the bulk in the arms.

My husband got this for Christmas and loves it. Because it's a sweater it's different than his other fleece or nylon vests. Plus it's also a bit sporty with the leather like soft trim. Not like sweater vests of yesteryear. The sweater knit is interesting rather than just plain. I would recommend it to anyone.

I received this as a Christmas present and wore it walking the dogs in the woods Christmas morning . It's quite warm and perfect for running errands in the car, as well as sitting around the house when I'm conserving energy here in New England.

I am extremely pleased with all aspects of the Waterfowl Sweater Vest. The weight, quality, and fit were all perfect and completely satisfied my expectations. I am wearing it much more often than anticipated, since the weather has been more cold than usual. I am planning to buy another, and my only regret is that there is no Black or Burgundy colors offered.

I purchased this vest for my father for Christmas and it was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately it was a little too heavy and warm for what he would use it for - which is polka dancing. He was also looking for something in a v-neck. The vest itself was soft and great to the touch. It just wasn't the sweater for my Dad.

Vest is very good quality, warm and good looking enough to wear with jeans or casual dress on a cool night out.
