I had been considering this sweater for a while. Glad I finally ordered, 100 percent satisfied.

I bought this as a gift for my brother and he is extremely happy! It fits so well, is soft and he stressed that it is breathable (not too hot!). I can always count on LLBean for beautiful gifts.

This is a very substantial garment. Very well made sweater. I expect to wear this 3 seasons, with or without a coat.

This sweater looks great and is extremely warm while being comfortable.

I bought this about a month ago. I absolutely love this sweater, it fits so nice and is so warm. I have received so many compliments about this sweater. I bout a tall extra large. So comfortable to wear. I would recommend this sweater if you are looking at it .

As a veteran, I really enjoyed any opportunity to wear my military-issue wool sweaters. I wanted that same rugged reliability but with a more "casual" look, and this waterfowl sweater nailed it. The quarter-zip and leather collar add a great touch of style without losing that classic "woolly pully" toughness. Performance: I recently took this out in sub-freezing temps with howling winds to shovel the driveway. While I could feel the cold on my legs, my torso and arms stayed perfectly warm. Even without a lining, the wool weave is so tight the wind simply doesn't get through. It is an absolute beast in nasty weather. Fit: Being 6'3" with broad shoulders (and a midsection that isn't quite what it used to be), finding the right fit is tough. The 2XL Tall is perfect. It gives me plenty of room to move without feeling like I'm swimming in it or looking sloppy. Verdict: If you want a heavy-duty, functional sweater that looks sharp and actually keeps the wind out, this is it. Best purchase I've made in a long time.

Really nice heavy weight sweater. Very well made, expect it to last for years. I got a Medium (5-9" 165) and it was a little big, but not too large. I recommend it.

Our HS grandson was very happy when he received this sweater. He wore it 3 days in a row.

Wonderfully made. My husband is 6'1". And 190 and this would be perfect if it were a medium tall.

This is another fabulous L.L. Bean wool sweater that looks and fits great, but more importantly it's warm, breathable, and is the perfect mid or outer layer for all outdoor pursuits!

Got this for my son for Christmas. He's 6'5" and very slender. The Tall X-large fit him perfectly. He's worn it several times already! Great quality materials and beautifully made. Very happy with this purchase.

Fit great and is very warm. The wool is soft enough that you don't need long sleeves under it. Its design could be used for business casual if you wanted, but I prefer to use it for working on the house or in the yard.

So comfortable, fits perfect, nice and warm. I try to wear it as much as possible.
