I received these as a gift, and I have had them about three months. These are seriously the best. When you open the box, you realize what a quality, special piece these are. They are comfortable and extremely well constructed. They should last a long time and I can't recommend enough.

These Bison slippers are the best I've ever had. We've be buying LL Bean mocison slippers for many, many years now and have thoroughly enjoyed our recent purchases. As always the extream comfort from your great products are unmatched by anyone in the business. I purchased my wife and I these fabulous Christmas presents. She loves her Moosehide slippers also. I will be buying my sixth pair in January. A custom of mine, about every other year. I rotate them between our primary house, our cabin and then to the "take out the garbage" pair! They are so comfortable and durable. The complaint and pictures about wearing out in 5 years sound too "fishy". How can mine last longer than that and I start wearing them outside after 4 years?? I'm a 10 shoe size, but always buy a 9 in the slippers because I wear them barefoot. They're the best!

I have purchased many slippers in the past which the cost were about the same, but these beats them all! Comfortable and look great. I will definitely purchase them again.

I have a 2 year old pair that are wearing nicely. The lining is worn smooth under my right heel, but that is probably due to physical issues. Other than that, they are still perfect. I did apply super glue to the lace knot after break-in so that I didn't have to tie them every 4 hours. The reason that I want "slick" soles is that any rubber sole introduces tons of static electricity during cold dry winter, and I hate being shocked and fear for my electronics, since I work from home. I did get a pair of rubber sole slippers 3 years ago, but they quickly assumed the role of taking the dog out/getting the mail because of static.

Very nice looking and functional. The lining is very comfortable and warm and it is getting chilly here in the PNW as December approaches. This is my second pair, the first lasted well over 10 years and they finally just got so ratty looking it was time to replace them and these are even nicer than the first pair.

If my husband isn't in his Allagash loafers he's relaxing in his bison slippers. He loves them and the soft cozy lining.

These previously produced by Cole Haan for $250 in the early 2000's. I was really happy when LLB picked them up. A guy here complained they lasted only 5 winters. LOL! What does he want? It looks like he wore them outside... ALL the time. I ordered 4 pairs many years ago and have gone through only 3 pairs so far. I recently ordered 5 pairs in size 15 (A SPECIAL ORDER BY LLB) and I wear them ALL year long mostly indoors but outdoors occasionally. They generally last 2 1/2 years of constant wear DAILY! They are 1st RATE!!!

Very Nice Slippers. Best slippers that I've ever purchased in 50 plus years. Very comfortable and easy to walk in. Very little break in period.

Bought these to replace a pair I had worn for about 20 years. So glad L L Bean has not made any changes to an excellent, durable pair of slippers.

Fit perfectly. Feel really good and smooth. Bought these after my $12 slippers finally separated after only three years. Will be anxious to see how long these last. Hopefully about 15 years since I'm already 85.

I have never worn a more comfortable pair of slippers. I have tried many others and nothing measures up, not even close. I am on my 5th pair over the years, and pray they never go out of production.

These are fantastic slippers, extremely comfortable and good looking! The sizing is perfect with your regular footwear.

Ok I actually got these by mistake. I'm glad I did though. They are very quiet on the hard wood floors compared to the ones with a rubber sole. My husband says they are softer and more comfortable.
