Reading the reviews, I was a little nervous as to the quality and fit of this slipper, but figured if it was as good as it was described by LL Bean and most of the reviewers I'd be happy. If not, I'd mail them back. I ordered the way the company recommended. I wear a 10.5 D dress shoe, so ordered an 11 med. It fits perfectly and keeps my feet warm. I'm happy and would do it again!

I have worn these slippers for years and none other compare to the comfort, warmth and quality. I ordered each of my sons a pair for their birthdays this year and they really were surprised and love them!! These slippers will conform to your feet after wearing for a few days.

I order a new pair of these slippers each year because they are so warm and soft and comfortable. I do wish the sewing/lacing would last longer, but I'm wearing them in the house practically all the time since I retired in 2000 so perhaps my wish isn't realistic! They used to cost $49, but gone are those days I'm sure!

I bought these for my husband after he complained that the slippers he'd bought (on sale) were chafing near the ankle and he LOVES them! So I bought him a second pair as back-up. You get what you pay for, and these slippers are worth every penny.

I have FSH muscular dystrophy and I'm in these slippers 24/7 unless I'm out and about. The big selling point for me is the sole. Since I shuffle my feet when I walk with my walker, I can easily move my feet along the floor. With a plastic or rubber sole I'm unable to move my feet freely. Well worth the money.

This is my second pair. The first pair I simply wore out. While the soles, sides and insides were still in good condition, the lace around the sole wore and eventually failed. At first I stitched them up but that was really a lost cause. In defense of LL Bean and the slipper, I have very wide, very flat feet and very high insteps that put a lot of pressure on the outsides of any shoe. With normal feet, the first pair would probably still be around even though I wore them every day. So, I'll enjoy them; wear them every day and eventually wear them out - then I'll buy another pair.

Ordered these because 1. I needed them, 2. Those yahoos (to be nice about it) saying not to buy from LLB. TWS are very comfortable, a great bargain (relative to the brick and mortars about) I've bought from LLB before and their stuff is always first rate. I will be back. Heem

This is my third pair of Wicked Good slippers. If I weren't satisfied, I would not keep buying them. They have lasted at least 10 years and are worn everyday. Good quality leather and construction. Very warm and comfortable.

My foot is larger than most women, and I decided that I would give the men's slipper a try. I adore the furry inside of the slipper and the durability of the leather outside. I have diabetes and the nerve pain in the feet sometimes makes it difficult to wear shoes, so I wear my slippers! I highly recommend these to everyone.

LL Bean is the best company I ever purchased from. The wicked slippers are great, the only problem I have is that I don't want to take them off. I have purchased many different items from LL Bean and I never have had any problem with any of the products with quality and comfort. Thank you again for your great service.

Oh, so comfortable and warm. It is a tight fit for the first couple weeks until it molds to your feet, then you are walking on 'clouds'. Quality is unsurpassed. I have purchased these slippers in the past, many years ago, and they held up just fine. Will buy again in a heartbeat. F.L.

Great slippers! Warm and soft, feel good on your feet. Best for indoors as bottoms are not hard soles. If your going to wear heavy socks with them consider the next size up.

great comfy slipper, but found size to be snug that my hubby usually wears; ordered 1 size up; but huge; then ordered his usual size worn but in wide width; finally the perfect fit! hope this helps!

Great value. Very happy with this purchase. If you are between sizes by length, based on my experience, I'd suggest you go for the larger size. They are terrific.

For years I have been looking for a comfortable pair of slippers that were warm, durable, and cover the ankle. I looked all around and most stores only had inexpensive, low-cut slippers that wore out too quickly. To complicate matters, I have very wide feet and so a typical slipper that is the right length is usually too narrow - or one that is wide enough is too long. So I was delighted to find these "Wicked Good Slippers" and they earn their name! They are available in wide sizes, lined with shearling to provide warmth and comfort, well-stitched with a durable (and quiet!) sole. They feel so good that I put them on the moment I get home. I'm even happier knowing that I'm covered by LL Bean's guarantee and return policy. I expect these slippers to last for a very long time like everything else I've purchased here.

This is my 3rd or 4th pair over quite a long period. I like them because they are very comfortable and warm.

I bought these slippers for my husband for Christmas two years ago. He loves them. We do not wear shoes in the house, so when he is in the house, he is wearing his slippers. And he is in the house a lot, as he is retired. He wears them in his workshop, and outside to get the mail/paper. I have purchased other brands before for him for Christmas, but they all were worn out before a year was up. These slippers are warm, comfortable, and very durable. While they are now, after two years starting wear, the seams and sole have held up perfectly. The wear is only on the inside. I am going to reorder a pair of these, and will probably never try anything different. Stay with what works. :-)

It is hard to find bootie slippers which my husband prefers. These were pricey but opted to get them because there was not much else on the market. He loves them - based on his response I would say they are well worth the extra cost.

I have purchased these slippers for at least 10 years, and was very happy when they started having a wide fit. They fit perfectly and are very warm and comfortable. I use them all the time, summer and winter, and wear the outside to pick up my morning paper. They wear very well and last a long time. I love them.

I like these slippers because they keep my whole foot warm and can't slip off. They are a little difficult to put on, but are still very good.

Greatest slippers you can buy. I've worn Wicked Good slippers for probably 20 years. They can't be beat.

Bought these for an older family member for Christmas. He loved them! Had to exchange for a larger size - they seem to run a little small - but the exchange was made very quickly, and he has hardly removed them since. Excellent quality, very warm, and easy for someone with arthritis to put on and take off. Highly recommended!

I love these slippers. they're very warm, very comfortable, and reasonably stylish. I live in a cold weather climate; I've been wearing them every day for about three weeks now and have no complaints. obviously they do not slip on and off as easily as slippers without a heel (or with a lower heel), but I specifically wanted something comfortable with a full back. generally, LL Bean makes greats slippers.

I got these for my husband who always has cold feet. HE LOVES THEM!
