This product is not true to size its runs super big. And when you send it back for an exchange they dont have and its out of stock.

They offer no foot or ankle support. I will probably never use them and can't recommend them.

Got a pair as a gift 4 months ago and already falling apart would not recommend or buy another pair. Don't even want a pair as a gift again. 4 months used and already trash.

Very sticky glue inside these shoes. Not even able to wear them. Oh well it only took 6 weeks to get them, nice.

I tried these because everyone raves about them but they were the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever worn. I was limping painfully within minutes of putting them on. Just wanted to post in case anyone else has the same problem - you'll know you aren't alone.

Had a pair of these 15 years ago I wore until they fell apart. Bought this pair hoping they hadn't changed much, but they had. The quality of insole is cheap, the toe box lower and narrower, and the arch support simply not up to par.

I am 50+ years old and never owned a pair of these boots/shoes and now I know why. They are considered classics by some and more power to them if they can wear them. I ordered my regular street shoe size (14) thinking they might be too small. These are the biggest, floppiest shoes I ever put on my feet. I put on thick boot socks and these things still flopped around. Don't like the way the heel feels either. They are going back. Too bad. I need a pair of rain/snow/slush shoes instead of hiking/snow boots to wear to work in inclement weather.

After using the sizing chart I found that this shoe delivered was way to small. I have always bought a 9 1/2 & the chart said to purchase a 8... My foot has had all toes removed after a heart attack so I should be able to use a smaller size as well, but I couldn't get my foot into this boot at all.

I purchased these for my husband but he complains that the shoes rub raw places on the sides of his ankles. Therefore he will not get much use from them. Have been unable to come up with a solution to the problem
