I have had sciatica pain for years. Some days worse than others, but a dull ache always remains. These are my first pair of Hokas and I can honestly say my back pain is gone. I wish I had known sooner that I was just not wearing the proper shoes! The Clifton 9s look bulky but they are extremely lightweight. They are plush but supportive. I am an orthodontic assistant and my back no longer aches at the end of the day. I am so glad to have given these shoes a try and will be purchasing Hokas from now on! Also- I am a true 8.5.. I purchased these in an 8.5 but could have purchased the 8 for a slightly more snug fit. I appreciated a little extra room so stuck with the 8.5 :)

I love the thick padding in these. It makes it super comfortable to walk. This is great from my feed that are a little bit wider and also one of my foot is still swollen from having bunion surgery earlier this year. The comfort is amazing and they are super cute, I am hoping that they hold up well! Every day since I got them for walking n running! I've happily joined the HOKA Cult lol!

Hokas were recommended to me when I began training to walk the 13.1 mile half marathon. I trained hard for 12 weeks, walked the half marathon, and then kept on walking. I am now on my second pair of Clifton's, and I will never buy another shoe for long distance walking.

I'm a 44 year old, active person with multiple foot surgeries and flat feet. After a ton of research during my last surgery recovery, I needed a stable shoe to help get back on my feet again. After reading reviews, my original order I sized up, but they were too big. The exchange to my regular size was easy and fast. The shoe is comfortable yet sturdy and stable. It's still early in its wear, hope they hold up to the value!

I had to break myself into these. The heal being higher I felt like I was going to topple over. I do love the shoes, very comfortable.

Very comfortable walking shoes. My main issues are balance and ankle sprains. These shoes are sturdy, provide stability for ankles and balance when walking on uneven ground. They were recommended by both family members and friends.

I love these shoes so much that I bought a second pair. They are so comfortable and supportive. I can wear them all day without a break in period.

For me, I love the heel support and comfort. Not as cushioned as Bondi, but great for everyday wear and grips my foot well. Love the wide toe box.

Purchased these a couple months ago and I love them. I wear them when flying, easy on and off. Walking and standing are the best legs don't hurt nothing hurts

I wear HOKA's daily, for work and for my daily routine. I'm on my feet a lot. I work and I'm in my feet and I'm pretty active. I own 3 pair and I will never buy another shoe like these that would or can compare. My knee pain is gone, ankles don't hurt and neither do my feet. I can't say any other shoe has given me that kind of relief and comfort.

I tend to not like gym shoesI've ruined my feet wearing high heels & sandals, so I'm sure some gym shoes are trying to 'correct' the issues. But, these are the first pair that I haven't wanted to take off as soon as I walk in the door. It truly feels as though you are walking on cloudsthey support my arch; my feet don't get too hot in them (another problem I have with gym shoes); my feet don't hurt when I take them off& the best part: my calves, knees, & hips aren't 'screaming' at the end of day when I'm trying to relax. I got these for an upcoming trip to NYC& they are truly THE BEST investment I've made in shoes!

I have had surgery on my foot and these are the best shoes for walking. I also have a pair that I wear in the house because my foot tends to get sore when I go barefoot. They are an excellent pair of shoes!

First pair of Hoka's I've purchased. They are absolutely comfortable and are true to size. I wear a 9.5 in Nike's and my Hoka Clifton 9 is also 9.5, fit is perfect!

The color is fabulous. I love the fit and the feel of them. So comfortable and cushiony.

I only wear my Hoka's in the morning while walking on my treadmill. After about 30 minutes in the top of my foot feels a little tight. I should have purchased a wide or maybe a half size up.
