I wear for walking, workouts and slow runs. Ihey are very comfortable and I don't see any drawbacks! With the Clifton (8 last year and 8 just received last week), I think they run a half size too big. I ordered in an 8 and 8.5 last year and my usual size 8.5 was too big and the 8 is perfect. I have two other Hoka styles and wear an 8.5 in both of them.

Wonderful tennis shoes. Just what I needed to support my arch. Many complicates on shoe/ color. Will buy another.

Happy with the purchase

I'm a 36 year with osteoarthritis in my knee's. Every single smear I have purchased has left my knees and back on fire. The first day I wore these shoes, I almost fell lol. The next day, I was lost without them. There an incredible amount of support, and enough toe room. I cannot wait to purchase another pair. If there is a little discount or coupon it would be even better :)

amazingly comfortable!! first time wearing I jogged 10 miles & they felt like old broken in shoes! no rubbing or blisters & my feet didn't hurt either. 10/10 would definitely recommend

Love the colors of these shoes. They are so comfortable and great to walk in. I have now purchased three pair and I love all of them. They are terrific. Would recommend them to anyone that are on their feet

I have to say these shoes are so much more comfortable than what I expected them to be. I only tried the one pair and I liked them so well I ended up purchasing two more of different colors and different different brands in that line.

Bought these for work (i work in healthcare) and after a day of breaking them in, super comfy. Walking on clouds. Sizing is just right. Style and color is nice.

I have worn Brooks Ghost for many years and made the switch to Hoka Clifton 9. My new favorite show, which I now own 4 pairs. I received this pair the day before running a 5K, and my feet never felt so good while running. Love the different colors they have available.. I highly recommend Hokas, and will definitely purchase more.

I was wondering what the hype was and now I know! Can't rate these shoes high enough, so comfortable and the colors and styles are plentiful!

I have had sciatica pain for years. Some days worse than others, but a dull ache always remains. These are my first pair of Hokas and I can honestly say my back pain is gone. I wish I had known sooner that I was just not wearing the proper shoes! The Clifton 9s look bulky but they are extremely lightweight. They are plush but supportive. I am an orthodontic assistant and my back no longer aches at the end of the day. I am so glad to have given these shoes a try and will be purchasing Hokas from now on! Also- I am a true 8.5.. I purchased these in an 8.5 but could have purchased the 8 for a slightly more snug fit. I appreciated a little extra room so stuck with the 8.5 :)

I love the thick padding in these. It makes it super comfortable to walk. This is great from my feed that are a little bit wider and also one of my foot is still swollen from having bunion surgery earlier this year. The comfort is amazing and they are super cute, I am hoping that they hold up well! Every day since I got them for walking n running! I've happily joined the HOKA Cult lol!
