Not great for wide feet, my baby toes fell asleep and ultimately these just weren't a great fit.

Don't love the feel or the look. Hav head hokas Clifton's in the past but these just aren't as comfortable.

Ordered a new pair of Hokas and the shoes arrived with the bottom toe area peeling off the bottom of the shoe.

I have tried Hoka's 3-4 times now and they fit terribly! Not good for running at all.

Bondi style are perfect for my aged feet and even two years old are still good. The Clifton's are only good for one day wear at a time and uncomfortable at the end of that one day. I know many people who love Clifton's but this review is specific only to my feet. They are a good shoe.

Changes were made in the fit of the Clifton nine which no longer work for my feet. Toe is longer to with his narrower. Will not do me any good to go smaller as it will only be even tighter so disappointed the Clifton was always my go to.

I tried these shoes on in store, thought they were SO comfortable and was beyond excited to receive them. Unfortunately they are not for me as they leave significant pain in the balls of my feet after wearing them. For reference, I'm 5'1 and 110 pounds am active and have never had foot pain from sneakers in the past. This was my first pair of Hokas and unfortunately my last.

I have a pair of the old ones and so happy with them I can run for long distances and my feet don't hurts, but that is not the case with these. I can't go 3 miles and my feet hurts. They don't have the padding. And the tong hurts the top of my foot / ankle.

Everyone I know loves their Hoka's except one other coworker. They hurt my heels and the top of my foot goes numb. I have tried 3 different styles hoping I would find one that I would love. I'm disappointed, I asked for a refund but am only given a credit.

I have two pairs of the Clifton 8s. Decided to get the 9s because I loved the new colors. I tried them on and the seam on the tongue was insanely thick to the point it was rubbing against my the top portion of my foot it hurt to even walk in. No matter how I tied them or adjusted the tongue of the show it was poorly it didn't feel good. Note I do not have a big or fat feet. They're relatively normal. It was poorly mad. I believe the emblem was moved on this new design which changed the way it was sewn. Go back to how the Clifton 8s were made please!

Review for Zappos VIP Points(What's this?)

Poor SupportGreat Support
It was true to size, true to width, the arch support was meh, but it squished my toes. I can't explain how this shoe made my foot feel, other than saying it was awful. I had room on the toe and sides, but it was so tight across the top! I hated it.

I ordered a pair of Clifton 9's in a 10, which were too small. I exchanged for a larger since in a different color (the one I wanted was out of stock, sniff). It's been over a week since my returned packaged was received and radio silence. I expected better service.

I wanted to give the Clifton another try, and decided not to size up this time. Even though they fit my normal size, I would say if you want toe room size up. It pinched my big toes/foot on the bottom in an uncomfortable way.

Very disappointed in hoka for changing these once again, and not for the better! Plus the fit is off. :(

They do not fit like the Clifton 8 - at all. Too wide. They did the same thing with the Bondi.

I liked the idea of the addition of more cushioning but something is very wrong on the sides . Especially the left foot.

The shoes ran a bit too big and they made my feet look enormous. I'm normally a 10.5 and I was instructed to order a size up. The 11 size was way too big. I would have exchanged them for a 10 but for the hassle and the price, I decided an alternate brand.

Returned them. After 2 miles rubbed against ankle and felt like walking on bricks. cushioned?!
i dont think so. Nothing in the front under ball of feet. Even in the heels after 3 tries to walk it hurts heels too.
Horrible.
The tongue that just kept moving to the side was the most aggravating as it exposed the upper part of shoe where is no padding and it hurt front of ankle.

Although I've heard so many good things about these tennis shoes, they are not for me. Not only did my feet hurt, the pain went to my back and hips especially when standing for periods of time.
