Ordered regular size Clifton 9 Blk and Rose gold and received Double Wide shoes when I have an extremely narrow foot and didn't order this! Please resend me the normal size for this show NOT WIDE!!!

I have been wearing the Hoka Clifton's for years - starting with Clifton 5. I walk between 3 and 8 miles per day and I usually go through about 4 pairs in a year. I recently purchased the Clifton 9's and I absolutely hate them. I wore them one time and got horrible blisters on my feet. I never had this with any of my other Clifton's. The body of the shoe does not feel as supportive as the Clifton 8 - lighter weight material and seems flimsy. I stuck with it and kept wearing them because I have never found a shoe that I liked more than the Cliftons. I continued to get blisters and the soles of the shoes started wearing out in less than a month. I am so disappointed. I have scoured the internet and scooped up as many pairs of the Clifton 8's I could find. I have 3 pairs and I don't know what I'm going to do once I wear them out. Hoka, please bring back the Clifton 8's or make some improvements to the Clifton 9's!!!

Me and my family are fans of HOKA. However, I was greatly disappointed in this shoe. It has a horrible smell and I didn't notice until after I wore for a few hours and realized it. My husband noticed smell too. No it was not my feet. It was the shoe! I've never had a bad experience or shoe purchase with HOKA until now. I wanted to send item back. However, I had wore it. I'm very upset and feel like I wasted my money because I will never wear those shoes again.

I didn't get the shoe I ordered

I have worn the Clifton since Clifton 6 or 7. I have 2 different pair of the 8's now and they are perfect and fit the same. The Clifton 9 sizing is way off! I have tried 3 pair of the Clifton 9 and all are a different size. Too big, too wide, one tongue is high on the ankle and the other foot the tongue is normal. I won't recommend the Clifton 9. Sad HOKA has to keep changing bring back the 8's please

These shoes lil my feet and I order up a size I disappointed big time!

I had many pairs of Clifton 8s that were 9.5 regular. They were perfect. The new 9s are AWFUL! No matter how I relaced the shoe, it was too tight in the toe box. My left foot was asleep in 10 minutes due to these shoes. They were immediately returned and I went back to my old stand bys Brooks Ghosts. Do better Hoka.

Do not like right foot fit as too tight when laced. Unlike my fav Hoka 7 which I wear a lot.

After wearing them I have a pain on the outside of my feet.

well I got duped into thinking there was a sneaker that could make walking comfortable again. When first putting them on , they felt "airy" and comfortable. But after walking outside for 15 minutes , my back and hips were killing me more than they normally do.

Please make this shoe in shifting sand/eggnog in wide width

The clifton 8 were perfect! The clifton 9 are too wide and hurt my feet!

I bought my usual size after reading through the reviews, but I probably could've gone a 1/2 size smaller. They're comfortable sneakers but they run large. I have to wear large socks for them to fit.

I bought 2 pairs of the Hoka Clifton 8 this past year. Black and Grey. I "loved" them! The were the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. Two weeks ago I ordered the black Clifton shoes once again. What I received were the Clifton 9 shoes. They are so uncomfortable to me. I wish I could return them for the Clifton 8. What happened to the design of them? I am not able to wear them. And I love Hoka!

The Clifton 9 shoes are uncomfortable. I bought them to help with my strained Achilles Tendon. The shoes just aggravate it. Very disappointed.

I am a CNA, I work 12 hour shifts & I really wanted to love these shoes, everyone raved about them however I've only had them for a month & the bottom of one of the shoes is tore up already. I really wanted them to last and be good work shoes but they were not.
