Last long

Let me start by saying I love Hoka and the brand. I've had a few pairs of there shoes. Unfortunately my last purchase the shoe is literally falling apart on me. Now I have owned shoes from this brand before and I know this isn't normal. Just very disappointed because now after recently buying a pair I have to find new running shoes.

I purchased these shoes in my general size and they're about a half size too big, making it tough to wear for walks/runs. :(

Returning. I wish the chat customer service Rep had told me the toe box on the Clifton 9 is smaller than Clifton 7. Now you know. I will have to go to a store to try other sizes.

Too wide when compare with Clifton 8. The store did not authorized the change by other size (normal instead of wide). The purchase is within 30 days permitted.

I wore them for 3 days and my feet were so sore. Not because they were new it was just a wrong fit.

Don't get me wrong I loved the pink color. The perfect muted mauve. I mean I'm a die hard hoka fan, Clifton's, bondis, machs, ora recovery slides YOU NAME IT. But I wore these 2 times and got the worst blisters I've ever gotten from a pair of tennis shoes. I mean I don't get blisters in my Dr. Martens and that says a lot. I love my Clifton 8's and will hold onto them until I legit cannot wear them anymore. Sadly, the 9s did not cut it for me to the point I requested an exchange for a different style because I was just in so much pain. I really want to like them but sadly my feet said otherwise :(

I expected these to be very comfortable and I am not realky impressed for the price.

The insoles r to hard

Comfortable and color great !! Best customer Service every representative was thorough.and patient and absolutely made sure I was satisfied.

Not cushioning at all.

Bought the wide for my swelling pregnancy feet as I heard great reviews on them. The wide did not feel like it was a wide whatsoever. My regular Nikes were more comfortable than these wide sneakers. The soles were so thick I felt like I was walking on stilts and my shins were hurting from walking up a small hill from the massively thick soles. It was uncomfortable and didn't work for me.

Feels loose in the top of foot area

I love the Clifton 8's. My go to shoe for work, gym, etc. the Clifton 9's feel the same on my feet but looking down they look much bulkier than the 8's dt design change. As a female, I really don't like to have clunky looking shoes. I hope when they do the 10's, they revert back to the way the 8's looked.

I have been a big fan of the Clifton shoes im on my 3 or 4 pair and sadly the Clifton 9, isn't it! My favorite feature of the previous Clifton was the silky lining of the shoe they never rubbed my ankle bones but I got my new 9s today and wore them to work and that's all I could think about was how they were rubbing with every step I took! The other thing that's not normal too us my right ankle was achy by the end of my shift and that's not normal either, needless to say these will be going back to hoka! P.s the darn tail feather on ur Achilles is hideous!

I got these a little over a month ago.. and I unfortunately just tried them on.. and they are so uncomfortable and narrow. I prefer the 8's!! My PT got them and said the same thing.

I am in love with my Clifton 8's. I can't say anything bad anoint them and they left me wanting another pair. The 9 is NOT it. It felt like an entirely different shoe that my foot did not like. This shoe was not comfortable what so ever as soon as I put it on. The fit was off, nothing felt 'right'. I hope the next Clifton is what the Clifton should be not what this imposter is. If you love the 8, you might not like the 9 so heads up!

I started having leg cramps after wearing them. Tried it originally for 8 hours, leg cramps. Then tried for 2 hours and had leg cramps. Feels like my feet are in a concave for some reason
