I'm a big fan of the Clifton's, but the lip of the 9s rubs my foot uncomfortably.

I loved the comfort and appearance however it was sent with a stain or mark on the sneaker. I am disappointed that it was sent to a customer with this dirty look. Again, love it but unfortunately didn't like the blemish on the sneaker. I know eventually they will get dirt spots but it shouldn't come brand new with one.

Feels like the sole will break down quickly

I like the shoe but didn't know that in this shoe I need a wide not a medium. Kept it too long to return but now I don't wear them much.

The Clifton 9 size 9 is too tight and narrow and hurts my feet on the sides. I have never had a problem with any other brands fitting me in this size. I returned the shoes and ordered a size 9 Wide hoping this would help with the tightness. The 9 wide is still very tight but instead of the sides of my feet now it's hurting me across the top by the tongue of the shoe. I'm hoping I can get them stretched out enough to be able to wear them. I bought them because we are going to Disney World in October and so many people recommended these for all the walking you do.

I was so excited when I got my package. Then I tried it on. It was leaning inwards each time I made a step. I have flat feet with posterior tibial tendon dysfunction (PTTD)so it looked awkward on me. As much as I wanted to wear them, I was afraid my PTTD would recur so I had to return them.

I would appreciate it if I could receive a $10.00 refund for shipping because the original online pair of HOKA shoes sent to me were a size 8 and from your website & speaking to customer service this was the size I was recommended by you based on having a NIKE brand in a size 8. I went into a store that sold Hoka shoes after receiving the size 8 to try on a 7.5 Med/regular before doing the exchange and the 7 1/2 regular fit fine. The exchange 7 1/2 Med/regular HOKA Clifton 9 fit me just right. Please consider refunding me the $10.00 shipping cost due to the wrong recommendation by you. The whole process was lengthy, I would recommend the shoes but not to purchase them online but to instead go in and try them on.

I don't know how I feel about these shoes. They are comfy, but my feet feel like they are bending inwards. Also gave me a small friction burn on the bottom left side of my right foot.

Compared to the Clifton 8 the Clifton 9 doesn't seem to hug my foot and offer the same amount of arch support.

Snug fitting and hate the tab at the ankle

Every day use. Wonderfully cushioned on the soles. Perhaps higher arches as I feel like my feet bend in. One fits better than the other.

I went to a store - Fleet Feet - and bought a pair that way. I LOVE it. We decided I needed Arahi instead after being measured and tested.

The previous model was way better, feels more cushioned. I got the beige color bc white is too much for me but because of the fabric design some spots looks like dirty eventhough is brand new, I wonder how difficult to keep them relatively clean. Its feels LESS roomy thant the clifton 8

I was expecting them to feel a lot more comfortable. They are okay. Feels tight around my ankles. I wore On Cloud previously but heard so much good about Hokas, so I decided to try them. Still wearing them, but just not blown away. Very cute colors though!

Unfortunately they did not meet my expectation, the company is true to their word and refunded my purchase in less than 10 days. Returning them was easy, just dropped them off at the post office.

They have a good grip to the surface.

I like the shoe so much. Super comfortable for all day walking, exercising and running. I want to love it, but the sole / bottom is very very thick. It will be fine once I get use to it. As for now, my feet drag a little as I'm running.

Loved the shoes. I think I hit my outside of my foot on something because I noticed the foam was ripped.

Great shoes and very comfortable but I took the test and they recommended to do a have size. Big mistake.

Love the look of the shoe but after wearing for a while they are not as comforts I had hoped.

I have worn out Speed Goats and thought I would try Clinton this time. I have gone for 2 long walks to try them out and they just don't work for me. They aren't as great out of the box as my speed Goat. The second time I wore them my feet were screaming because the outside of my big toes rubbed in the toe box. 2 Days later feet still hurt. I have a narrow heal so a wide shoe doesn't work for me. I don't understand the lump on the back of the shoe where there is usually a loop to pull on the shoe and the tongue is overstuffed. I prefer the cutaway tongue of the speed goat.

They are very cushy, but I find it a lot of work to keep a healthy consistent stride. They seem to be too high and you rock back and forth and don't feel very stable. A lower heel model may be better.
