I had initially been eyeing the Clifton 8 but was too late to the game when I was able to purchase. Alas I settled for the 9's, I wouldn't be able to tell you the difference but so far the 9's are so comfortable!! Took only about a day to break them in and they feel great when I go on my daily walks. I love how easily it is to slip them on too! At first it felt like there wasn't much toe wiggle room but after breaking them in that changed and my toes felt a little more free.

I am hooked on Hoka shoes. Feel great! No feet or back pain.

These shoes definitely live up to all of the hype! They're light, comfortable and the bright colors are fabulous!

I had foot surgery (bunion) and I purchased a size up and they are perfect! I ordered these in size wide and under the orthopedic category. Love them!

Love these shoes. I wear orthotics for flat feet and they fit great in these shoes. They are very comfortable for me. I usually have a hard time finding comfortable shoes, will buy again!!!

This is my 3rd pair of Clifton's and I'm remaining happy with this new model. I run half and full marathons so I run a lot of miles a week for training. I was getting blisters on the outside and inside of my big toes so I decided to order a wide and it's made a huge difference. I was considering switching to a different brand that takes pride in having a wider toe box for all shoes but, again, I'm very happy with the Hoka wide (even though my feet aren't that wide). So consider order a wide if you feel like your toes need a little more wiggle room.

I have worn cliftons for over a decade now, and I will never go back! I have tried other shoes and it is not the same. My husband even bought me the Bondi style, which were good for work, but not for running for me personally. I bought my Cliftons 2 weeks before a half marathon and only wore them twice, and they fit beautifully for my run! No blisters or sore spots at all! Like running on clouds. I'm a nurse and I work long days, and it helps so much to have a great pair of shoes! Over half the people I work with were Clifton's as well!

Like that the newer design is much slimmer and not so bulky. Very comfortable as always. I'm a nurse and am on my feet 12+ hours a day and Hokas last the longest of any shoes I've tried

I have a spine surgery and I always look for shoes to workout with good cushion and these are it!

I love this shoe. It is light and definitely not as bulky as other styles. I got them in pink and blue and loved them so much that I bought a black pair for future use!

I purchased the shoes for exercise. I always buy a size up in walking shoes but these 8 1/2 are just too big so if I purchase again I would buy an 8. I would return for a 8 but I have worn them twice, I thought that they would work but after the second walk I realized that they were just too big.

Bought these sneakers for a vacation where I knew I would be walking a lot and they were so worth it. I'm prone to blisters and brand new from box to street left me totally blister free. So comfortable, bouncy and the sand color goes with anything. Takes time getting used to them but worth it.

I hate these shoes they are so uncomfortable and feel so tight

I think these are even better than the Clifton 8. Didn't think that was possible.

The Clifton's are OK. Not as great as the hype. Will return to Saucony after these.

It doesn't give me the comfort platform I traditionally get from HOKA. I usually get wide to accommodate all kinds of socks. Even with the wide my foot feels a little squeezed and the fit isn't what I expected. When I put my foot in al my older HOKAs there is no adjustment needed. This is not my HOKA. I expect performance when I pay top money for an athletic shoe.

I have had a pair of Clifton 8s which have been some of my favorite shoes for almost 2 years now. I used them originally during my 12 hour shifts, and after a little while for just everyday wear. I wore them so much and they were so comfortable and accommodated the bunionette I have on the outside of my foot near my little toe. I needed to replace them as I was starting a new job and wanted a new pair of comfortable shoes, so I looked to the Clifton 9s. I had read some reviews saying they were too narrow, and was wary, so I tried them on in store. They felt fine and comfortable on my foot, more stiff than my Clifton 8s, but they were also brand new. I wore them a little in the days before I was going to wear them to work, and they felt fine, a little tighter than my Clifton 8s, but not uncomfortable. However, now after wearing them for 2 12 hour shifts this week, I can definitely say they are nowhere near as comfortable as the Clifton 8s and definitely not worth the price. My feet were in pain after both shifts, not unbearable, but definitely not how my feet felt in my Clifton 8s. Kinda disappointed in the update, because the colors are cute, but the shoes are not comfortable.

Started walking 3+ miles each day recently, these are so much better than my Nikes. Comfy and doesn't chafe my pinky toe, which sites higher from the ground that my other toes. Glad I have them.
