Purchased the Clifton 9 when my Clifton 8s that I loved wore down. If you liked the Clifton 8, Clifton 9 is like a sister, but with a couple tweaks that streamline and add ease of use (the shoe horn on the back takes getting used to, but I love it now and the tongue in thinner than previous model, fits over foot like a glove). the cushioning is exceptional and so bouncy, but not too much. Only issue is that the outer sole cushioning seems to be thicker than the inner sole, which is causing my feet to pronate and have ankle pain. So strange because I have never had this issue before. Going to add an insert to see if that helps. The shoes took a couple of runs to break in, so give it grace if your feet hurt after first use!

I love these shoes! Every part of them fits so well and there is plenty of room in the toe box. I am seriously considering buying a second pair just to have them because they are so comfortable.

These are the BEST shoes that I've ever owned! I'm a teacher and these have made my job, so much more enjoyable!!!

I am loving my new Clifton 9. I wear Hoka's daily . I have already used my 9's for walking & weight training. Love the feel. Comfortable, supportive, & cushioned. Hoka's have saved my feet!

This is my third pair of Hoka Clifton shoes. Unfortunately, these are not anywhere as comfortable as my last 2 pairs.

I love all 5 pairs of my Hokas and preach their benefits to everyone, but I'm not sure I like the changes you've made to my perfect Clifton. The heights added to sole affects my balance and the tongue seems cumbersome to me, I may adjust over time and hope that's the case

It seems my right foot wants to cave in a bit then the outside of my foot hurts after I've worn them. It's like it's the way the shoe is made. I will be trying to return.

I LOVE these sneakers. This is my second pair of the exact same style. Bought them so the first pair will last longer too.

I am older and wear orthotics - I don't want to wear extremely bright unusual colors. I want to wear a color that blends with day to day life. NO white that glows in the dark or black because I'm short and black just emphasizes that fact! If I could suggest some more Clifton 7's or 9's in some more "soft" colors? Or more compatible with everyday living?

My knees have been pain free since I have been wearing them! So comfortable just love them.

I use this product daily for my walks. I cannot believe the difference in how my feet feel while walking and after I get home and take them off I have no foot pain at all. They are wonderful!

Fit was same as the rest of the Hokas I have, which is nice to be able to count on that. Comfort is superb!

Awesome support on my feet 12 hours per day

Toe box is smaller than Clifton 8. Support and cushion balance are about the same. They are not 100% similar though, most notably the toe box is not the same.

Love the flexibility and comfort

I use this product as my work shoes. I am a waitress and I wear them 5 days a week for my 6-8 hour shifts. They have been great in the area of comfort however they are not durable at all. They have already started to fall apart and it's only been a little over a month since I purchased them. Parts of bottom of the shoe are coming off in chunks and the sides of the rubber are no longer smooth and instead look like someone tried to shave them with a cheese grater. I wish these shoes were more durable because I would buy them again and again if they lasted longer. Overall for the price it's not worth it for me for a shoe that lasts 2 months max.

I had heard great things about these shoes. I have worn them for a week and they are horrible. My feet, back and hips hurt worse than ever with them. It feels like they have no support whatsoever. I wish I hadn't spent so much money on them.

not sure how I feel! I received D width and didn't realize it! Zi stopped wearing because they feel and look too wide! I wanted to love them but couldn't !

I really love the support of these shoes. It's the reason I bought them I loved them so much, I bought two additional pairs of Hoka shoes.

I love the color (pink) and they are very spongy & comfy! Feels like walking on air with the thick soles; I will buy again.
