I ordered the wide due to a bunion on my right foot and a sore little toe from too narrow shoes. Unfortunately, they were not wide enough and put too much pressure on the little toe and became very painful after a short time of trying the shoes out in the house. I had to return the shoes. These shoes helped my daughter with her foot issues so much and I was very hopeful. Just needed a bit wider toe box. The shoe was fine for my left foot.

The Hoka Clifton style has changed. Wasn't sure how they would fit. I needed to go up a half size. OMG! The fit is fantastic. I walk a lot, and these are so comfortable and with great color choices, cushioning, & arch support. I have high arches, bunions, and a narrow heel. Yet these shoes work super for me. So glad for the new style. Can't wait to get my second pair of Clifton 9 for Xmas Have been wearing size 10 in Clifton 8; size 10.5 in Clifton 9

This is my second pair of the Clifton 9 sneakers. I love them. I walk almost every day and these shoes were comfortable from the first time I put them on. I had a code for expedited shipping, but the shoes came two days after the originally provided anticipated delivery date. I was disappointed because I left the other pair in Florida, expecting the new pair when I got home.

These are great! I love the comfortable feel, and I would recommend these. I needed a supportive walking shoe because I started to get shin splints. and these Clifton 9 trainers were top of the list according to other walkers.

This is my third pair of Hoka shoes. I love them. I usually wear A size 8.5 but in Hoka's I wear a 8. Also love the extra room in the toe area.

The wide width is limited .

These squeak every step I take. I wore them to work and was embarrassed. I'm going to have to return. Hopefully I can!

I'm a nurse and on my feet for hours and these shoes are awesome! Feet and legs much lees tired at the end of the shift. Several of my coworkers recommended them and I'm glad I bought them!

Was having foot pain and my foot doctor recommended Hokas with Aetrex orthopedic insoles. After wearing the first pair for 2 weeks I was totally hooked. I gave away 11 other pairs of sneakers and sandals, and ordered another pair of Hoka Clifton 9's. Foot pain gone -- happy feet!

The Women's D is not wide enough for my foot. It is still tight even going up another half size

Love these sneakers. Most days I feel so good.

I was able to walk my dog in comfort. Really took the stress off of my bad knees. I would like to try the sr for the stability and cushioning, but they are a little pricey now.

I have to admit I was a bit hesitant about spending a lot for the sneakers. But I decided to purchase the sneakers and I am glad I did. I have worn these while working out at my SpinFit Kickboxling classes and they the most comfortable squeakers that I have ever worn. I am very happy with them.

I am seventy six years old. These shoes give me the stability I need, without feeling like I am wearing orthopedic shoes. I love the crazy colors, but I am thrilled with the fact I can go longer and farther in these shoes than in any other shoes I have purchased.

I was looking for shoes that have a wide fit since I've been experiencing pain from my other shoes rubbing on the sides of my feet. A few of my friends have Hokas and recommended them. I decided on the Clifton 9s as it was one of the recommended styles from the "Shoe Finder". These shoes are super comfy and feel like you're walking on a cloud. They also aren't too bulky. Although comfortable, I definitely feel like the wide width could be wider. I didn't see much difference in the width of the 7 1/2 regular width and the 7 wide width. I have seen other people comment about this as well. I hope it will be improved in the future as proper wide shoes are hard to come by. I can't comment on the quality yet, but I have high hopes given the warranty!

The sole fell apart after third use. They were only used for walking. I initiated a return. Hopefully the replacement is better.

I own 4 pairs of the Clifton 8s and LOVE them. After reading the reviews I was very hesitant to purchase the 9s. Went to a store near my home and tried them on. The difference is crazy. While the 8s are super squishy (like walking on a bouncy house), the 9s have a bit more stability. The shoe seems a bit thicker as well. I purchased the 8.5 in wide. I'm only giving 4 stars because after wearing them all day, I noticed that Clifton 9 wides are a smidge bit wider than the Clifton 8s so my feet do slide around a bit.

The clifton 9 is very uncomfortable. I bought them at a local retailer and have worn them several times. They hurt my feet no matter how I lace them. Stuck with a very expensive pair of shoes.

I have been running for over thirty years and have never had a shoe feel as good as this one.

First pair of HOKAS. Totally enjoy them. I would certainly buy another pair. I walk every day for an hour so it is important at my age to have support
