I am so glad I finally worked up the courage to buy these shoes. I have plantar fasciitis and I bought these shoes to help my aching feet since I am walking all day. Since wearing my Hokas, I have no more foot pain, I feel comfortable with every step I take, and I love that they go with all of my work outfits. Plus, they came within 2-3 days of me placing my order! Can't wait to buy another pair!

I ordered wide but I guess its not wide enough it still hurt the side of my foot even after wearing for 10 hrs for 10 days

I actually am returning this pair, as it did not fit as I expected (as an owner of about five pairs of HOKAs, already). It felt like there was too much in the arch support area, which may be on purpose, but it didn't work for me because I add custom arch supports. They are also a little snugger than usual. Anyway, I was surprised that they didn't fit well, but I ordered a different design in the same color, and they fit like a dream, just like my other pairs. I'm still an enthusiastic HOKA customer... Just found this pair to fit differently than others. So my answer to "Bottom Line" is about this particular design, but it would be the opposite for all other pairs that I own (and HOKA, in general).

I had Clifton 8's and I like the modifications to the 9. They feel more lightweight and with more cushion. I like that they come in all black for my employer's requirement. I wear them for 12hr shifts at the hospital and my feet feel good so far!

I really like the clifton hokas. However, the clifton 9 has a higher profile and tends to rub a little on my ankle, making it harder to break in the shoe. I dont tie the laces as tight and that helps with the tongue not pushing into the top of my ankle.

I rave about these shoes to everyone

Hoka Clifton is the most weightless shoes I have ever had the pleasure of wearing, making my daily walk even more enjoyable as my soles are less pressured.

I'm an everyday runner and I have bunions. I buy new Hokas every 2 months! They are worth every cent! I will never go back to Brooks or Oncloulds!

These are the best running shoes I've ever owned

I have recent sciatica and doctor said walking is important to keep it in check! The cushioning from these shoes is wonderful!

Not as good as previous 3 pairs because you no longer have the tongue anchored at it's sides to the insole. Therefore the tongue jams in down towards the toe each time I put them on.

I have a sensitive foot pad after 4 miles of walking. This shoe did not help. Wondering if I should have ordered the extra padded version

I love these shoes!!! This is my second pair and they make you feel like you're walking on clouds. I have very flat feet and the support they provide is excellent!!!

The best walking shoe EVER!! I finally found THE most comfortable walking shoes. Hoka's for life! I'm telling all my friends about Hoka's.

I purchased these for my granddaughter's birthday. She loves them and wears them almost daily walking on campus.

These running shoes are great. So lightweight. Very comfortable. I have like 5 pair of Hoka shoes.

These are so freaking awesome! I wish I would've known about them sooner. I'm heavy set, but they help with my aching knees. I will definitely buy again!

Discomfort with bunions, hammer toes and heel pain has been alleviated with the wider toe box and cushion in the heel area. With a high arch, my foot rolled to the outside, but that problem has been helped with an insert for the arch and heel.

And feels good

I had such high hopes for Hoka. I'd heard great things. These shoes were torture. It feels like there are rocks embedded in the sides of the shoes. My feet were throbbing and swollen after a day in these. Worst pair of shoes I've ever had. Going back to my New Balance!

I was on the fence for many months about buying these. I power walk about 4 miles a day and needed better support. So I Finally caved and decided on Hokas. I love them! Super comfy for my walks and so much support
