Excellent customer service

This is my second pair and I will buy again. Great shoe for walking and a little jogging.

These are my second pair of Clifton's for work. They are durable, comfortable, and stylish.

I chose the Hoka website because of the waived $20 expedited shipping offer. Despite the promise of "free expedited shipping," it took eight days for the product to reach me. I understand the processing time before shipment, UPS notification alerted me it was shipped on October 21, but I did not receive the package until October 25. Five days does not align with my understanding of expedited shipping. I chose to make this purchase expecting to receive the item promptly, and the extended delivery time has impacted my overall satisfaction with the transaction. Since the sneakers did not reach me in time, I must deal with returning them. (I had to go out and buy them in a brick & mortar). Customer service offered no solution. I would've appreciated a comparable percentage being taken off the purchase price. The shoe itself is as expected. I ordered a wide shoe, but the normal width fits better even with my wide foot.

I've had to slip in in-soles to all my shoes mainly bc of insufficient arch support but I don't feel the need with these ones. I can use them to run long distances. I love them.

I'm on my feet working with preschoolers all day. These sneaker are extremely comfortable and the colors are fun!

This is the third pair of Hoka's that I've had. I was very happy with the first pair. When it came to replace them I of course bought another pair. Unfortunately, the second pair started to come apart after only three months. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful. They explained to me how return the defective shoes. I returned them and received full credit within a couple of weeks. I purchased a new pair with the credit. I'm hoping they are as well made as my first pair.

My feet and legs would literally feel like they would hurt to the bone after a shift with out good shoes! These shoes are great quality and last so long! I highly recommend them! I also like the fact they are orthopedic recommend.

Oh my gosh these are so comfortable. I feel like I can walk for hours and hours in these. I will definitely be buying more shoes from Hoka and referring friends and family.

Fits well

I walk with my girls a few times a week and I noticed toward the end of a 1 hour/2 mile walk my back would ache. I read the reviews and decided to spring for a pair of Clifton 9s 2 weeks ago. What an amazing shoe! It doesn't feel like any other athletic shoe I have ever worn. The back of the heel is trimmed so your step lands further up your foot toward your arch on a very cushy, but so far, durable landing . This (seemingly) eliminates the pain I was experiencing with my other (aged) shoes. Hope it lasts!!!

These felt great on my feet at first, but I noticed that my foot was rolling inwards with this shoe. The bondi 8 do give better balance for me, and also have the loop that helps me pull on the shoe. I had high hopes because this shoe had a few color options I liked better, but I'll stick with the ones that feel best for my feet. (I've been dealing with neuroma, knee pain and pinched nerve, back surgery) I may come back to the Clifton after recovery.

I had to go up a half size compared to my Clifton 8s but now that I have the right size I love them just as much. It feels like the toe box area is more narrow than the previous version. Going up a half size worked for me.

So comfortable and supportive. My feet just don't get tired in these shoes!

These shoes are the most comfortable shoes I own! My Doctor was pleased that I bought them with the problems I have with my lower back. I will definitely buy another pair. My only regret is I wish you offer more in wider sizes.

I love the Clifton 9. I have had 2 ankle surgeries and these are the only shoes that really helped.

It is like walking on pillows-they are the best for trying to get my daily steps.

I have worn the Clifton since Clifton 6 or 7. I have 2 different pair of the 8's now and they are perfect and fit the same. The Clifton 9 sizing is way off! I have tried 3 pair of the Clifton 9 and all are a different size. Too big, too wide, one tongue is high on the ankle and the other foot the tongue is normal. I won't recommend the Clifton 9. Sad HOKA has to keep changing bring back the 8's please

I bought these after having foot surgery. The shoe provides a lot of comfort. However, I wish the insoles provided more arch support. But that's an easy fix. Overall, these shoes are perfect for walking and providing support.
