Lots of padding

Definitely my favorite Clifton by far. The cushioning around the ankle is perfect and the thicker sole is really easing my knee pain. Would absolutely recommend!

I like the shoe but it runs large and my feet are floating around which lessens the support I was wanting

My house caused on fire. I really like those sneakers packaged recently. I don't know if I can replace it. I'm waiting for my insurances I lost everything by smoke damages

Was told for 2 years by my podiatrist to purchase to help my plantar fasciitis. Finally did it and so glad I did

I had to go up a 1/2 size as the 1st pair was too tight in the toe even though I have normal to narrow feet. Niw it is slightlyntoo big. It also hits right at the ankle, so they are not really comfortable where it rubs. For the price, I would not recommend these shoes.

This is my 7th pair of Hokas and I was looking forward to them. By the second week of wearing them my right foot became painful by mile 2 but as soon as I removed the shoe my foot was fine. I've gone back to my older Cliftons and will exchange the new ones for Bondi's. All the hokas are redesigned often so I'm guessing this redesign may be the issue.

This is my second pair of Hoka's and they are so comfortable to wear. I used to always take my shoes off as soon as I got home but my feet actually feel better in these than barefoot. I highly recommend for anyone with feet issues.

Bought for a girls trip. Typically I'm a little leery about taking brand new shoes to walk in, but these were so comfortable right out of the box!

These shoes are amazing, I'm on my second wear and when I say they feel like I have nothing on and they are so light weight it's mind blowing. I wish I would have bought these sooner, either way I will be a Hoka member forever!!!

I purchased these shoes with the intent to walk miles and miles with them. When they first arrived, they were slightly tight on the top of my foot. I thought that was a weird place. Toe box is perfect, though. I opted to done my thickest socks and wear them while I worked and see how it went. They are perfect now. I love the cushion and the support. I'm older, so I need certain things with my shoes. If you are in the age 50 range and contemplating trying these for all the benefits listed on the website, I say DO IT! You won't be disappointed.

I transitioned to these in month 6 of pregnancy, and they are tangibly more comfortable than any other sneaker I've worn! Nike, my go to, doesn't have a reputation for being too supportive, but these without a doubt provide much better support. I will never go back! I'm usually between 7.5-8 pre-pregnancy. These do have a wider fit I'd say, and I typically have a narrow foot. Length wise, I needed an 8. And because of the mild swelling, the 8 also was perfect. It has been able to grow with my foot too which I appreciate! I think even when my feet don't have mild swelling, they won't be too wide at all.

I have been wearing the Hoka Clifton's for years - starting with Clifton 5. I walk between 3 and 8 miles per day and I usually go through about 4 pairs in a year. I recently purchased the Clifton 9's and I absolutely hate them. I wore them one time and got horrible blisters on my feet. I never had this with any of my other Clifton's. The body of the shoe does not feel as supportive as the Clifton 8 - lighter weight material and seems flimsy. I stuck with it and kept wearing them because I have never found a shoe that I liked more than the Cliftons. I continued to get blisters and the soles of the shoes started wearing out in less than a month. I am so disappointed. I have scoured the internet and scooped up as many pairs of the Clifton 8's I could find. I have 3 pairs and I don't know what I'm going to do once I wear them out. Hoka, please bring back the Clifton 8's or make some improvements to the Clifton 9's!!!
