I have 5 pairs of Clifton 7 & 8 that fit perfectly and I love in my usual size 10. Ordered 2 new Clifton 9 same size & they're much different fit- significantly bigger, even so much that they slip of while walking. Unfortunately, I waited & held out before wearing my new ones, as my old ones were still good. Assuming the new ones fit the same, I waited too long to try them on,so I've missed the return window & stuck with 2 pairs that I can't wear & out over $300, sadly. I must add that the 7& 8 are the most comfortable shoes to work in (in the healthcare field) that I've found in 30 years. I have high arches and a bunion that makes it hard to find comfortable shoes.

I love Hokas and have had many pairs. Since I couldn't find the Clifton 8 anymore, I chose this Clifton 9. But, I didn't like it at all. The upper was too long and rubbed against the top of my ankle. I had to return it and I will try another style.

I purchased these in August 2023 and wore them a couple times a week to work. When December came around, the traction pieces on the bottom started to come off leaving the shoes uneven between my two feet. Now about half of the sole has come off (Jan 2024). I thought they were comfortable and enjoyed wearing them until they started falling apart after 4 months. I am relatively disappointed in the quality, especially since I paid about $150 for them

This shoe does not make me feel feminine in any way! They are wide and kinda clumpy. I do not like the wings on back of shoe either.

The shoe is comfortable but not supportive on the heel so it strains my ankles. I feel my heels sink in the shoe and puts pressure on my ankles.

I ordered my shoes off the website and received my Hoka's on April 22, 2023 and this last week a part of my sole is already coming apart! These are expensive shoes that are supposed to be durable well made and comfortable. I can tell you that they are comfortable but the quality is in question. They definitely should last longer than 2 months! The flap of the sple coming apart gets caught in carpet at work. I sent an emal a week ago with NO RESPONSE . I currently plan on spread the word of poor qualityand customer responsivness. I am requesting either a refund or replacement of my shoes.

I probably won't buy this shoe again. It is frustrating when there is a version that is just perfect and the next version is very different and is not what was expected. I bought the Clifton 8 and it was like walking on a cloud. Like it so well I decided to purchase another pair - the version 8 was no longer available so I assumed the version 9 would just be as good - maybe just different colors. Not the case. The 9 is far from the comfort level I had with the 8.

The Clifton 9 I thought was my great find until after two weeks of wearing them. They gave me the cushion I needed, but for som reason the heel support wasn't right and as the two weeks wore on my heels began feeling 'bruised'. I appreciate that Hoka provides a 30 day guarantee. I got my money back. Thank you!

I am on my feet all day, this shoe was a big disappointment. Will probably be my last pair of Hoka I will purchase.

I've worn Hokas for years and love the fit. However, my last two pairs have been plagued by the tread peeling off the bottom. With this latest pair, it started within 2 months of purchase. Very disappointing.

Awful sneakers after 3 months, part of the rubber started peeling off. Wrote to Hoka, awful customer service they said it was normal wear and tear. 3 months after owning them and not wearing them daily???
