So far so good. Bought these to help walk after knee injury. Great support. OK NOW IMPORTANT- Hoka would do great to move away from cheesy cheap looking 1980-90's colors and pastels. Use fun primary colors especially for women's design. HOKA ----- WE HATE THE COLORS!

Love these sneakers but my only complaint is that the shoe rubs against my ankles and that is the only uncomfortable part. The shoe is a bit too high in that area but they are definitely very comfortable and supportive of one's feet.

I work on my feet for about six-eight hours in these shoes. i had an older version of the clifton's and bought these about a week ago. they are very nice, i wish they were a little bit more plush. although that might be because these are orthopedic. I bought these more so for preventative measures as I'm in my early 20s. still i would always recommend buying these! they have a bit of that swoop factor in the bottom like shape ups but not so intense . i have narrow feet, and usually go for 7-71/2 shoe size

I use these sneakers for all my group fitness classes. They are great for typical high and low intensity, step class, weight lifting, but for anything that requires side to side or lots of lateral movement, I find these do not work. I wore them once to zumba and they really don't give a lot of lateral flow, so better to stick with regular sneakers. I also wear these for long days on my feet (for example, a day out with the kids at an amusement park). While I can't say my feet feel great, they hurt a LOT less than they would in regular sneakers or walking shoes. Definitely worth a try!

Sizing is 1/2num bigger so size down. The eggnog color is very nice able to wear it out of the box, they do get dirty easily and only ran errands. Very soft and plushy when walking but not to the point that it hurts your feet. I do notice some boy Ching when walking so I'll just have to see how my knees react after wearing for long periods of time. The shoe felt wide on the toe box. Had to return and exchange.

Comfy, but the soles fell apart after only a few months.

This is my fifth pair of HOKA sneakers, all size 9.5. However, this pair is much larger than my past four pairs. I have an option to return them but not to exchange them for a smaller size, which is unfortunate.

I want to love this brand but still can’t find a style that feels comfy when walking. This shoe feels like I’m walking on cement! The insoles are so hard! No. I have inserts but I’m looking for a shoe that feels soft in the heel right out of the box, especially for the price of these. The width was good. I can move my toes around in the shoe. I have wide, flat feet. These would have been perfect if the insoles had squishy padding, especially in the heel.

I liked the fit and feel of this shoe except for the tongue. I've never noticed the tongue of a sneaker before, but it felt like this one was poking/pressing into me at the top inner edge. I might have gotten used to it, but I was afraid it would drive me nuts, so I returned them.

Size was fine, but my feet seemd to shift inward when I walked knocking my knees toward each other. I loved the colors and really dont want to return them, but I wont wear them so they must go back.

I’m a nurse and I really loved the comfort of these but after a month of wearing them the tread on the bottom started coming off. So they don’t last long

I need to wear a wide shoe so finding a large enough toe box can be a challenge. These fit the bill in that department. However, they are so wide down the rest of the shoe that they felt sloppy and unstable to walk in. It's too bad because they have a nice amount of cushion. These just aren't a good match if you have a wide forefoot and a narrow heal.

I have owned 4 pairs of the Clifton 8. I walk probably 6-8 miles per day. Wore the M width and liked the wider toe box. Surprised when they were updated to the Clifton 9. Tried a pair of Clifton 9 and returned them due to the more narrow fit in the toe box area.

I've ordered these shoes twice now, and not for the best reasons. The first time, I got my usual size 5.5, and the second time, I sized up to a 6. Both pairs were way too small. They were super tight in the area right before my toes, and no amount of lace-loosening helped. I really wanted these to work because they come so highly recommended online, but it just didn't happen. Maybe I'll give it another shot and try a wide width next time. @Hoka, it would be great if you included wide width measurements in your size chart because they're missing. Side note: Thanks, Zappos, for your easy return process and quick refunds. Really appreciate it in situations like this.

Love this sneaker! I am so disappointed that I will need to return it. I ordered a half size bigger due to the reviews. The 10.5W was too big. I then ordered the 10W. That was too small, toes rubbed at the top of shoe. The width was good, the support was good, just don't fit me right.

I liked the shoes, but I’ve noticed that Hoka’s are not as plushy as before and it makes it uncomfortable to wear, so I had to look for insoles be cause I couldn’t return them due to my fault of throwing away the box before wearing them for awhile.

These are my first pair of Hokas and I totally expected more based off all the hype about these shoes. The soles aren't even cushioned. The arches feel weird. The worst part is the super cushion around the ankle. I get the ankle is supposed to keep you from rolling your ankle but it's weird and feels tight to the point I had to lace them loose just so it didn't hurt my ankles. The shoe fits well, plenty of room for my toes. I'm hoping they break in better better before I new job. Also they are kind of loud when walking, like a clumping around horse and they a slick on a wet floor.

Have owned these for almost a year, and while they are a solid comfy shoe, I can recommend them for longevity. The soles under the balls of my feel have severely worn already, which is something I would typically see after years of wear. Perhaps the foam is not as durable, but it's disappointing to see such severe wear occur in such a pricey shoe after a short time.
