I have neuropathy and these shoes are very comfortable. They do a great job of cushioning my feet and keeping the pain away. This is my second pair and I rotate them so neither pair is worn two days in a row. I will buy another pair when needed.

Excellent fit! It can be difficult to find wide running/tennis shoes and these Hoka’s, in wide, have plenty of room.

Really happy with these shoes. The design is great and easy to put on with the flared heel. Also very comfortable and gives my short stature a little boost!

I tried them for the first time and I can't say enough about the comfort and support. Due to a bad hip, walking for any distance has become uncomfortable. My Hokas alleviate the stress of walking and the difference has been extraordinary. All of my vast array of sneakers will be replaced with Hokas. You have a new brand fan!

I've had these for a few weeks now and they are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. Hoka technology is the best in the business.

I bought these for my husband, he usually wears Brooks. This was his first pair of Hokas. He goes to the gym every day. Walks daily not only at the gym but for work as well . He really enjoys them . He did say they fit a little tight at first but they are wearing in quite nicely.

My Clifton 9's are my 2nd pair of Hoka's. I wanted to know if all your shoes were as comfortable as my first pair. They are. I am a loyal customer. I love the spring they put into your step and they are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I'm on my feet all day as a teacher and these are the only shoes I'll wear to work.

Have had severe plantar fascitis over the past 6 months and after many different inserts and two other shoes gave the HOKA a try and what a relief these shoes give me. I sell and on feet all day and now have comfort in doing so. I will be a loyal customer

Those are great for long distance. Very good cushioning and good support even for pronation. I think they also are pretty handsome. I had to size up a half to 9.5 - they run kind of small

This is my first pair of Hokas, I finally see what all the fuss is about! These feel fabulous! Love the colors, love how they feel. Definitely not my last pair! They feel a little narrow but I'm also at an age where things are changing and I may be moving towards a wide shoe soon...

I have been running in different shoes for the last two years in an attempt to find the perfect shoe for both short and long distances. I jumped on the 'On' shoe bandwagon for a couple of pairs but would not want to run in those after about cumulative 60 miles as they were no longer comfortable and I could not wait to take them off. A fellow track coach recommended the Hoka Clifton 9s and I grabbed a pair. With my recent 'On' experience wound still fresh I was quite skeptical. The Clifton 9s are wonderful. The further I run the more comfortable my feet get. You do not have to lace them up too tight as they contour the shape of your foot and leave y ou feeling as if you were wearing no shoes at all!

Kind wish I'd bought a half size bigger. Still the shoes are very light, very comfortable and cushiony, especially with a soft foam insole. I have neuropathy and they definitely help with daytime pain.

Disclaimers: I am an "old" man LOL I am not a runner The last time I spent more than $50 on a pair of sneakers was likely in the 90s. Doc says I need to get more exercise, so I started walking 15-20 miles a week. With my cheap sneakers my feet and knees would always be sore after the walk. So I decided to spend some cash on a nice pair of new sneakers. After researching I settled on the Clifton 9 as I think it is a good value proposition at it's price. Received the shoes and from the second I put them on I regretted not spending more $$ on sneakers all of these years. These shoes are amazingly comfortable. Walking in these shoes makes me feel like I can kill 10 miles a day. My feet feel amazing in these shoes, to the point where I wear them around the house instead of my sandals or slippers. Knees and feet feel great, no pain at all. Going to buy a couple of different colors for fashion, because I want to wear these shoes everywhere.

This is my 2nd pair of Clifton 9's. Out of the box, these fit a little too snug around the ankles....especially when lacing to the top and using a runners loop to tie them. HOWEVER, they are above and beyond the best combination of light weight and cushioned running shoes that I have ever had (and I have tried lots of high end models from different brands). After a few runs, the ankle opening opens up a bit and the shoes loosen up just a touch and then fit perfect. I use these for both training and races. They are great for a slower recovery run, and I have no problem picking up the pace when I am feeling more ambitious. I have ran multiple half marathons in them and 2 full marathons. In both marathons, I finished with very minimal blisters. If you've ran a marathon before, you know that its almost impossible not to get a blister of some sort. This is a well balanced running shoe and I will continue to stay loyal to the clifton 9 (until maybe the clifton 10 comes out).

I work on my feet all day and needed something comfortable for my feet. These feel amazing. I'm on my second pair now and the first pair lasted for about 6 months of everyday use. Definitely my favorite shoe now for everyday use. They are super comfortable and light weight. They felt weird the first time I put them on, but I got used to it pretty quickly. Highly recommend these if you're looking for something you can walk around in all day.

I'll be 61 in a few weeks and currently training for a marathon 2 weeks from this Saturday. I've run in Hokas for a few years now. In preparation for this marathon, I switched to a different brand of running shoe (carbon fiber plate), but after 4 long runs (15-18 miles), I switched back to the Clifton 9 and have decided to run my marathon in them. The Clifton 9s just work for me!
