After wearing Bondi 7, 8, and SR. I find these shoes to be not as comfortable.

I love the Clifton 9 as a daily trainer, I got runners Knee from my previous Nike the Clifton 9 is doing its job helping me get back to 100% while training for my next Marathon.

These work well for me. Good mix of comfort, support Used to run in more minimalist shoes but these are much easier on the body. Thanks Hoka

I had 2 pairs of Clifton 8 and was excited about the Clifton 9. The difference was immediate. Lighter and more energy transfer. Love the new 9's

I recently had knee surgery and my surgeon suggested I try out the HOKA for added cushion. I bought a pair at a local running store (Fleet Feet), and after two days of wearing them I immediately ordered another pair on-line (HOKA website). Wearing the shoes has me excited to attempt to run again. When I go back to wearing other brands, or other type shoes I definitely can tell the difference in how my feet and joints feel. I highly recommend your product, and will continue to be a customer.

The best shoes I have ever worn. During my workouts, my feet are loving the fit and plush.

I usually take a 2E and the width is perfect, unlike the previous model where they were still a bit snug. The Clifton 9 also feels a bit softer underfoot that previous models. I enjoy running in this model so much, that I will definitely be purchasing a couple more pairs before tyey are discontinued.

These shoes offer great support and are incredibly light. Blisters are usually an issue for me, but I went on a 10 mile run the first week I owned these shoes and didn't get any blisters!

After running in HOKA trail shoes for the past 8 years, these Clifton 9s are my first pair of Hoka road shoes. I'm 50 or so miles in on this pair and I like the way they feel. Smooth ride. Nice and light. I run in most often in the Challenger and Speedgoat on trail, and while these are a little more stacked and maybe just slightly wider, they have a comparable foot feel with a little less weight. No complaints. Highly recommended.

Chronic knee issues here and this shoe is absolutely the best for alleviating pain and allowing me to walk in comfort. Also purchased the recovery slides which are excellent after a long day or when traveling. These felt so great that I purchased a pair for my mom and dad, both in their 70's. Will be purchasing more.

Everyday use Great shoe

After a year away from jogging I purchased the Clifton 9's and couldn't be more happy. Previously owned the Bondi 5 and reviewing the two felt the Clifton 9 in a wide would be my best choice. I have wider feet in the toes and there is plenty of room in the toe box and lots of cushion in the ride. I jog during the week on a treadmill at work then get outside on the weekends for longer jogs. I have jogged 50 miles so far and give them two thumbs up.

The shoes are great. The wide width helps but did not help as much for bone spur on heel.

My third pair of Hokas and probably my favorite of the lot. For walking and exercising, these offer excellent support and a substantial amount of cushion.

Purchased for my son. He absolutely loves them for both working out and walking around campus.

I wear my new Clifton 9s daily. I walk at least 5 to 6 miles daily at work. My old hokas were quite worn out, once I started wearing the new ones last week, the pains I was having in my knees and lower back disappeared literally in minutes. I find my posture has improved visibly as well. Keep up the great work!

Nice fitting running sneaker! The only complaint i currently have, is that side of the foam, is not very durable. I have been wearing these sneakers inside a nice controlled environment. Not sure what to expect as far as durability, once I start running outside.

Needed a 16. Tried these. Cushion is best in class. However, they narrowed in the toes. Tried to exchange for the Bondi that were on back order. Order was canceled due to availability.

I've had about 10-12 pairs of Hoka shoes, so truly a big fan. I purchased the latest versions of the Clifton and Bondi and all I can say is thar neither fits as well or is as comfortable as its predecessor. I have returned one pair and the jury is still out on the second. Usually that means cutting corners to maximize profit or putting form ahead of function. It's no secret that all of Hoka's marketing is directed towards a younger clientele but every person I see wearing Hokas is over 50.

I love running in Clifton's and thought it would be quite difficult to improve on the already really good Clifton 8. I must say I think they actually did so with the Clifton 9...with the exception of the tongue. It is shorter in length with much less padding and really digs into my ankle very uncomfortably. I'm looking for some way to resolve that issue, but other than that, I'm finding it to be a really great shoe.

First Clifton purchase and actually find these a tad more comfortable than Bondi 7.....but thats just me !

It is my indoor, wear all day long shoe. I have had issues with plantar fasciitis since failed back surgery 15 years ago that requires that I stand most of the day. I was directed to your shoes for their cushion and comfort. And... these shoes are the BEST ever! I can hardly wait to slip my feet into my HOKAs in the morning.
