Bought my first pair (Clifton 9) recently for gym use. They are so comfortable I bought another pair for casual use.. Thinking of buying another pair.

Bought these as an alternate to my Bondi 7. I also went to a wide this time. I love the fit and look. They are definitely "softer" than the Bondi and i like them for easy jog days. I have switched back and forth a few times and like the response of the Bondi for the higher intensity runs and the Clifton for easy jogs and walks. Very comfortable shoe with great shock absorption. Great everyday and outstanding color choices for the fashionista in me.

Should have stuck with the Bondi - thicker sole and more comfortable.

These HOKAS were a birthday gift for my son, who after purchasing and returning 8 pairs of athletic shoes, decided these were keepers! While running, he felt immediate relief from painful knees. He's a soccer and tennis player and is extremely particular about shoes he wears while moving. Thank you, Hoka! My husband and I will try them next!

Primarily for walking especially on a planned overseas trip.

I use these shoes primarily for "power walks," after my previous shoes were causing me pain. I had sought PT treatment for a prior achilles tendon issue and the therapist actually recommended the Hoka shoes for support. I now find myself wearing these for everyday use.

I wear these shoes in my work as a school district police officer. They are comfortable. The back of the shoe is oddly shaped and my pants hang up inside them but other than that I like them

I spend a lot of my day on my feet. The forefoot cushioning really absorbs impact. I would like the heel strike to be a little more impact absorbing but overall they are comfortable and really enjoyable to wear.

This shoe gives great support and stability and still feels like walking on air. I have a fallen arch on one foot and wear an ankle brace which isn't even noticeable in this shoe. They so comfortable I never give them a thought and don't even think about taking them off at the end of day.

Wides aren't that wide!

Love the Clifton 9. More cushion that the 8 (and I loved the 8). It just feels like a run on air at this point. I've run in the shoes only twice however since receiving.

I'm currently going through some physical therapy (military related knee pain) and so, am not yet, "running" again. However, in wearing them through the physical therapy exercise protocols, they are the most comfortable exercise-related shoes I've ever purchased.

Style is good. They are very comfortable. However, I don't know why I was charged Sales Tax. I live in Massachusetts where clothing and shoes are not subject to Sales Taxes. Where is the Sales Tax, that I was charged, going to?

These are nice, but not sure they're worth the price.

I bought these to start training and run the NYC marathon and these are the best sneakers ever. I breeze through my long runs with comfort and support while chasing pavement. Getting these sneakers was the best decision I've made for my feet. I just wish there were more half sizes in the wide width for women sneakers. I had to order a men's 10 wide as they're wasn't an 11.5 available for me to select.

I will never but another brand of tennis shoes! Hoka's are the BEST!

The Clifton 8 was better. Why is it necessary to change the design every year? If it ain't broke

Wow, the cloud 9 is by far the most comfortable sneaker I have ever worn

So this shoe is great the only downside id say is the toe box seems to be a bit more narrow than other hoka models but overall the shoe is great and the cushion is great

I have heard so much praise of Hoka shoes. When I started having heal pain I thought I would try them. I couldn't be more disappointed. Aside from being ugly, the construction is so unconventional that I found it hard to walk and feel steady in them. I wore them for two days and never got used to it. Not at all a comfortable experience. Don't buy these shoes unless you can try them on first.

This is my first pair of Hoka's and so far, I'm super impressed by their Clifton 9 product line. The sizing recommendations on the website were spot on. The fit is perfect. I've ran a 4.2 mile race in them two days after receiving the pair and had zero issues. They support my foot and foot fall perfectly. The responsiveness is so much nicer than the Nike's I have worn. And over all comfort is excellent. I highly recommend.

Not so good as an everyday shoe but pick ups some speed and it is great! Also the insole just needs to be thrown away. It is quite useless. Buy an aftermarket one and you're good to go!
