Really cute and really comfortable can wear them all day socks no socks on the water to work grocery shopping my new go to pair for the summer. Says a lot, considering I have to find shoes that work with my left fused ankle in my right knee replacement! These do the trick.

Encore Breeze has the same feel as my very old Primo Breeze with the leather collar which are still wearable after many years . My current Encore Breeze are less clunky and still have the comfortable supportive arch and are easy to slip on but hold my foot in place. They are perfect for wearing all day.

Love these. Eady to slip on. Stays on. So comfortable. Breathable also.

Ive been wearing Merrells for years! They are such an awesome shoe and so very comfortable. I love my new encore 5s. And I love the color Chambray!

Im a senior gal who rarely sits still . In order to go about my business ,I need to feel secure with my shoes . Encore Breeze has been my answer for at least 4 years . This marvelous shoe takes me anywhere , - from casual to formal . My feet are most appreciative .

Lesser quality than Ive bought before. Said to size down but too small when did that.

These are very comfortable. I was looking for shoes to wear around the neighborhood and in the house. They don't seem very 'breathable' so I find they are more comfortable to wear with socks. That's why they have four, not five stars. I bought my usual size and they are fine around the house or to the mall, actually, anyplace that's level to walk. My feet slide out of them up and down hills.

Aluminum color is taupe and cream. I wanted light gray. I returned. The cushioning and arch support is less than other Merrells I own. Size runs small. Still a good quality shoe for around the house.

These are much different than my last slides. They are extremely wide and I have a white foot as it is. And they dont seem to have as much arch support as the others.

Encore never disappoints - Merrell are the only shoes I can wear - nothing else fits so well. The reason I only gave 4 a stars out of 5 is because there's a label stuck/sewn into the shoes right where the top of my foot rests, which because I don't wear socks, was really scratchy. I had to scrape/cut them out praying I wouldn't go through the collar. Otherwise the most comfortable shoes my dog has ever been walked in.

Comfortable right out of the box. Have worn to work (teacher) many times. Color is great. Fit a little looser than previous pairs of similar shoes. I love them.

Burlwood, on my screen it looked pink but I ordered it anyway. Its actually a pretty medium sand-pink-beige-brown color. No I cant describe the color but its different & pretty. I live in the country so I avoid light color shoes; big dogs-big feet. Perfect fit for my 72 yo feet, comfortable. Over many years Ive worn this style. Great to see the quality & fit is still there.

Bought this shoe in 6.5 wide black as stated size down on site my norm is 7 received them Sat April 6th tried them on fit was tight ok they new .. So now that I've worm them couple days the right shoe on top of my foot it hurts not to mention the heel on same shoe hurts my heel . I have bought several pairs of merrell's and love them . Last pair I, bought was encore 4 maybe anyway worn them for two years to date . I think I, may should have waited until 7 wide was in stock and gotten it idk . I hope to wear these little more to break them in maybe they will be ok I, sure hope so if not $$ was wasted because have planter fasciitis in my feet and won't wear them and start my feet hurting . I wear insides out before the soles . I sure can't send them back now ..... Other wise merrell does make great shoes ..

comfortable and great for individuals with pain in feet. Could be a little soter are the fvoot bur overall good fit

Ive purchased the Encore several times in the past with great satisfaction. Now this womens shoe has changed. The rim at the opening is not leather anymore and is loose, though the toe box fits. (The mens equivalent still looks like leather online). Im disappointed.

Very comfortable. I bought the wide so I could wear them with socks. I also have the medium width in navy for wearing barefoot. Docking them one star because the binding around the opening doesn't stretch and it presses on my high arch.

I have bought these shoes for years, but the last pair I bought had the float and I dont find them as comfortable. They dont slide on as easily and feel tight as if Im wearing a sneaker. I think Im going to have to find a new go-to shoe for my every day. I was hoping they still had the old style, but I dont see it.

The fit was great and true to size. Started wearing around in house only ; feel great and good support. Need to get used to the feel of the low heel ledge as it rubs slightly and has a slip feel when you walk. Got the beige/,taupe Color and I'm not sure how it will hold up as I got a tiny snag in mesh and it looks like a spec or smudge mark. Early to tell as it's only been a few short weeks. The comfort and fit is fabulous for my arthritic toes.

Dont feel like quality of merrells Ive purchased in the past. Had ones with fur lining that loved and thought would replace for something more able to use in hotter conditions. This style is not same quality. Does not have a lot of support under arch or padding in the ball of foot.

I have difficult feet to fit for comfort. The shoe required no breaking in! I found my first pair in a retail store so I did get to actually try them on. Two days later I ordered another pair in a different color. Im sure by summer Ill be ready for another color.

I have an older pair of these and they are wearing out because they are so comfortable. I don't think the new ones are exactly the same, but hopefully once I get them worn in a bit, they will be my go to shoe.

Took these in black to Kentucky Christmas. Love them! My daughter-in-law took one look and said she had just bought them for her mother in all colors. Reveal:were both in our 80s but that doesnt mean the shoes are fuddy-duddy. It means they are comfortable, accommodating any foot irregularity; slip on, so no lace tying; I first bought a version of these years ago when we had a new puppy and quick footwear was essential to getting the little darling outside before accidents!

I bought my first pair of Merrells many years ago and they accompanied me on trecks from the Himalayas to Peru to New Zealand. After strenuous days I changed from my hiking boots into my Merrells and it felt like slipping into luxury. Now they are old and tired, but I still use them as my gardening shoes, I wouldnt give them away. Where I went, they went!

I have worn this model for years but this pair disappoints. I bought a 8.5 mediumusualand it fits fine except in the heel which slips when I walk which is annoying. Never had that problem with Encore 4. I was going to return but resigned myself to wear with ankle socks but dont think I will purchase again.
