I am sad that I had to return them. When I compared the Mens size 7 trail glove 7 vs. the trail glove 6, the new trail glove 7 was 1/2 longer! It was weird. When I asked if they couldve been miss-sized they said they didnt think so. Unfortunately they dont come in 6.5 so I wont be able to buy this iteration. My trail glove 6s will just have to hang on until their next iteration.

Very light shoes for daily walks in green environments but not for urban walking. Very little material design on the inside so wear thick socks for maximum comfort. Tread, style, and color choices is typical reason to buy this Merrell shoe.

I love this shoe, I bought a second pair in a different color. It fits as expected. Its a very light and extremely versatile shoe. If I bring one pair of shoes on vacation, its these. I can use them at the gym, playing various sports, walking around, all kinds of hiking, etc. Ill likely buy a 3rd pair soon, highly recommend.

I absolutely loved the Trail Glove 4 Knit and had many pairs. I tried the inside not like the 5 or 6 model. Far too narrow for me in the mid shoe area. With the Trail Glove 7 they are back to a shoe I can wear. Thank goodness as I'm down to may last pair of 4s!!
Love them.

I hike in the mountains daily. These shoes are great. Comfortable and good traction on scree and good protection on rocks. These are the best barefoot shoes Ive owned.

Honestly a lot of ppl had negative things to say and maybe thats true compared to the previous models but these are awesome. I have several pairs of Merrells and these are my favorite. Minimal, breathable, just enough padding. I wear them daily because they allow my feet to breathe. They also feel great. I bought a black pair for work. I havent ran in them but they could definitely do that on some trails. I use the MTL Skyfire 2s for trail running. Great for gym. I give them 5/5.

Much more stable design and higher quality than previous trail gloves. I've worn these for just over 2 months now with no issues. I have been using trail gloves for years as my daily wear shoes and vapor gloves for chi running/weight training shoes.

Ive had 6 of the 7 generations of TGs, as well as a few of the Vapor Gloves. If youve never had a minimalist shoe, they are fantastic, but definitely go with Trail before Vapor. This is also good advice to anyone running on harsh trails or loose rocks. These TGs have a lot of absorption, considering the sole thickness. Also, they tell you that the shoes run large, but I would only size up if you have wide feet! If you have normal to narrow feet, Id recommend sticking to size and knowing that they should feel a bit sock-like without generating any significant toe friction.
I just started using them so I cannot comment on the quality. I can say that Ive used many categories of Merrell shoes and boots, and with the exception of one single pair of TGs (gen3, I believe), the build quality has been solid.

I really loved the look of the Trail Glove 7 but unfortunately it wasn't the right fit for me. I need more support. Sadly, I had to return but will replace with Antora 3.

Loved the look of this shoes and the color. Unfortunately it has very little arch support. Merrill is usually great for arch support but not with this one. Too bad, I’d love to have kept them.

Very comfortable shoes! I have owned several pairs of vapor and trail glove shoes and these are my favorites so far. Ive only put 13 miles in them and nothing is falling apart. I use these more for road/pavement running and they grip pretty well on dry surfaces. They appear to be well made and the lacing is really good and supportive. I wish I could get these in a 12.5, but the 13 fits well. Im very impressed with them!

Comfortable minimalist sneaker thats fits true to size. Although, a minimalist sneaker I feel it gives more support than other minimalist sneakers. Great for every day wear.

Occasionally you put on brand new shoes and they fit great from that very first try on. That was the case with Trail Glove 7. Love the right amount of support while maintaining the barefoot feel and ground connectivity. I wear other barefoot brands and Merrills Trail Glove 7s are awesome. Flexible, secure, grippy, love them.

size was correct and not 1/2 size larger needed, but size is a little narrow for a medium width compared to other models bought in the past.

Great shoe. Addresses the problem I had with the Vapor Gloves, in that gravel and roots don't feel like a spike in the bottom of your foot. Would have given five stars, but Merrell doesn't offer a wide foot option, so I had to go a half size larger to get enough width.

Great shoe but they run a full size too big. I repeat a full size too big. Ignore merrels recommendations on sizing. I'm a size 10 and I wear size 9 in this shoe. I've owned about 5 pairs of trail gloves and they all run large. Merrell is crazy saying otherwise.

I got these to replace a 15 year old pair of Merrells that I just couldnt part with until they fell apart. I use these for bicycle riding primarily but have done some hiking in them and found them very comfortable for that unless going over pebbles and small rocks.

I was reluctant to try the Trail Glove 7 because the previous version had lost it barefoot feel. (I was very unhappy about that fact because the TG4 were my favorite shoe). Im happy to report that the new model is once again the trail shoe I have been missing.
