For years, I purchased the main "Wicked Good" slipper mocs with the rubber sole and loved them, but the laces constantly came untied, which drove me crazy, so I switched to the clogs, and had several pair. I purchased these since you discontinued the clogs with the cork bottom, which are my favorites, (or rather, changed them, and according to many reviews, made them of inferior quality, moved them to the shoe category and increase the price buy $10.) These are nice, warm, etc., and I like the dark brown color; however, I would like them much better if they had some sort of rubber sole like the mocs or the former clogs. I miss the support and the ability to run out to the garage or next door, etc.. Please consider changing the sole. I haven't decided if I will keep them or not..

I have wanted these slippers since last winter. I was disappointed once I finally purchased them. The leather was a poorer quality than I expected and my heel slipped when I walked. I ordered an 8 (my normal size) and the length and foot width was fine (I have a wide foot) but my foot still slipped when I walked. I think it was the style. I returned and ordered the Bison double sole slippers instead.

I ordered a pair for myself & my wife. They arrived in a very timely manner. The top of mine riped the first day I wore them when putting them on. I'm very concerned about the quality. I'll wait and see if the rest of the slipper holds up. They are comfortable and feel good on my feet. But again the quality doesn't seem to match the description or the photo. Much thinner than the photo. I see the same thing over and over in the reviews the quality doesn't match the product purchased years ago.

I ordered these several times over the years, and I had to order a size up because the lining was so generous. Last year, however, I began to notice that they weren't quite as sturdy as in previous years, but the size up was still necessary. So I ordered a new pair for this year. Unfortunately, they will have to be returned. If I decide to order them agian, they will have to be the next size down, as the lining is not nearly as generous and the shoes feel flimsy. Needless to say, it was a disappointment. Wicked good is now only Wicked So-So.

it is taking a while to adjust to the tag sewn inside of the slipper. it distracts me and i am eager for it to wear down. I wish there was no tag...

They are well constructed, but a bit too short around the ankles. Also, the cushioning inside the slipper is thick, and though I'm aware it takes time to get the slipper to conform to an individual's foot, I found the cushioning irritating because it slipped up in between the toes and rubbed as I walked. So, though I'm sure, eventually, it would have flattened down a bit, I found them too uncomfortable to wear until that time would come. I note that I would recommend them, however, because they are well constructed and someone else may not have the same "I can't wait until it flattens" issue I have with the cushioning. I returned them to LL Bean a few days after they arrived.

I have the original wicked good slippers and they are several years old and well worn. I thought I would update with a fresh pair. Dissapointed. The lack of leather seam binding strips (for durability) and thin fleece ( thought it was synthetic ) and narrow footbed make these a cheap imitation of the original. If you've never had the original, you'll probably like these. But they don't deserve the "wicked" name.

The slippers are a typical B width. Unfortunately, I need a wide. Also, I was somewhat disappointed in the quality. Thinner than I thought and I would like tecture on the bottom to reduce potential for slipping.

I have had wicked slippers before and I needed a new pair since I wore out the others. These ones are comfortable except I have noticed a lump in the arch of the slipper on my left foot.

These slippers are warm and cozy. I wear 8.5 M, and ordered a size 9. There are just a bit on the short side. My toes are slightly tight at the top of the slipper, and slightly tight at the ball of the foot. They are nice, but not as 'wicked good' as I'd expected. They are nice enough that I won't return them. I am really disappointed that these slippers are not made in the USA. LL Bean used to be the standard in American Made. Please...make some more goods here in the USA...you will have better quality control.

I order the chocolate brown slippers. A few days after receiving them the seam ripped when I pulled on the tab in the back to pull them on. LL Bean took them back and shipped me another pair, but it was disappointing to have to wait for them as they were not overnight shipped to me. While I thought the chocolate brown would not show the dirt as much, the die from the lining seems to be staining my socks. They are comfortable and do keep my feet warm.

Well, we're creatures of habit. And, after having purchased at least 6 pairs of the other style/color for my wife, she's not too crazy about the new ones.

I wanted a warm slipper that didn't have an outdoor sole on it. This slipper fits the bill. The sole is thick and comfortable, the fur is warm. The fit is good. My only complaints are these: The fur balls up under your foot because of the direction it was sewn into the slipper footbed (slide your foot in, fur raises and bunches up). It is hard to slide your foot into the slipper "hands-free" because the leather at the slipper opening is flimsy... you might get lucky but most of the time I need to hold the back while I slide my foot in.

these start out fitting comfy and snug in the beginning but after about 2weeks the wool inside gets worn down and they become too big! so they actually are loose and you kind of end up shuffling around in them - they are warm though. maybe you should not recommend ordering one size up or offer it in half sizes......

I was soo excited to finally order these pair of "WG" slippers...I had my eye on them for quite awhile, but was debating between these and the "WG" moc, which I own 2 pair of. I also own the "WG" clog, which I really like, but the moc has always been my favorite, because they are so cozy! Anyway, the only hesitation I had with the "Slipper" was that it did not have an indoor/outdoor sole, which I really like, however, by the picture, it seemed to go up to the ankle, which is important, because my feet are always cold! I originally sized down on these to a 6 (I am a 6 1/2), because I know Bean slippers tend to stretch with wear. Unfortunately, that slipper was way to narrow and uncomfortable, so I went up to a size 7. After finally getting to wear these for a few weeks, I am sorry to say that I don't enjoy these slippers as much as my other Bean clogs/mocs. Unfortunately, these stretch out quite a bit as the sherling pads down and now I am only able to wear them with socks, otherwise they flop off. Also, the padding on the foot bed is really thick and somewhat makes you feel off-balanced, that coupled with the smooth sole (not indoor/outdoor) gives you no grip at all on hardwood floors! I definately feel these slippers would work better on carpet! Also, the slipper does not come up as high as I had thought on the ankle...for these reasons, I'll stick with the moc which provides a semi-sturdy, plastic bottom with an adjustable tie closure for when the slippers tend to stretch out.

LOVE how these slippers feel. However, I was overly excited to order and didn't read reviews. I wear a 7.5 and ordered a 7. Way too narrow and snug. Order up and wear with slipper socks for an even toastier expereince. I have to exchange them for a larger size :(

I have returned the slippers I ordered because they seemed too short and narrow. I have had two other pairs of these slippers over the years and don't remember having this problem with the others. The fluffy lining wore almost completely off my last pair. I think, but am not certain that I had the slippers about 2 to 3 years. I have always been happy with everything I have purchase with L.L. Bean and the exceptional customer service they offer. I highly recommend their products and will continue to do so.

These are nice shoes but they are not of the same quality as most of the ones I have bought in the past. Before they were a little thicker in the leather and the lining seemed thicker also. Unless i am mistaken, the previous ones were USA or Canada made and that was great. I bought these with the same expectations and when i received them I noticed how they seemed lighter that the ones i currently have from about 4 years ago. Then on the inside I see the label Made in China. Still a decent shoe but I was a little disappointed in seeing this especially when paying a premium price.

I have an earlier version of this slipper which is far superior to this pair. The the size 8M is tight on my toes. The slipper does not seem to have a shape that is conducive to putting them on the correct foot. They do not seem to be stable to walk on - they seem to wabble toward the inner side of the foot.

returned the slippers because after trying on, i felt that wearing a half size (71/2) and ordering one size up(8) may be a mistake since the leather is soft enough to stretch with time and then be too loose.

These shearling slippers are wonderfully cozy. I love their warmth and comfort, but the sole is NOT indoor/outdoor, as advertised. I would be unable to wear them outside, on my balcony. Sorry, because this is the first time I have been dissatisfied with an LLBean product.

I have a pair of these slippers from several years ago that were getting worn out, so I ordered a new pair in the chocolate brown color. To my dismay, the first time I put the left slipper on, straight out of the box, the back seam ripped halfway down the back of the slipper! I have sent it back for an exchange and am hoping that I just got a defective pair. I'll be very disappointed if the quality of these slippers has declined so much since I bought my previous pair.

I usually wear between a 9 and a 10 so I ordered a 10. However they are too small, probably largely due to the pointed toe. I'm exchanging for size 11, because otherwise they seem good.
