I first bought these slippers about six years ago. I love the slippers. They keep your entire foot warm with their unique design and wonderful materials. My only issue with the slippers are that I am usually a size 7 so the first time I ordered them I ordered a 7 and lived with the fact that they were a little too small, this year to replace my old ones I ordered an 8 and these are a little too big. So unfortunately I love them but it doesn't look like I will ever find the perfect fit.

...the lacing! The material of this slipper is as solid as it comes EXCEPT for the lacing. I live in Washington state, and prior to that, in Colorado. I've had several pairs of these slippers, and what gives out on these slippers is not the leather, but the laces. One pair seemed to have COTTON laces - not acceptable, and I had to return them. I don't think it's my feet, because the lacing gives out at a different point each time; I don't think it's the size, because I wear a 7 1/2, and buy an 8. If they'd improve this ONE detail, it would be the best slipper going.

Warm, comfortable, well made. My only problem is that I am in between the available sizes. Wish LLBean made slippers in half sizes.

I first bought these slippers several years ago and loved them so much I bought a pair for my mom. They feel a little tight at first, because the lambs wool needs time to tamp down. After about four years of constant use in the winter and half of fall and spring, the lamb's wool had gotten pretty flat, so I bought another pair this year. This time around, I don't think they are quite as high in quality. The slippers are looser around my ankles and the lambs wool doesn't seem as thick. I still wear them all the time, but I regret having giving my old ones away to Good Will. If I had them, I'd probably still be wearing them.

I bought these slippers a few months ago. They're great! I especially like that I was able to get them in a size 11, which is sometimes hard to find. They are really warm since I often have very cold feet. I would definitely recommend these.

Had been hunting for a while for slippers to replace my 8-year-old Uggs, which had gotten quite, well, ugly. These fit the bill. Got them in a size 8 and they're true to size and felt instantly comfortable. No breaking-in time necessary. The interior is cozy and not itchy, as I thought it might be, and the ankle height gives extra warmth. Rubber, instead of leather, soles would make these perfecto. Otherwise, two thumbs up. My feet say "ahhhhh, thank you" whenever I put them on after a long day of work.

I found these slippers to be comfortable and warm, however since I have narrow heels, the heels slipped when I took steps.

These slippers are so very comfortable and warm I wanted to give them a 5, but they are not very attractive, so it's a 4. If you want cozy-feeling feet, though, they're fantastic.

I bought these for my wife for Christmas. I checked her shoe size which was 8M and ordered slippers accordingly. They are rather tight. I offered to return but she wanted to keep them figuring they would stretch out sooner or later. Still waiting. I still have every confidence in LL Bean and will buy again.

I bought these slippers for my 100 year old mother. Because the soles have a rounded edge, she felt unsteady. Her feet wanted to roll sideways. These are beautiful, soft slippers. We just need something with a firm sole.

I bought this bootie several years ago and have loved them--they were a snug, soft and cozy fit, and kept my ankles warm during cold winter days. They were getting a little worn so decided to replace with a new pair. The new pair is not the same. Ordered the same size as before but this pair is too snug on one foot and feels somewhat scratchy. I kept them, thinking they would stretch with wear and perhaps get softer. After a couple of months they still cramp my toes after extended wear and the shearling is still somewhat scratchy. Can't say if this is a consistent issue or if mine are just a defective pair. Overall disappointed that comfort level is not the same.

Purchased before and wore them out, so I ordered again - but this time 9's are HUGE and 8's are way too small. My old 9's weren't that big even after wearing them for a couple of years. Wish I could love them but returning them. I'd try another 9 but it costs to keep returning them.

I am so disappointed. I've been buying the slippers for more than a decade, and loved them. The latest pair that I bought is far less plush and noticeably lighter than my old pair. Much thinner sheepskin. I just can't justify the increase in price with lesser quality. I am retuning them.

This is the last of the soft-soled slippers or moccasins in the Wicked Good line. It's a sorry state of affairs. I have bought years and years worth of the moccasins with soft-soles. Now, these ore the last version left, and the leather is thinner than in previous years. How can you scrimp on a name-sake item? We need the quality of days gone by.

The soles had little support and were slippery. This did not seem like the >$100 slipper quality.

The slippers were very nice and so comfortable. But getting them ordered was a job. Twice i put in an order and was sent an email saying they were out of stock. i had to call customer service to get them ordered.

I loved these slippers and don't mind paying top dollar for quality that lasts, but one completely fell apart at the stitchings after wearing them under two years occasionally in the house.

Keep my feet very warm but they run way too small. Order two sizes bigger to fit your feet properly. Also they are sort of hard to walk on, probably because they are too small for me, but it feels like I can easily walk off of the soles.

I own a similar pair of these slippers that are now 25+ years old. they are leather and lambs wool with not bottom sole. It has the moccasin style sole. I just didn't like the stiff and somewhat thick sole on these. Made me feel like I was walking on a sole that didn't fit my foot properly. The quality leather was good however the wool part was not soft at all. I returned these and will seek out another brand.

Fit not as good as the older version. Way too narrow/small. Usually wear a 7.5 and ordered an 8. Had to return them and ordered a 9still a little snug, and had to cut away clumps of uneven lining to get them to fit halfway decent. I miss the old quality and workmanship that was their standard that you could trust. They still charge for that high level of quality but no longer provide it.

These slippers are awesome for the first year and that's not even 12 months. I love them because they don't have a hard sole, they are super warm and cover your ankle, and the only ones I can find like them. This is about my 10th pair of these slippers because the stitching thread that sews the bottom leather on doesn't last more than a year of wear. I have to get new ones , I wear them from Nov - Mar only and the second year I wear them with a big hole in them because at $100 a pop I try to get my $ worth. PLEASE try to get stitching that last for more than a year ! This IS a great slipper !! I could show you a pic if I was able to upload it.

These are nice slippers, but the cost is too high for the quality. The older models were much better. The soles do not feel big enough for the bottom of the shoe.

It pains me to write this review, because these were my go-to slippers since forever ago... I have owned 3 pairs prior and always loved them; amazed how long they lasted. They were always warm, never itchy, never sweaty... I wore them year round in the house even in the summer. I bought them again in 2023, and by spring 2025 I was tossing them in the trash. The shearling inside wore away quickly and my feet always felt sweaty. I can't justify the price for a product that doesn't last like it used to.

Not as substantial as previous versions. The sole and sides are softer and do not stand up for slipping your foot in. They used to be a heavier leather, and had a leather bottom. I do not like these as well. I am keeping them, because they will fold nicely for travel. They are pretty, but I've owned several pairs of these and the recent changes are not better.
