These Birks came in a brown box, not the signature blue Birkenstock box, so I question their authenticity. They are super cute on, but are going to need some breaking in and regular wear to be absolutely comfortable.

I’m a 6.5 wide or a 7 in most sandals and ended up with the 37. The 36 fit better in length, but the arch was too far forward. The arch is perfect in the size 37. The first pair of sandals I wore a few times a week for a month and the toe strap broke on the left one. Zappos customer service was awesome and returned them no questions asked. I decided to order another and so far they are holding up well (about a month). I think the tobacco color is so attractive and goes with everything. I also like how the Mayari style is more feminine than your average Birk sandal.

If you can afford the extra cost, the leather mayaris are worth the investment.

I SO wanted to love & keep these. The strap where it crosses & holds your big toe rubbed & didn't feel right. I know they have to break in this is about my 15th pair of Birks reluctantly I had to send them back.

This sandal has fantastic arch support, the best I've ever found. They are my first pair of Bierkenstocks. They weren't uncomfortable to break in. I wish I'd gotten some sooner! To me, the Mayari's are nicer looking & less clunky looking than Bierkenstocks I typically see people wearing.

I have been breaking these bad boys in for a month and I'm still not ready to bring them on vacation. I adore them and am anxiously awaiting them to loosen up so I can look like every other woman from Colorado ;)

The fit is comfortable. This is my second pair of these shoes. My last pair I wore out. I love the oiled leather the most. It's the softs leather and most comfortable in my opinion.

These sandals from Birkenstock are very comfortable. I have four pairs and they don’t disappoint. They’re great to walk long distances. I wear a size 37 in Birkenstock’s. I normally wear a 7.5 in other shoes.

I have the same style and sandal in 3 colors. They are comfortable From the start and durable for every day use.

I wear a solid 8 and purchased these in a 38. Fits perfectly! The width is perfect, and you'd think it was made to my foot. It looks like a flat sandal but it forms to your foot! The straps are laid out in such a way that this shoe will not flop on your foot. It's still stupid cold where I am but we did have 1 nice weekend where I was walking around the house in these and I'm in love. So cute and stylish, comfortable and classic.

I ordered this style because I wanted a slide that had straps higher up on my foot (I hate a flip flop sound/motion). These feel very secure on my feet and I love the crossed leather over the toe. Definitely a narrow bed, if you have a wide foot keep that in mind. I wear a size 10 shoe and the 41 fits perfectly!

I love Birkenstock’s and added this pair recently to my wardrobe. The Mayari style is one of my favorites. They do take a few wears to really break in, but after that they are very comfortable. I wear a 7.5 medium and always order a 38 in Birks. I can wear the regular or narrow fit comfortably.

Can’t go wrong with these. Extremely comfortable and goes with everything.

Great summer shoe

Love my Birks, and this is my favorite style, just keep adding a new color to my collection each summer.

Takes a bit to get used to the arch and the firm footbed but after a couple of times wearing them they are so comfortable!

I am a size US 8W in normal shoes and have always been a 38 in Birkenstocks so when I saw that the 8 - 8.5 is now a 39 I ordered the 39 and it was WAY to long. I exchanged them for the 38 and they fit like all my others. My advise, if you know what size you are in Birkenstock, just order that size. I am thrilled with the way they look

Usually wear a 6.5. Sized down a from a 37 to 36 and they fit great!

I own 6 pair of Birkenstocks of various styles. These were stiff and almost uncomfortable out of the box unlike all my others that felt great from the start. I really wanted this color for summer and based on a few other reviews, I decided to break them in! It took a few weeks, but they have softened quite a bit and formed to my feet. Been a great shoe for the summer and loved the color.

Good fit, but broke on toe. I bought two pair and same thing happened.

The pair I received was defective. It had a large spot on the leather. Also the color of the leather was nothing like in the picture. It looked gray and dull, not warm like the photo.

Great shoes, but the color name Tobacco Brown and the picture on Zappos is misleading. The color is definitely more of a beige or light tan. It still works, but it is not a warm brown as the image implies.

For the first time ever I had a problem with a Mayari - I have 4 pair and have worn out several. I ordered the blue for the first time and the toe strap on the right sandal was so tight I couldn't walk in it. The left was normal. So, I ordered another pair and it was perfect. I am returning the pair with the defective toe strap. This was unusual. If it happens to you, don't worry - start over! Yay for Zappos!

I returned my first pair because there was a rough spot on the strap where the buckle is attached to the leather. It rubbed the top of my foot. I returned them. I reordered and just got the same problem with the new pair on the same shoe in the same spot. . Not very happy since they’re $137 a pair.
