This model of birks seem to run narrower than the other wide ones. I ordered regular width but by then end of the day my poor feet were very swollen and somehow felt extremely squished and in pain. I own several other sandal pairs from birks all in regular width and they are fine even when my feet swell. But these ouch.

I ordered the Birkenstock Franca in 37N, which is the size I always wear in Birkenstocks, but the shoes were too narrow and made my feet look unnaturally wide. I had really been looking forward to receiving them because the cross straps across the toes looked so cute, and the local shops were all out of my size.

The shoe is nicely styled, fit well and looked good on. Only problem was the color was not as it looked online. I even sent the first pair back because the color wasn’t what it looked like online. It is described as “oiled” leather but it looked like regular leather. Online it looked nicely aged but in person? Very disappointing. Sent the second pair back as well.

They're my first pair of Birkenstocks and I really wanted to love them. They're adorable. But they feel a little big. And even though you can "technically" adjust the straps, if i make them even one hole tighter, the strap ends will hit the ground. The support beneath the toes is so high it's physically painful. I'm super bummed.

It is rare I meet a pair of Birkenstocks I do not like. Unfortunately, this was one of those rare occasions. First, I was surprised by the color. The shoes were described as oiled leather and the picture appeared to be a shoe of rich brown tones. The shoe is more of a sueded tan. That would have been OK but when I tried on the shoes the cross strap across the toes was uncomfortable, probably because of the uneven nature of one strap being higher than the other. My favorite Birkenstock feminine style is the Salina. I was hoping this would give the Salina some competition but for me, unfortunately, it does not. I will be sending them back.

While the footbed is plenty long for my feet, the arches in the footbed were high on the foot, hitting my in the balls of my feet while not providing support for my actual arch. This is odd because I've had 5 or 6 pairs of birks in the past and never before had this problem. The leather of the straps were also very thick and rigid and not comfy at all.

I love these, but they turn my feet blue. If I wear them for a few hours when I take them off it looks like I still have them on from the blue bleeding onto my feet. You can't see the blue when you have them on so it doesn't usually effect me, but one time I didn't think about it and needed to dress up and change shoes. Well you can guess how awesome my feet looked even after I scrubbed them.

I do not mind the overall look and feel. Unfortunately I have a tailor bunion on my right foot and it hits the side of the sole where it curves upward. Sadly sending it back.

These felt more narrow than my Mayari ones. I like my Birkenstocks with breathing room, this felt too narrow.

This is about the 5th or 6th pair of Birkenstocks I've had--and my first impression is that the buckles (6 altogether) are flimsy and difficult to adjust. Now that I've tried 4 different ways to buckle them, am hoping that these sandals will live up to the Birkenstock reputation.

The style was super cute however the (tobacco color) leather was really thick and stiff. They would have had a long and uncomfortable break in period. My daughter chose to return them.

BIrkenstock needs to make 9.5, 10, 10.5, 11... we are out here! We have money to spend! I have very flat feet. Larger length feet does not mean high instep. 10.5 in these would’ve been great! I bought these because they’re truly adjustable, not a Velcro strap I can’t punch a new hole in to get snug fit. I mostly wear tennies so I can lace up. Chacos even stretched out and couldn’t stay snug!

OK. I love the more feminine versions of Birk's. These definitely fit that bill; however, I returned them. While they are super cute and feminine, I didn't like the strap at the top (close to the ankle) of the shoe. It restricts movement in the foot and just walking around the house for a minute while trying them on, I felt like the strap was rubbing a tiny bit. I returned them, and I plan to buy another pair of the Birkenstock Yao's. Also, I bought my daughter this same pair of shoes, and she loves them!

I wear Birkenstock Arizona's daily. This fit tight and any adjustment with the buckles made it too loose. I had to return them, though I loved the navy color and the leather.

I loved the style of this shoe and was happy to find a real leather Birkenstock with the original footbed (not the soft), other than the Arizona. I’ve heard the soft footbed is not as supportive for those who need a high, strong arch support, which I do. Unfortunately, on this shoe the understrap of one of the straps over the forefoot digs in. I can tell it’s going to be a problem, and sadly need to return them. I hope Birkenstock will consider bringing back more leather styles with the original footbed so many of us love.

Very ridged and inflexible. I was disappointed because it’s nearly impossible to find 5.5 narrow and these even have several adjustable straps, but the leather was too stiff and painful to want to take the time to break them in.

These weren't wide enough to accommodate my bunion, and my instep is too high for the upper strap.

The leather is so stiff that it began to cause blisters right away.

The ankle strap was much too close to my ankle and rubbed my skin when I tried to walk. I MISS BIRKENSTOCK GRANADA!

I was so excited for these based off of previous mayari purchases. My toes hang off the end based on where the arch is. Different sizes don’t help either. Size just changes where my heel sits.

These shoes were too hard. They had no give. and the inside at mid shoe had two layers of strap and it rubbed my foot. Otherwise, I liked them but, I didn't love them.

I have owned several pair of Birkestocks and this is, by far, my least favorite pair. I actually returned them. I currently have 9 pair of Birkenstocks in my closet and each of my 3 children own a pair or two. This pair was so cute in the picture, but I hated them on my foot. The regular width felt extremely narrow and very awkward.

I have several pair of the Birkenstocks all the same size, however, these were definitely smaller than my current inventory. Disappointed in the shift in the quality of manufacture

I love the look of the navy oiled leather but in this style it was much too stiff. The upper strap constantly rubbed against my ankle.

I love Birks. I actually already have this shoe. It is years old and getting aged so I ordered another. It is NOT the same shoe. The leather straps are not as wide and thinner. Looked like they would wear out quickly. The bottom is great as Birks always are but the top is cheap. Had to return. So disappointed.
