Ill save the flex straw cap for when i In worried about tipping and spilling. The flex straw cap just doesnt doesnt have as much flow. Relatively, makes me feel like Im working for a drink.

Im happy with the straw/sip cap works great, but it ruins my aesthetic ! Took so much time choosing color of bottle , strap , cap , personalization etc ruined by the ugly black that doesnt go with it. Maybe offer solid white if not all the colors.

I already answered this question, took pics, etc and am supposed to be getting a new cap. The one I recently bought doesnt hold the straw consistently requiring me to adjust it every time I sip. Considering the price for this, Im disappointed.

The flax doesnt seem to keep water cold even when cold water is put in it.

Incredible! I love that it's leak-proof when closed. Be careful when you open the straw, because it will spill if it's open when knocked over.

I actually hate it with the straw. It does seal nice but was kind of a waste of money for me though. I should have just ordered the regular old top as I unscrew it to drink every time. Sorry

This was given to me as a free replacement since the sport cap was leaking. The customer service was amazing to deal with and the new cap is completely leak proof and easy to use. Convenient straw and carrying handle. I highly recommend

Somewhat pricey for what you get. Straw doesn't always work perfectly, as the user needs to suck with more strength at times. Otherwise, it's a nice size, shape, and color. Carrying strap works well. Overall, I like it.

When my first straw cap wouldnt work, the company promptly replaced it. Great product and excellent customer service.
