Got these shoes exactly one week ago and boy was I keen and excited. I wore them playing 18 holes in a cart on a Saturday, not much walking but thought the heels seem to rub and hoped it was just a break them in which even in the cart and walking around the house would do. So I did that for 3 days. Wednesday walked 18 holes of golf. Could barely walk the last 3 holes. I hobbled to the car park after the round and couldn't wait to take them off. My heels are chopped to pieces, blisters, cuts. The leather heel and fabric cushion causes extreme rubbing. I was in agony those last 3 holes.
The shoes look great, have a fantastic sole (and grip is great) but just not wearable. I have the right size shoe (same as every other FJ and other golf shoe I've owned) just something about the leather around the heel and the stitching along with the carbons "fabric cushion". Will have to have a week off golf walking and back to the cart .

I think the price of golf shoes are way too high, and I'll give you an example. Michael Jordan was selling his tennis shoes in the United States for over $100 and they were making them overseas for $11. That'll give you an example of the amount of money made on shoes that are made overseas and sold in the U.S.A., Sad but true. Many of the shoes hard cut small and very few of them i'm in a wide. I would like to see a better price and a better quality if you're going to charge more for your golf shoes foot joy.

I love to buy footboy golf shoes because I can get wide sizes and because they always fit me well.
Somehow this shoe is not sized like the others and I had to return.

Shoes are very well made, sole is very comfortable and they seem to have great stability but the wide width is way too narrow. What is the point of offering a wide fit if the last is shaped like that of a dress shoe? Are these shoes made people that use carts exclusively? My toes hurt after wearing them in the house for 5mn, I can't imagine myself walking 7000 yards in these... I wanted to like these shoes but I have to return them.

Bought my fifth pair of pro sl's this time the carbon range. Never had any issues in the past. Second round feet were soaking, now returned and awaiting an update

Super confortable et stable. Mais impossible de la porter sans me blesser le tendon d'Achille. Remonte trop fort et vers l'avant. Retournes au magasin. Et je connais d'autres joueurs dans le mme cas.

Very disappointed with this shoe. They squeak like snowmobile boots from day 1! I've tried conditioners and leather moisturizers between the top of the tongue and upper but have not solved the problem. They are embarrassing to wear. I would not recommend this product. I talked to Footjoy warranty and they would not help since it was outside of 90 day window.

Two of the rubber sections of the sole of the right shoe literally ripped out the first time I wore them (I noticed on hole 7). They are very comfortable and I own several pairs (same thing happened within a month), but I guess I'll slap a bunch of super glue on like I did with my other pairs...

I have several other footjoys that I'm happy with. I bought this shoe specifically for those walking days but it completed trashed my heels. Stable design for sure but I cannot recommend this shoe. It will be a few days before I can play again.

I paid almost $300 for the shoes from foot joy Canada two weeks later I find them $100 cheaper at Nevada bobs in Grand Prairie Alberta

I've had 2 pairs of this shoe and never had an issue but my latest pair is destroying my heels. Normally a great shoe right out of the box, but this 3rd pair has been nothing but issues for my first 4 rounds. Not sure if it's a bad pair/quality control issue or what as all 3 pairs have been the exact same size. Really disappointing.

The carbon panels on the bottom of the shoe wore right thru on the forward panels in less than one season and now have rubber sticking thru the bottom and are not waterproof what so ever! Cannot get warrantied because I forgot where online I bought them

Got the ProSL in black. They looked amazing, so sleek and modern. They are very light and stable. On the 4th hole I thought my feet were sore. By the 9th it was nearly time to walk in. Finished my round to take my new shoes off to find my socks with blood all over from them from blisters which had burst on both of my heels. Shoes were very stable. But could not recommend them.

Having had many pairs of comfy Footjoys before I decided to treat myself to, what looked like, the most comfortable pair in the range. The grip, even in moist conditions, has been great, but I have, from the first wearing, suffered from terrible heel blisters that have made the shoes unwearable. I have never had such from any pair of shoes. I tried several rounds to break the shoes in, tried allowing the blisters to heel then trying the shoes again, all to no avail. The worst shoes, of any sort, I have ever worn, which is heartbreaking considering the cost.
I would not recommend these to anyone.

As a long time wearer of FJ golf shoes sad to say I played my first round in these and blistered on both feet in the same spot. A design issue with these relative to my foot or a quality issue? Not sure as I've had numerous other FJ shoes including earlier versions of the ProSL, and I was wearing the same Footjoy golf socks I typically wear.

Got it as a gift but came with a defective shoelace loop. Seems like the glue got undone. Wouldn't be as annoyed if customer service was better

Bought my pro SL Carbon 6 months ago badly made all the inside of the shoe is falling to bits and my heal is so sore I can't do more than 9 holes in these shoes tried to get in touch with fj but they never answer the phone when there is a complaint these shoes were recomended to me by FJ as I have problems with a disability to my feet very disappointed my complaint is probley going to come back to me as wear and tear.

The nubby spikes on the bottom of the shoe are just glued on. After a while, they just fall off. Maybe you could glue them back, but you shouldn't have to. I was surprised to see FJ still selling this shoe. I wouldn't buy another pair with those glued on spikes. Buyer beware.

These shoes are no doubt amazing but the sizing issue mentioned by several reviews is very real. The length was good but for width, i would recommend one size bigger that normal.
