Too wide. Need narrow. Custom building the now.

I got severe blisters on the back of my heals despite measuring myself very carefully and on the fact that I had another Footjoy brand for many years with the same size and width and had no issues.

I measured using a foot scale plus I had a another Footjoy brand for many years of the exact same size and width, however, I got severe blisters on the back of the heels

Firstly these are incredibly comfortable. The leather is supple. The fit is good for those with wider feet. The toe box is big enough without being clownish. Regretfully on one shoe the upper is coming away from the midsole meaning they are no longer waterproof. This is only after ~5-6 months of use. When contacting customer services I was informed of their strict 12 months of limited warranty from date of purchase. Considering I bought these in the off season it's really disappointing from an acushnet brand which I really like.

I bought these on March 20, 2023 from a local golf shop at our golf club. I was unable to find the appropriate customer service so decided to comment here. I wore them for 2 days consecutively and in that short span, they made it uncomfortable to walk in and were constantly biting my ankle. This defeats the purpose of golf shoes and compromises the foot health. I would request the company to look into this matter. Regards.

I RETURNED THE SHOES TO YOU DID NOT FIT PROPERLY

I am incredibly disappointed by the quality of the Tarlows. I've had the shoes now for quite some time and hoped that they would eventually break in and be comfortable. I continue to have awful heal blistering and bleeding despite wearing them more than 15 times at this stage.

I loved them for 12 months, then the soles came off the shoes. They were under warranty, so Footjoy sent me a replacement pair. You guessed it... 8 months later the soles came unglued on the replacement pair, which according to Footjoy had NO WARRANTY. I took them to a cobbler who had no trouble fixing them... which is what you'll have to do if you buy these shoes. (Love the BOA, though.) .

Love the look of this shoe, design, aesthetic. It's comfortable and has great traction. I'd have thought for the price I could get a few seasons out of it, but unfortunately after 2 rounds it's already falling apart. The sole is removing from the shoe, I imagine it'll come completely off after a few more rounds. I've only played in good conditions, but that shouldn't even matter given footjoys reputation. All other footjoys I've owned have lasted years, really bummed out considering the money I spent.

Did not fit well, returned item and purchased different style.

They are not very comfortable ride low on heat . Other pair fine
