I bought these shoes and played around 10 rounds in them now. They don't have any padding or support, just flat without much cushion. During every round my knees and feet start to hurt. Leather scratches or damages pretty easy too. A friend accidentally stepped on my foot, gashed the leather pretty good just from that one thing. They look great and have great traction.

I purchased premium FJ shoes years ago and they were perfect. Comfortable right out of the box with a very high build quality. I foolishly expected a similar experience this time around but these shoes are cheap, uncomfortable and still very expensive.

Fit small. Had to return. Need to try a larger size.

Footjoy seem to have changed their width fittings, and their 'wide' is no longer wide enough. They do an extra wide in some models, but only in what I would regard as summer shoes, or the extremely expensive MyJoys. I recently bought some wide fit Premiere Series Packard shoes, but am regretting it, as they aren't quite wide enough, and I'm having problems with the width, and blisters on my heals. I have bought Footjoys for the wide fitting for many years, and they've been brilliant. A great fit, comfortable from day 1 and great quality. I am now very disappointed with the changes to the width fittings. If they're going to make the wide fit narrower, they should at least offer all models in an extra wide fit.

Toe delaminated on my right shoe and the tongue on my right shoe also slides to the right side of my shoe the longer I wear them in a round. Very disappointed. My 3 month warranty just came up recently as well.

Long time FJ customer (40 years). Have always been able to wear out of the box. Not this pair, within 7 (seven) holes I had blisters on back of both heels. Not a great experience!

Surprised that you didn't have various styles in side fittings so bought Ecco

I love this shoe will be my 6th BOA... but the last 2 ordered came in small and tight ... I always get a 10w and the last one I gave to my son and this pair is really tight... Hope I can stretch them a bit

Have tried for the last couple of weeks to buy shoes that fit. I have previously worn FJ shoes (last 20 years) and typically order size 12 WIDE fit. The shoes I ordered were not big enough for me and were smaller than other FJ shoes that I have worn. I then ordered a size 13 - but saw that a WIDE fit was not available. Sure enough, when they arrived they were long enough but NOT WIDE ENOUGH. As such I have returned the two pairs. The shoes looked great and were well made. I should love to have a pair but... As it stands I am wearing an older pair of FJ (size 12 WIDE) purchased several years ago - but they look tired and worn out. HELP?

5 months in and there is lead toe side rubber separation - I have read this happening to other people in other golfing forums. Bought from my golf club in the new financial year and only used maybe twice a month? The shoes feel amazing, I love them but what is the go with the durability? Frustrating and unacceptable considering the price? (It's outside the 90 day warranty but 10 rounds of usage?!)

At age 56 I have never purchased another brand of golf shoe but Footjoy. Last week I bought a new pair of Premiere Packard's..Footjoy's best shoe. My last pair is 3 years old and it was time. The new shoe is not even close to the quality of the previous version. I will be returning it this week and buying Adidas. Unfortunate that a brand I trusted has sold out to the land of cheap.

Leather on right shoe was wrinkled and apparently coming loose from the underneath shoe base. Tried on and amazed how poor the quality assurance team was that sent the shoe to me.

Longtime FJ customer, since 1980s. Currently have 7 pairs of FJs, 3 of which I bought this year (including 2 pairs of Premieres). I rotate, use cedar shoe trees and take care of all my shoes. To my surprise, the outsole of one of the Packard shoes has started peeling off after only 7 rounds!! I was stunned. I of course know these are not made in MA anymore and the quality isn't the same. I only expect to get a golf season out of most. But when you buy FootJoy Premieres, you expect a little more. This is a defect and I saw other reviewers had same issue. Just really disappointed. I take pride in wearing a classic FJ golf shoe. I want to trust my shoes. That's why I buy FJ. Bummed out to say the least.

Woud leave zero stars if I could for the product and the service. Really disappointed. The insoles wore out after light use. Footjoy cannot replace or recommend the correct replacement. Nor can their oem partner ortholite. Aftermarket insoles do not fit. Perfectly good shoes are now useless because of a shoddy spare part that probably costs footjoy pennies. I did try to resolve this but the email correspondence was not good. Polite on the phone but no resolution. I will never buy footjoy again and will tell anyone who will listen to avoid. I probably have about 40 years golf left if I'm lucky.

This shoe certainly catches the eye with its appealing design, but regrettably, its comfort falls short, especially during extended wear on the golf course. As a longtime fan of FJ footwear, I've previously enjoyed their reputation for both style and comfort. However, this particular model fails to live up to those expectations.

Unfortunately, I never received this beautiful pair of golf shoes from my husband's birthday. I can imagine that they are very stylish and comfortable shoes. However, we never got the shoes and furthermore have not received any communication from Footjoy about the lost package.

I have been a loyal fan of Footjoys since 1980. However, after multiple reviews and consults with the online representatives, I was extremely excited to buy the Premiere Series-Packard. Something has definitely changed since my last pair of Footjoys a few years ago.....as these were sent back due to the fact that these were hurting my feet especially in the toe box. I have been to Dick's Sporting Goods and Golf Galaxy to try on every style and sizes of Footjoys to no avail. I appreciate the fact that the shoes are made to perfection including the use of leather uppers, however, I am totally depressed that I could not stay in the Footjoy company as I need to be comfortable during my many rounds of golf

Second shoe I order. Exact same size. Exact same brand. Fit is completely different. Not nearly as comfortable. Very disappointed.

I am on my second pair of Premiere series shoes and the sole has start to separate on both pairs. First was the field and now have the Packard. It is not out of the ordinary for golfers to follow through on their right toe for RH player. Unsure why these won't last.

Wore the shoes 3 times (all in 1 week of owning them). Walked 9 holes twice and hit balls. Went to clean them and discovered the tread on the outsole is peeling off. Very disappointed in the durability of these shoes. My first time owning Footjoys and I'm not impressed with the shoes falling apart after wearing them 3 times. Before these I bought cheaper shoes that would last me 2 years and these didn't last 1 week.

I'm a 3 times a week golfer and play in any condition. I have been wearing different footboys for over 15 years and these nice looking shoes are the worst I have ever owned. Stiff and the worst on my feet I have ever worn. My heels had blister within two holes the first time I wore them. The heel uppers dug into my Achilles so bad by three holes I was bleeding. I bought them because I wanted a better looking shoe when I play at the county club and wanted to look my best. So I was willing to pay some extra $$ for them. Big mistake! I did expect that I'd get a shoe I could walk 18 holes in the first time I wore them. I was fitted at a PGA shoe and they felt good there and ordered the exact shoe here. I can't see ever breaking them in. The leather is dry and stiff no matter what I do, I cant image them getting better and they will never be "broken" in. If these were normal shoes I would have bought to wear for work, I'd expect some stiffness but these are first and foremost sports athletic shoes and should not be causing injury on the first use. I'm writing these review as cautionary advice to others. I'll take the financial hit, after all I did buy them. Buyer beware.
