These house shoes were extremely unflattering and uncomfortable. It is very rare that I give such an awful review. The "criss-cross" strap could have been very cute but it hit so low down on the foot that all of the toes in their entirety were exposed and it just looked weird. They were loose, floppy and had very little support. My intended purpose for these was to wear in the house as house shoes as I do not like to walk barefoot on tile floors. I have some Vionic Flip Flops that I really like so I thought these would be good too. Not so. The style was very unflattering and they did not provide enough (any!) support. I sent them back.

These felt unsafe to walk in. My foot slid around on the fleece sole. My house has lots of stairs and I need my footwear to be secure on them.

These slippers are just uncomfortable! They are supper wide, but the left strap rub the top of my foot (to the point of a blister). I have loosened / tightened the straps with no success. It is disappointing because the arch support is pretty good, and I loved that they have hard bottom sole.

I replaced my UGG slippers with these, and they are not comfortable at all! I'm not sure why...they are super wide but the top strap rubs the top of my foot. I'm pretty sure I'm going to have a blister. The straps have a velcro closure, and I have adjusted multiple ways. I have loosened and tightened with no improvement. It is too bad because they have great support, and I love they have a hard bottom.

I liked these slippers at first - HOWEVER - soon found the that sole is quite slippery on a wood floor or hard surface. I've tried to rough up the sole a bit but whatever material it is soon gets slippery again. Will not buy again.

I really wanted to like these as they are highly recommended for various foot problems (plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, achilles tendonitis) but they just were not comfortable on my foot and created knee and back pain, so I sent them back.

The therapeutic value of these slippers is unmatched and benefit individuals with Plantar Fascitis, muscle diseases, foot deformities or just by offering great support. HOWEVER, VIONIC is totally aware that the material on all their slippers is substandard and wears away far too quickly. That should not be happening for a product this expensive, not within just a few weeks or even a few months! I am a medical professional and am also on a healthcare advisory board for a leading news station. I've referred patients, friends and colleagues to these slippers. Our news staff was actually able to contact Vionic's quality control division and they stated to us, over a year ago, that they were "Looking into having their vendor address this known problem of the fabric eroding away too quickly". The FACT is, they sell these slippers to millions of people, worldwide, because people are willing to buy them for the therapeutic value, regardless of the defective fabric used. Therefore, Vionic has no real interest in having the quality of the fabric addressed and improved upon. They will just keep overpricing them and get away with it. AND to quote a Zappos customer service rep this morning, "If you don't like the quality of the Zappos slippers, find another product". So, once again, my friends, patients, colleagues and I, like 1000's of other Vionic slippers customers , will continue to order them for their therapeutic value, allowing Vionic and their vendors to continue to take advantage of loyal customers. Pathetic example of the disregard for the consumer.

I got a size 8 and they were way to wide and long. Went to the store and tried on a size smaller but the arch did not feel right. So I returned them and got Gemma style in size 8, tried them on in the store but they didn’t have the color I wanted. Can’t wait to get my new slippers

These are very wide and slipped off my feet when I walked even after adjusting the velcro. Also, the "arch support" in these (which I why I bought them) was placed too far forward causing pain in the balls of my feet when I walked. Returned.

UPDATE: I’m disappointed with these slippers. Did I get a defective pair? Or has the quality gone downhill since my first pair in 2016?
My first pair lasted over two years before the Velcro wore out and I could no longer tighten them. My current pair started falling apart after only 7 months. The heel area is cracking in the same section on the side of both slippers just under my outer ankle. This is causing a loss of support under the arch/heel as the sole material continues to break down. The slippers are only worn inside and have been properly cared for just like my first pair that lasted over two years.

This is my 4th pair of Vionic slippers to purchase. The arch seems non-existent. I contacted Vionic to check to see if they had re-designed the slipper, but they said they had not. They recommended that I return this pair & try to re-order in hopes this pair might be defective. Sure hope so. I have been hugely dependent on these slippers. They literally save my feet, hips and back when wearing around our hard flooring home.

This slipper ran large and I was not able to adjust the straps enough to keep it on my foot. Staps are forward on foot and so did not provide enough coverage to even keep them on. Felt like I was playing dress up with mommy's shoes and had to drag my feet to keep them on.

The material is soft and comfortable but the edge of the top hits my baby toe which causes friction and pain. Unfortunately, these did not work out for me. They are a bit clunky for a slipper but the arch support was good.

I bought these slippers to help with my Plantar fasciitis, since the Vionic brand is known for good arch support, unlike most slippers. Unfortunately, these felt as though I was going to fall right out of them. I don’t even think a smaller size would have helped, so had to return them.

At first, it seemed like these would work, but they slide off my feet, even with adjusting the strap. Will have to return.

Let me start by saying I have several pairs of Vionic shoes, boots and slippers. Love them all. This pair was a huge miss. They felt floppy on top - like there wasn't enough holding your foot. So as you walked they felt very loose in the front and the strap area. Perhaps it is the weight of the slipper (they are not actually heavy but compared to a flip flop). I tightened the strap and it was better but still felt floppy and insecure as I walked around. Got my daughter a pair & she said the same to me before I even told her what I thought.

This would have been perfect, but they are too hot. I do think they run alittle small. Otherwise, a cute sandal & the arch support is helpful!

I really wanted to like these. Looking to replace my Acorn Spa Slippers that they no longer make but these were not anything like my worn out but oh so comfy Acorn slippers. They are so hard and uncomfortable that they had to go back. I love the open toe (my feet get hot) of these but they are hard as a rock and there was nothing "relaxing" about them.

These have changed. I've been wearing Vionic slippers for many years (since they were called Orthoheel), after a bad bout of plantar fasciitis. I generally wear them for a couple of years until they start to wear out. Just bought these, which would be about the fourth pair I've had, and these are narrower than they used to be so that they pinch my foot in weird places, and they have much less arch support. They used to have really aggressive arch support, which is hard to find in a slipper. Really disappointed.

The arch on this shoe hurt my feet, it was too hard to wear this slipper for very long. The slipper was soft and fit true to size otherwise but had to return them because they were not comfortable on my arch.

My foot is a 10 EE, so pretty big and wide. With these, I couldn't tighten the strap tight enough to keep my feet from sliding forward and off the front of the footbed of this slipper. They're also heavy and "clunky." Thank goodness for free returns, cause back they went. Disappointing fit from Vionic, my usual go to brand.

I love the comfort of these so much that I bought 2 pairs in quick succession about 9 months ago -- one in gray and one leopard print. The Velcro "strap" adjusts easily for bare feet, thin socks, or fuzzy winter socks. They feel divine and very supportive.
I was horrified a few weeks ago when I discovered that the fabric and underlayment in the footbed in both pairs is wearing away and disintegrating under the big toes and balls of my feet. I cannot face replacing a pair (much less 2) of $60 slippers in less than a year, no matter how comfy they are. I wear them only indoors and rotate them with a pair of Birkenstocks. What a disappointment!
