These shoes are terrible about shedding black fuzzies. Pieces come off on your feet and then are all over your floor..

I really wanted to like these slippers because of the Orthaheel Tec and the cute animal print. Unfortunately my feet did not like them at all. When I received them I read the note that said they may make my feet a little sore to begin with because of the Orthaheel Tec and to continue wearing them. I have worn them for over a month and it got to the point where my feet were killing me. My heels hurt, my arches hurt, and my knees starting hurting. That is when I decided to give up on them. After four days of not wearing the slippers my feet are back to not hurting. What hurts the most though is the money that I shelled out and since I have worn them for a month and do not have the original packaging, I cannot return them for a refund. I ended up searching Zappos' site for different slippers and I found my favorite Acorn Spa slippers in a slide. I wore the thong style slippers all summer and love them. I like to wear wool socks in the winter and I am so happy that Acorn has a slide style now. I only wish it had been available when I was looking for winter slippers so I would not have wasted my money on the Orthaheel Technology slippers. I guess I can always sell them at a yard sale.

Because I wear quite a few Vionic shoes I thought the slippers would be great. Boy was I wrong. These slippers have no support and I am back to wearing my Vionic flip flops around the house because at least they have some arch support. I should have saved my money.

I was hoping that these would work for me. At first they seemed comfortable with more support than ordinary slippers. Then after a few wearings I realized that they are unstable, as in slippery in the footbed. These do run large, and so I got these in a size smaller. Yet even after tightening them up as far as they would go, they still feel sloppy and unstable. Something about the fabric footbed lining and the straps across the foot keep stretching out. These are also dangerous walking up and down stairs. I had a pair before but it was a size larger, I twisted my ankle in them. in the end, these are no better. I will probably donate them or throw them away.

I purchased these slippers on the recommendation of my podiatrist and am quite disappointed. Although the slippers are fairly open, the material doesn't breathe, so for the first time in my life, my feet are perspiring and I now have new (2 week old) slippers that smell funky, and when I wear them, my feet smell funky, too. Gross. The only way to avoid having my feet pick up the smell is to wear socks with the slippers. Not a great look, and I don't like wearing socks, especially here in South Florida. Also, after wearing the slippers for an hour or so, I find that the Velcro bands seem to stretch, so they feel loose and awkward and I then worry about tripping when wearing them. I don't recommend them and feel disappointed that a $60 pair of slippers has left me with punky feet.

This item is well-constructed and very supportive; however, the materials used are poor quality and tend to cause the feet to perspire profusely. Cotton would be a better choice for this material.

Unfortunately, these slippers make my foot pain worse. This is the second pair of Orthaheels that I have tried and neither one worked. I overpronate and thought these would help but I get sharp pains in the middle of my foot after wearing these slippers. It is too late to return them but I will not buy any more Orthaheel products again.

I thought I would love these slippers. I paid more for them than I have ever spent on slippers in my entire life. I have tried and tried to wear them. Every time I put them on, my back is killing me within the hour. And if I press on and continue to wear them for over an hour, I have excruciating leg cramps all night. They are nice, but they are just not for me.

I have very flat feet and severe bunions. I have been wearing Orthaheel Tide flip-flop sandals. They hold my feet in enough alignment that they sit properly in the shoes. This slipper does not appear to have the degree of arch support and without the strap between the 1st & 2nd toe my feet cannot stay properly aligned in the slippers and I cannot walk in them. The slippers are as warm as I thought they would be, but I had to give up and return them and look for arch supports for regular slippers instead.

I should have known better...you can't really provide support on an open slipper like this. I found my feet sliding off both sides, which was not only uncomfortable, but ended up hurting my knees.

Most uncomfortable pair of slippers. I had so much increased knee and hip pain I had to take them off and back they go. What a huge waste of money!

This slipper looked nice but was horrible when I put it on to walk around. The part that velcroed across top of foot hurt my foot no matter whether I did it tight or loosened it. The arch support feel like a hard rock on the inner foot side of foot. It actually hurt to walk on it. I tried these for a week as other people said you would get used to it. I never did. I have had several prior back surgies and the night after wearing these I developed burning pain down hip and leg which scared me and I quit wearing slipper and pain did not come back. Would especially be careful with these slippers if you have had prior back surgery. This was NOT a soft cushiony slipper.

I have owned several pairs of Orthaheel shoes and they have been wonderful. They helped when I suffered with plantar fascia and helped to correct pronation. I have used this slipper for several weeks now. They were fine for ONE week. After that the upper has stretched out so bad that it is hard to walk in them. My feet slide around so badly. I have to constantly tighten them. I cannot recommend this style of Orthaheel.

I am so disappointed in this purchase. I have 8 pairs of Orthaheel shoes so these were an indulgence for relaxing at home. But they simply will not work! Mainly because of the soft fabric footbed, my foot slides, or twists, instead of being supported as they are with my flipflops and flats. Even by tightening the straps too much, I can't comfortably wear them. So total waste of money.

These are the most uncomfortable things that I have ever owned. They are stiff, hard with no padding inside at all; just cloth over hard rubber!

I was very disappointed with this shoe. Quality is just not there. I wore them for 3 weeks then sent them back. Its a good thing they're guaranteed. They stretched at least 1/2 size. Why is the sole is covered with a nylon mesh? It ripped in several places, in 2 weeks! They get dirty but you can't throw them in the washer. I bought them based on great reviews. HAH! Overpriced for the quality and durability. Will not purchase again. One thing I did like. My feet sweat but material in these slippers wicked the sweat away. My feet stayed dry.

I have not been happy with these slippers at all. The velcro stopped working in two months so it was difficult to keep them on the feet. I would not recommend these shoes.

I was very disappointed. The slipper ran a half size too large and the foot bed was too narrow on the toe box. I have 2 pair of the sandals and love them.

These slippers run very large. I take a size 6 1/2 - 7 shoe and ordered a 7. They are large and floppy, even with the velcro which is not thick enough to make them small enough to fit my foot. Other size 7's (Orthaheels) fit perfectly but these do not. I returned them.
