Almost perfect. I own the thing sandals and love them. I ordered these in the same size but my pinky toe rests up on the part of the strap that's seen into the sole so it's not comfy. Maybe a half size bigger? They are also very warm - not a summer house shoe! I wear a 7 in these and flip flops while I wear an 8 in other brands!

I have Orthaheel sandals that I love and I thought these would be perfect to wear around the house, but have found them to be very clunky and hard to keep on.

I read the mixed reviews and ordered anyway. I put them on and thought wow what good support. By day three of putting them on and off because I couldn't wear them for long stretches I was most disappointed. These were donated by day five. Hopefully, someone else will find them more comfortable.

I was thrilled with a slipper that I could wear with my foot problem. Was very disappointed to find that after paying this much for them I was only able to wear them for one summer. They were wide and I have narrow feet but were okay when I got them. Both stretched but the right one to the point that it is too big and I almost took a bad fall when I tried to wear them anyway. Would not advise anyone with narrow feet to purchase them.

Decent slipper with moderate arch support. I have worn these for about a month and the inside sole has worn down enough to become a little slick without wearing socks and I really do not like to wear socks with slippers - too warm! The orthotic function of the slipper is great and it's a really cute style. I have no arches in either foot and wide feet...so these are supportive for walking around the house. I would not purchase again due to the issue with the inside sole.

Love these; but unfortunately this time the mfg decided to sew labels into the cross-over straps; very itchy; cannot wear. (If you wear socks with your slippers it's probably okay, but I don't.) Sadly need to return, and I'll continue to wear the sandals instead in the house.

I was excited to get a slipper that would help my Plantar Fasciitis. This slipper does not cause more pain, and is possibly helping. What is a real pain, however, is the fact that it sheds on everything - carpets, hardwoods, my long pants. I've had these for over 2 months and they are still shedding. I am beginning to hate to put them on even though they are very comfortable, because of having to clean up after them.

Very supportive slipper. The heel and arch are great but my toes were uncomfortable on the outside of the top of the slipper. The slipper raises up and it hurt my toes. I am usually a medium width and this just wasn't right. Yet the larger size was overall too big.

These were very comfortable and supportive. I'm returning them unfortunately because there's a small label on the inside of the right slipper that has nylon thread which irritates my foot.

I have flat feet with problems and I am supposed to wear specially made orthotics which I don't. I wanted a slipper that offered arch support and tried these. Although they provide great support they are heavier than I like and I feel like I am wearing clodhoppers. I was hoping they would be as lightweight as Crocs, but with arch support.

Very nice looking, but it was so much larger than I had expected that only my number of stars for the style is a valid indicator.

These are literally the most comfortable shoes I have ever put on my feet! I am 45 years old. I am a former dancer and gymnast. My feet and body took a beating for a lot of years! I wake up most days in pain. I also have a sciatic nerve issue. I love these shoes. Can't wait to get home to put them on. I am trying to figure out 1)how to wear these in public, because they are slippers and 2) when I can get another pair. Thank you for these! I will be recommending these to my 70 year old mother who can at this time only wear sneakers. She will love them!

I have loved my Orthaheel Tide flip flops and was using them even as a house shoe. Then I splurged on a pair of these slippers. The foot bed does not feel the same at all. There is very little to no cushioning and the arch support seems to be in a slightly different location. Very disappointed but have kept them 'cause I figured I wore them too much to send them back. I might do it any way. Also have a pair of mules (the ones w/3 elastic bands across the instep. They are very comfortable. Time to get a new pair of Tides because the old ones don't get rid of the PF pain anymore.

This is a very comfortable slipper if you foot rolls in. It is soft and well cushioned and has a great arch. However, if your foot rolls out, the arch padding will actually make you roll more.
I had to return them because of the rolling out problem.

I agree with all the others who said this shoe runs large. I ordered an 8 instead of a 9. That worked. I also agree with someone who said the arch was uncomfortable; hurt my foot. I have low arches but my main problem is heal discomfort. It felt good on my heels but bad on my arches. So am sending them back.

These are super cute and sturdily built but I found that they hurt the top of my foot where the straps go across from the weight of the shoe pulling down. I was going to return them because I felt for that much money they shouldn't hurt me but I have plantar fasciitis and am on my feet all day with work and family. By the time I get home at night sometimes I can barely walk but when I put these on I could stay on my feet a little longer which was a big deal for me. I decided to keep them just for that reason (I have a 3 year old). They have molded to my feet a little and become more comfortable with wear but now less than 2 months later the fur has pilled up on the sole creating an uncomfortable area even though I have been careful to keep them very clean. Disappointing and I expect higher quality materials for such an expensive slipper! I will continue to look for a better solution.

I bought these for my 63 year old mother. She initially loved the look, style and comfort and said it felt like they helped her sore knees. She did the advised break in period, wearing only a certain number of hours per day. However, after about 5 days of wearing, her knee popped out of place. It has never happened before, so we attribute it to the slippers. They are a good quality product, very comfortable for her and she loved the style, but be careful if you are prone to musculo-skeletal problems.

These had an odd fit. They have a high arch for a slipper, and caused my foot to supinate. This was really obvious because it's basically an open slipper and I could see my foot sliding off the outer edge and turning out. No amount of adjusting the straps put my foot in the right place.

I gave this slipper a comfort level of 2 for the following reason (great arch support but): I have somewhat high arches and the straps kept rubbing the tops of my feet to the point of being painful. And I only wore them on the carpet to try them out for less than 20 seconds! I changed the straps tightness to several different positions and still no relief. Unfortunately these are going back. I might try the mule slippers or else just order another pair of flip flops strictly for indoor use!

Definitely disappointed. Saw Orthaheel on HSN and was excited to see that Zappos carried the brand. I have plantar fasciitis in both feet. Unfortunately the footbed is hard and overall, the slipper didn't give my heels the ahhh feeling that I had been expecting. As a result, I do not buy into the Orthaheel concept and will not purchase the brand again. As for Zappos, thanks! Great selection and service.

Excellent arch support. It was well padded and comfortable. However, for me, the sole felt rigid when I walked and it makes it a bit difficult to keep the slippers on.

I would have given these slippers five stars if the heel was not so high. I thought it would be like the sandals, low heel, firm support but these slippers actually cause my back to hurt if I stand too long in them.

The footbed is great. The soft fabric is great. The adjustable straps are nice because I have wide feet. There's just something about the positioning of the straps combined with the stiffness of the velcro that makes them uncomfortable across my instep.

Unfortunately I had to return. They had great arch support which is what I needed but are just too "clunky" for what I want walking around the house.

The arch support is good, but the slipper closing is too loose, so the slippers are not stable, particularly on stairs. I pulled the tab over as far as possible and still needed more velcro to close the slippers more tightly. The slippers need to be redesigned so that they can be made narrower and thus fit more securely. It's a shame, since the sole is good for those with plantar fasciitis.
