I have so many feet problems and I thought I may have found my perfect slipper when ordering these. Not the case. Though they offer amazing support, they are a bit clunky and I sometime find them hard to keep on my feet well, and end up cramping my toes trying to keep them on. I'm still trying to give them (and Oprah) the benefit of the doubt, but after almost 3 weeks I'm not impressed and still looking for the perfect slipper.

The footbed of these slippers is actually quite comfortable. They are a bit clunky, but I bought them for around the house, so style really didn't matter to me. My one caveat with these is that the strap hit my foot too far back and I didn't feel like the shoe stayed secure on my foot.

These are better than a flat sole, but not as supportive as past versions. I have two pair of these exact slippers from 3-4 yrs ago which were much more supportive. These were a little disappointing to me. Obviously changes were made.

I was disappointed in these slippers. I have several pair of Vionic sandals and love them all so I didn't anticipate any issues. The first problem I encountered was they have a really bad chemical smell, probably from the "odor-resistant Ecofresh" treatment. It would take a year in the garage for them to gas-off enough for me to wear them. Also, the velcro strap on the right shoe rubs and scratches the top of my foot. It could be just that I got a defective right shoe but I don't want to go through all the bother of exchanging them and hoping for a better outcome.

Glad I ordered one size smaller but sadly they don't have the non-slip sole I require so they're going back.

It's changed and not for the better. I've worn these as house shoes for over 5 years and they have been the salvation of my aching feet. The pair I just received has a new slippery, faux-fur surface material that sheds all over the house. I also don't feel safe in them because my feet slip/shift and I am in fine foot health/strength again these days. Be aware if you are not steady on your feet. The cheap fabric is worn off the heel lip after about one week of wear. I would not recommend or buy again unless the they replace the fabric. Such a shame.

Warning! This is not the same slipper design that was previously sold under the Orthaheel Brand name, subsequently taken over by Vionics. Although the company claims everything is the same, it is definitely not the same product. This slipper is comfortable and well-made, but it does not offer the same arch support as the previous design.

Cute slipper, was hoping that it would help my plantar fasciitis since I have ceramic tile floors in my home. Unfortunately it was too narrow, so I have to return.

I was disappointed in the quality of the stitching of the top of the slipper. The flaps where not sewn properly to keep from folding over inside the flap making it uncomfortable on the top of the foot. Replaced and had same problem. I expected better.

I don't have any particular foot problems, but was just looking for a summer slipper that had a little more support than most I've seen. These took a little getting used to for me. They hurt the tops of my feet for a few days, but then I got more used to them. They are fairly comfortable now. Not a level of comfort I'd rave about, but they're fine. One very annoying thing, though, is that small pieces of black fuzz keep coming off. I've worn them daily for about three weeks now, and I'm still finding the fuzz to be an issue, so not sure if it'll stop anytime soon. It's not a ton, but just enough to be annoying and worth mentioning. Maybe the other colors don't have the same issue, but the solid black definitely have this problem. Overall, I'll stick with them for this summer, but may try something else next year.

I have mixed feelings about these slippers. On the plus side, they're extremely comfortable and provide excellent arch support, far more than any other slipper I have ever had. On the minus side, they're extremely expensive. Also, after about 6 months of use, the Velcro no longer held. And they can only be washed by hand, which really doesn't do the job.

This is my third pair of orthoheel slippers. I bought these for the warmer months. They were comfortable and gave me sufficient arch support. They are however, ridiculously clunky and cumbersome. The bottom of the slipper has a fabric bottom, which has since worn off and now catches more like a running shoe on my hardwood floors. I have also worn holes in the toes bed. They were great when they were new, however, after 9 months have not lasted as long as my previous orthoheel slippers.

These slippers do give me very good arch support and I am about to order my third pair. Why? Because the fabric on the footbed only holds up at most a year. I literally walk through the terrycloth fabric. Please improve the quality of the fabric used for these slippers and they will be perfect!

I am a Vionic junkie. I think I've bought every single style--some work like magic and others don't work on my feet. I've owned a pair of relax slippers for many years and figured it was time to get a new pair. I am sending these back, sadly. They seem to be a bit different than my old pair; the footbed seems a bit more narrow and the straps across the top of the foot feel like they are set farther back on the foot. The result is that it feels like my feet are coming out the front of the slipper and it's hard to walk. Vionic, did you change my slipper?

These slippers were a bit of a let down. I was excited to receive them based on others reviews, but I found that no matter how I moved the adjustable strap on the right slipper, the Velcro rubbed the top of my foot. It should only touch the other part of the Velcro but it was sewn on too far towards the edge. I am only able to wear them with socks. I should have returned but wore them thinking I could get it to stop rubbing but was not successful. They are comfy other than that and seem to have nice arch support.

Strap on right foot was slightly defective, sending back. I have sensitive feet and doubt these will be comfortable long term.

I bought this in my continuing search for something that feels good and would help my planters faciiatis. It is comfortable and has arch good arch support. I think it's overpriced for what it is, I wouldn't buy again, but I do wear it around the house and it's comfortable for the PF. I ordered a 6 based on reviews, but returned for a size 7 (my true size).

Reason I gave 3 stars overall was because the velcro wears out on them very quickly and won't stick together anymore. I have had to sew or pin them together. It if it wasn't for this I would have been very happy with the slipper. After you wear them they stretch & have to keep tightening the velcro & eventually you run out of ability to tighten them enough anymore.

Vionic/Orthaheel need to realize that women wear these slippers around the house to do just about anything that needs done around the house. They do & will get dirty, food drops on them when we are cooking, grease will splatter on them. Vionic/Orthaheel needs to know that women need the support these give, BUT THEY MUST BE MANUFACTURED IN SOME NEW WAY, THAT WILL ALLOW THEM TO BE ABLE TO BE THROWN IN THE WASHER, TO GET THEM CLEAN AGAIN..and the fabric must hold up well when washed...and it needs to be done soon, because mine are so worn, & dirty I'm ashamed to answer the door for anyone to see them. They are still functional support-wise, just dirty. I will not buy new slippers, just because they are dirty. Please hurry, orthaheel/vionic, & fix this problem, so I can buy more pairs that are finally WASHABLE.

Sturdy hard sole. Velcro is not strong And needs repeated readjustments. Arches are super high. It's not a comfortable walk In these slippers for me. I like firm but this is too firm. I wanted a little bit more cushion. I bought the shoes because I have plantar fasciitis and a bad right knee. The shoes are probably too firm for these problems. I wear 8 1/2 shoe so I ordered a size 9. I had to return the nines because they were huge. Reordered a size 8. That size was adequate. Returning them due to Velcro and too firm for my issues.

The material felt too slippery to be secure on my feet. Every step felt like the shoe was moving. But it wasn't.Very nicely adjustable.

I love the support but they wear out very quick for the price. The inside lining is going very quick -- I have had them a couple months. However, these are the only slippers that I can walk in because of my feet problems.

Mixed feelings. Bought these because having foot problems, partly due to always walking around on hardwood floor barefoot in the summer. They are structured to help improve posture. But they feel very clunky on my narrow feet - I end up curling my toys to try to keep them on, and they fall off a lot. I've kept them and use them some, but not ideal. (And afraid my review isn't as glowing as some others.)

These slippers provide excellent arch support for plantar fasciitis (which is why I needed them). My feet were killing me from wearing flat slippers around at home. However, they are really clunky - they're really heavy for slippers and the base is about an inch thick, half the time I forget to change into flip flops when heading out the door! So, there is no "slipping" or walking quietly, they really cause you to clomp along loudly. The material is really soft which is great. They run huge - I am normally a 10 and got a 9 which I have plenty of room in and could probably have used an 8. For such expensive slippers though, there really is a lot to them and are more substantial than a typical slipper which makes them worth the money.

These are great slippers if you wear them around the house a lot. The only thing that bothers me is that I bought the same slipper a couple years ago and they have changed the sole. I need a more supportive foot bed and rigid shoe because of a foot injury, and this new version is more flexible and in fact is really slippery on the bottom. It feels rubbery, but its a different tread than the earlier version. So overall it's a better slipper than most, but in comparison it's a lower quality than other slipper, so I keep wearing the old ones...
