Worst client Service. Fits large order with a 1'size less

Not the quality I was expecting. The leather is very thin and feels like fake. I think it's very thin leather with a fabric interior lining to make it appear thicker. The sole on one of the shoes squeaks very loud with every step I take.

I have been a loyal Cole Haan customer for years, but apparently will now need to find another shoe company. Penny Loafers DO NOT come with clunky, ugly orthopedic soles! Fire whichever designers and marketing GENIUSES came up with this idea!

Zero comfortable, Zero Recommendation

I bought this a few weeks ago and the left shoe has developed a loud noise. People can hear you coming down the hall. Great looking shoes comfortable shoes - poor quality and no warranty.

I love them shoes they loonso beautiful, except that they just couldn't fit me evev with the right size.

I'm getting many compliments on it as I should they're very very nice and it's a great looking show.

Your foot size have to be the exact measurement waiting for my exchange order but overall the style of the shoe is spectacular

Was sent a pair of display shoes. Had a handwritten price tag sticker on the bottom of the shoe.

The sole is a normally thick for a loafer. It's like a combot boot sole on a loafer.
