The leather bubbles up when it gets wet. Even just a few drops of rain caused the leather to bubble up. Not good quality leather

So beautiful. The burgundy and black rub off is so gorgeous. I normally wear a 12 in sneakers. I ordered an 11 in these and I have some pretty substantial heel slippage. I returned them and will be ordering a 10.5. Can't wait to get them. I just love the finish and they felt super comfy.

I got these for my nephew's wedding, lots of compliments from the attendees. Stylish, good quality and super comfortable. Two thumbs up.

Cole Haan is the future of dress shoes the classy look with a modern comfortable feel is unmatched by any shoe on the market. I've recently bought four different pairs over the last month of different kinds of Cole Haan shoes and I love them all. This is my first pair of dress loafers and they've instantly become my favorite shoes. I sometimes don't want to wear them because they're so beautiful I was pleasantly shocked, impressed, amazed, and surprised at how comfortable the midsole was. I assumed that it might've been a cheap plastic and that i was just paying for the name but they've constructed some type of spongey cushion with a durable plastic base that should allow the shoe to last for a long time so when I tell you that they know what they're doing I mean it. Take it from a Shoe Lover you will not go wrong purchasing this shoe. If I were you I would go a half size down, I'm a true 12 in sneakers but 11.5 does me right. Take a chance Fellas step your style up!

This is a nice, hip looking version of the classic penny loafer. I needed a softer shoe bc my foot started hurting. I stand at work all day and this is soft enough that my foot pain totally went away. The old version which has the hard bottom makes my foot hurt at this age. One big thing with this shoe is they run BIG. I'm typically always a size 10, but had to order a size 9 in this shoe. I've never been a size 9 since being a teen-ager. Also, unless you're big-foot, don't even think about ordering the wide size bc your foot will be swimming in it. I had to send the shoe back twice to get the right size, but the shoe looks cool and is comfortable, so it's worth it to me

First, this is a fine-looking shoe in the classic sense of North American traditional loafer. I ordered them in my size, but in a "wide" which is perfect in width, but for whatever reason, has made them too long to wear. Rather than return them, I took them to an old-fashioned cobbler who put an insert ...not in the heel, but under the liner of the toe. I can wear them comfortably now, but someone should re-examine the sizing in the 9.5/ M width.

I have purchased multiple Cole Haan size 8 shoes. Ordered this Men's American Classics Penny Loafer online and the shoe is at least 1/2 size too large. I should have gone to the store to make sure they fit right? Wouldn't have thought that necessary. Having worn them a couple of times, now I'm stuck with them. Looking good, but swimming feet.

Tight fit and I had to go 2 sizes below mine.

We'll made but a little wide ( I thought I messed up and order extra wides), a little stiff such that they don't stay on my heel ( I'm a perfect 10.5).

I ordered the same size that I always order 9.5 wide. They are much to large.

These shoes were a half size too big and I did not learn this until after the return period.

Amazing loafers. The look and color is amazing! Can dress them down or up.

Ran 1/2 size large. Always a 10 or 10 1/2. Went with the 9 1/2 based on reviews and fit perfectly. Looked at this in bulk/Burgundy for some time due to fit. The finish is almost patent leather like, but you can bring it down with polish if so inclined.

Sizing came true to size without socks. Order half size up if worried about pain during break in period. Mine fit me well and was quite comfy out of the box.

Greatest fit I've ever found in a nicer loafer. In my opinion, better than any designer loafer I've ever purchased. The sole is a perfect balance between lug and classic, with just enough height but not too flat. They are also very comfortable. You're able to dress them up with business casual and down with jeans or slacks.

Quality material and design of CH. Well worth the price sizing is perfect
