Great looing shoes. A little wide in the toe box area and arch support is just OK.

These shoe look great and the color was very natural. The problem was that they felt smaller and narrower than advertised. It is a brand thing. I have other shoes that are labeled the same size that fit great, and others the that I have to wear two pairs of socks to keep them from slipping. Order a half size bigger and they'll probably be alright. I made this suggestion to Zappos years ago and I'll make it again now. Zappos should come up with a set of Zappos standards that there suppliers could compare their sizes to. For example, a "Brand X" in size 10 medium would be a Zappos size 10 ½ wide. Once you knew your Zappos size you could always order the right size. I can't believe that free returns is a cheaper way to go.

I had already purchased a pair of these in black which I love, so I got these in Cognac to mix it up a bit. But these were much tighter in the toe box which warranted a retry in the same size. Love the shoe and hope the next pair is a bit more spacious.

This shoe is great. I really like the dressy yet casual look to them. They're comfortable enough to wear all day for work. I thought I saw somewhere that they ran small so I initially got an 11 when I usually wear 10.5 and they were huge so I exchanged for a 10 and they fit great.

The first pair I ordered were not fitting correctly, the left shoe toe box was to tight. The stitching seemed to have cut off part of the room. I contacted Zappos, and the immediately sent me another pair which are perfect. These fit true to size. Now the hard part, breaking them in. My suggestion is to break them in slowly, don't wear these all day at first or else it's blister city. Lots of compliments on this boots. Definitely a must buy.

Shoes are very stylish but run extremely large. I typically wear from 9 to 10 in most brands but had to exchange these for a size 8.

Nice boot. Comfortable right out of the box. The leather is soft and flexible. The finish scuffs more easily than expected, which could be a good thing or a bad thing depending on your style. I sized down a half size (from usual 10.5 to 10) for proper fit.

It is an awesome chukka in terms of style and comfort. Can it be improved upon? Certainly. The construction is not the most solid. After just a few times wearing it, I started to notice something that looked like thread coming out from between the sole and the upper. It's not the white stitching that goes around the boot, but something black and thin. So far, there's no indication that the sole is detaching from the boot, but only time will tell if there are practical consequences. The leather starts to show crease marks after the first wear, but that's not a problem for me since I like the worn look it is developing. Note that the leather in the back is REALLY stiff out of the box. After the first time wearing it, I got NASTY blisters on the back of my ankles. After the blisters healed, I went back to wearing the boots but only with a bit of protection (surgical tape) where the leather hit the spot that blistered. After two more days of use, I tried removing the tape and I got no more blisters. Low down: this spot needs some break in time to be comfortable. I'd still buy these boots again. In spite of these points, they are comfortable and they look great with jeans and khakis.

Can't beat this Chuka boot for the price. Great with jeans for that added style. Tri-layered/colored soles look cool and the leather is super soft. Interior lining is really comfortable and warm. I can walk forever in these shoes. Maybe the most comfortable I've ever had.

Unfortunately these we’re significantly longer, and narrower than expected.

Had a previous version of this shoe that i loved and fit me like a glove. This version may look even better, however like another person posted, my heel slips up with every step meaning blisters would be on the near horizon. Returning due to fit .

You must disclose the size discrepancy, especially if one wants to wear warm, thicker socks, way too narrow in medium or even wide sizes.

Right shoe fits good. Left shoe too small. When I put the two shoe heels together, The left shoe is definitely 1 size too short.

Good looking shoe. Runs a bit small for the width across the widest part of the foot even though I ordered W like I normally do.

Shoe is labeled wide but it is not - manufacturer's confirms that his shoe is not made in a wide size

These are perfectly serviceable shoes. The leather was not choice (already some scratches and scuffs), but after a quick condition and shine they look really sharp. I will probably get at least a year to 18 months of 2x weekly wear out of them, and for the price that seems reasonable to me. As a few other reviewers have stated, they are tight out of the box, but they'll stretch, and I'd rather have something too tight than too loose. Stitching is generally high-quality, and the overall style is neither plain nor flamboyant. Overall a solid pickup that will have a regular place in the rotation, and didn't break the bank.

I liked the look of these shoes, and they seem to be good quality, but they were too narrow and tight around the front half of my feet. The width was fine around the heel, so maybe they are just a little too pointy for my feet.

Beautiful leather. Great texture. Stylish line. A snug fit. Strangely, low toe room... the shoe brushed the tops of my toes. Went up a size, still tight on the top of my toes. Sad to return because they were very comfortable on the ankle... which can be a problem.

Good looking shoe. I’m a 13 or 14 EE typically. The 13 wide fit great. Wish it was more comfortable over time. Not enough arch support or sole cushioning to be usable for any length of time for me - although I’m 225lb, so take that for what it’s worth. If you value fashion over function, these might be for you.

Nice kicks, but even in the wide size my toes felt like they would lose circulation. It seems the toe box might be wide enough, but in no way tall enough. They had a bit of chemical reek to them as well.
