These shoes are definitely true to size and width. Very comfortable and easy to break in. Love them! Only issue was a shoelace. One of the shoelace ends were missing and it was frayed, so I couldn’t lace one boot up and had to buy new laces. They are also gray, which I did’t personally like. Still 5-Stars!!!

My son picked these out and they look great on him. He has narrow feet and so fortunately he didn't "swim" too much in these. We tried several other brands. Thanks Zappos for your great service.

I believe these are the most comfortable shoes right out of the box that I have ever worn. Part of that can be attributed to the width: EEE is offered and that's what I bought. My feet are only slightly wide but I have a rather high instep, so regular, or D width, sometimes doesn't fit well. These are perfect. Aside from the fit, these shoes look good in a variety of situations. They are a good-looking casual shoe that can dress up your jeans a lilttle compared to athletic-type shoes, and they don't look shabby with dressier casual pants, either. The leather is high quality, soft and smooth and has an attractive "crinkle" finish to it. So, comfortable, good-looking and versatile. I like them.

If you are thinking of getting these shoes I highly recommend. I a very happy with this purchase and when new ones are needed, I will go with these or another Steve Madden pair. They look classy and fit pretty well but take a little bit to get used to.

My husband bought these in two colors and loves them both. Very comfortable and good for dressy occasions when there is a lot of walking involved. They seem to be high quality shoes that he is happy with and the price was very reasonable.

I'm very happy with this shoe - comfortable and stylish, I get a lot of compliments for them. I purchased the Cognac shade, which pairs well with jeans for a casual or slightly dressed-up look. My one complaint is that they run a bit large; for example, I wear a size 13 comfortably for Adidas and 12 for Puma. With these, the size 12 is roomy, I think size 11.5 would have been optimal.

I am on my feet all day at work and in shows and these Chukka boots are very comfortable for a long day at the office or a night on the town. This is my second pair!! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a dress / casual boot that you can wear all day.

Very satisfied - they look great!! Fit perfectly - a little roomy but I have a high instep so they feel great. Leather is stiff but I can tell after wearing for a couple of hours they will wear in perfectly.

I got these shoes for my little brother, and he loved them! They were very comfortable. Couple of things to keep in mind: 1. these shoes run large against Steve Madden own size guide - downsized by one full size (got 9.5 instead of 10.5); 2. wear with socks - the top of the shoe may rub against your skin and cause blisters. Besides that, awesome quality and excellent look and feel for a great price!

These shoes are great! Very comfy and look great with a casual outfit or for work.

The sole on one of the shoes started coming apart within two weeks of first wearing the shoes. The rubber sole on one shoe appeared to be composed of multiple this sheets of rubber that were becoming "un-adhered" from each other. I reported it to Zappos and their response could not have been better - they replaced the shoes immediately. I'm having no problem with the new ones. It was likely a manufacturing defect on the one shoe. The shoes are very comfortable, fit well, and do not show a lot of scuffs. They did not take more than a couple wearings to break them in.

Great all around. Bought these over a year ago. They have held up great. The leather now has a very stylish distressed and comfortable look

I purchased these shoes for my son to wear to school. He is a freshman in high school. He loved them right out of the box. He said they are real comfortable. I will be purchasing the same ones when he out grows these.
