This is the worst gel Asice I’ve ever worn! And I’ve worn gel Asics for about 30 years now. Absolutely NO arch support. Hurts my back to walk in them.

I was really hoping that I could get back into Asics, but they are as narrow now as they were 25 years ago. Which is a bummer, because they are a great looking shoe.

I ordered 1/2 size larger and ordered a wide. They felt small and too tight. Returning.

I ordered 9.5 and was too big. 9.5 in Brooks fits. I guess my size depends on brand.

Have been wearing these for a couple of days now. My heel and arch are very sore. I average about 4 miles a day, these are just not going to work.

Didn't like these. Very narrow and tight with very little arch support. I typically where 8.5 and sometimes a 9 and always medium width. These were the smallest tightest 9M I've ever put on. Have to return.

I am replacing these after just 2 mos of wear. I walked on average 1 mile a day on asphalt. I am usually an asics fan but expect more longevity. They feel flat now and quit a bit too early for my liking.

I really liked the look if the shoe but they were painful to wear. I'm 9.5 wide and I have difficulties finding a shoe that works.

I own a half dozen pairs of Asics Gel Venture5,6, and 7. I love this shoe style, fit, the interesting color combinations (especially the multi color/variegated shoe laces). The insole is easy to remove for the insertion of my OTC insole. These shoes never wear out. I purchased this shoe in the blue/pink combo which is absolutely gorgeous. I immediately noticed there is less structured stability in the heel, and around the laces. My foot seemed to get lost so I compared the Asics design from the Gel 6 to this Gel 7 and noticed there is a difference, as well as the material components seem to be inferior i.e. flimsy.

Toe box way to small. I really wanted to love this but it was way to narrow for a wide fit

Disappointed and likely my last pair of Asics. These have zero arch support. I got these because my previous Asics were supportive and great for work (I'm on my feet all day). My previous pair were comfortable enough that I'd keep them on to go for a walk after work. These don't compare at all. I can slip a pair of orthotics in, but then the heel doesn't feel secure. Unhappy.

I have worn Asics for years. Usually I love the arch support. However, this shoes does not enough support for me.

I have worn the Gel-Venture ASICS for several years now so didn't hesitate to buy the new ones - but unfortunately they are no longer the great shoe they used to be. It is obvious they have lowered the quality of materials and are skimping on details. The heel is now a full half inch lower so now when I start the walk, my heel slips right out. I included a pic of the new shoe on the left and my current Gel-Venture 6 shoe on the right. I see that other customers have had the same issue on their reviews. The cushion inside is too think to lower the heel and still have the shoe fit. Also the plastic pieces added to the sides restrict my toes and rubbed against my little toe. I am so disappointed ASICS. I like the look of the shoe, but I need it to fit correctly! I will be on the hunt for a new walking shoe brand now.

I had to return this shoe. It was just wasn't made to fit my feet. The material was hard.

Problem with this shoe is it is about a 1/2 size smaller than it says. I've been buying Asics for years now as they are my favorite with the great Gel support that I need for jogging. Unfortunately I didn't realize that I couldn't get by with the smaller fit until I went out jogging with them down the street... Ughh. I guess I'll just wear them for errands & walking then.

I ordered this shoe in my normal size and it was so small I ordered 1/2 size up. I wore them and wore them but felt zero (or less than zero if that's possible) support that resulted in horrible lower back pain. The red color is awesome and I love the look of the shoe, but for me, it didn't work.

These did not work for me. I found them to be incredibly uncomfortable and too stiff for running on my elliptical machine. They are made like a trail runner, so if that’s what you need, these are right up your alley.

Ordered a 8 W and they were smaller and narrower than expected. Returning them.

I have no clue why these reviews are raving about these shoes. They are very blah. I bought these for the "arch support" and serious comfort everyone was mentioning. My intent was to use them on a vacation during which we intend to do a tone of walking and trekking. The arch support is crap. If you need shoes with good arch support, don't waste your time with these. The arch support didn't even come up to the highest point of my arch, so my feet would be dying in these if I had to do a lot of walking in them. No clue why several reviews specifically reference "good arch support." The overall comfort of the shoe is also just very unimpressive and the look is very cheap and frumpy. I'll be returning and purchasing a much higher quality.

The fit and siz were fine but the shoe is hard and stiff and quite ugly to my view. Returning them.
