I have been running in Gel-Kayano's for as long as you have made them. I buy three pairs a year. For the first time, I bought a pair from you directly because the two running stores near me, where I usually shop, could not get me a pair of black 29's. For the FIRST, time I had a problem. The shoes squeak. When I called your Customer Service Department, they showed no interest in helping me. It is the last pair I will buy!

It made my ankles hurting They are good for daily walks but not for work I work 12 hr a day on my foot

Ordered extra wide and still very narrow. Not very comfortable compared to my Hoka's really disappointed, leaves my feet hurting by the end of my 12 hr shift

start getting blisters while using for road running

I need to exchange this shoes, my right toe is hurting after walking and running. Been a kayano user for over 10 years

I have 9.5 size. The previous pairs were great (27/28) but 29 is small...maybe they changed the size. I am extremely disappointed

The Honeycomb heel kills my feet. After more than an hour of wear, the heel in these last two kayanos are the worst. Please go back to Full and Proper Gel. I've unfortunately replaced Asics with Hokas now. I'd rather Asics...

bought them while in the US. Threw away the box to fit them in my luggage. When I got home and compared them to my previous Kayanos these were half size smaller and unfortunately did not fit me. I tried to replace them but was told by customer services that this cannot be done without a box. Ok it was my mistake when selecting the size but return policy could be more flexible for the sake of just a carboard box...

It has become very narrow and snug compared to kayano 28. I used kayano 28 2e and now kayano 29 2e. The 29 is very snug and no room near toes.

Too narrow even though I ordered extra wide. ASICS is short changing customers by using cheap materials. This is the last pair I will buy.

Really hard to put on & uncomfortable. Returned them.... and I've 5 other pairs of Asics

One week use the the bottom rubber already ripped on the corner side. Poor quality!

Different to walk in and can cause your ankles to hurt. They are also uncomfortable. Would return them if possible.
