I love the Vera ditty bags. We use them when traveling. Before kids I had one, now we have 3. The old ditty bag did seem like it was of better quality; the inner lining was a bit thicker. I still love the bags though.

I would like to keep its shape , is there an accessory that compliments the ditty bag?

I would classify this as a product not essential to own but nice for gift giving. Or if you like a pattern and just want a sampling of it to keep, consider getting it in this accessory item. I gave this purchase to my daughter-in-law who with a toddler would find multiple uses for it. Quality assessment: I had a ditty bag from a few years back and comparing it with the Iconic, there are pros and cons. Con, it feels less substantial, either the fabric or plastic liner is thinner. Pro: with the corded drawstrings, it can be carried backpack style.

bought this so i have something to put laundry in when going on a day or two's trip. planning on buying another for larger shower necessities.

From the picture on line I expected it to have a hard bottom. was disappointed that it did not.. Will definetly affect how it can be used.

This bag is a great size for irregularly shaped items. The pull string is a little difficult to pull snuggly closed. Overall very pleased!

I love the ditty bag! I have 5, and have given several as gifts (which have been VERY well-received!). While I do like some of the new patterns, I don't like the fact that there is no contrasting stripe around the bottom of the bag. :-( In fact, many of the newer items (beginning around Spring or Summer 2016) no longer have a contrasting trim. I, for one, really miss it. I think that it really made the items look great.

I like this bag. I don't think that there's as much room in it as I was hoping for though. I still use it and I'm happy with it.

My amazing aunt bought me this bag to use for gym at school. I was in my swimming unit,and my towel (also from VB), goggles, swimsuit, and gym clothes all fit with little hassle. I think it is a very convenient size and I like the waterproof plastic liner inside. One suggestion is that I sort of wish it had 2 straps instead of one, because its kind of bulky whens its full and its awkward to carry it on one shoulder, but other than that its great!

Love the ditty bag! At first I was apprehensive of buying it because I did not know what I would use it for, but I soon found out, the functions are endless. In the month I've had this, I have used it to separate clean and dirty clothes in my suitcase, a boat bag with my flip flops, book, sunglasses, sunscreen and swimsuit/change of clothes, and a shoe bag for a dance class. I love the versatility of this bag, and I can see many more uses for this bag!

I wanted one of these for a long time. I was not expecting it to be so large! These would be handy for mom's who use cloth diapers. I am planning to use it to carry food/lunch/snacks/drinks in my purse. Now that I see it, I see it will have to be a tote! Looks like it'll hold up and I love that I can wash it.

This is a smaller bag for someone who doesn't carry very much. It's plastic liner makes it great for wet things, bathing suits, towels, etc.

I really like this bag! I use it for swimming at the pool and it holds all my gear great! The only thing is, is that with the chlorine is that it's fading some!

Purchased for summer trips to the pool. I like the bag but have not had the opportunity to use it. Vera quality is always good at he very least in my past experience so I doubt I will be disappointed.

I probably did not understand what I was ordering. I am not sure what I will or can do with it. It is water resistant on the inside but not big enough for a real beach or pool bag. I think I was really hoping for a small purse with the drawstring pulls on both sides.. The style is cute. The leather purses don't work for me, I need a light weight purse due to back problems and thus I have several Vera bags. The Ditty Bags will probably end up with my great-granddaughters. I am starting them early as Veragirls.

This is not a good laundry bag. It will NOT hold an adult size pair of jeans, etc. I'm surprised so many reviews had people trying to use it as a laundry bag. If people want to use it as a laundry bag, then it would be for smaller items like children's clothes, an adult bra, panties, socks but not much else. I would suggest a mesh bag for your laundry instead. If people are using it to tote beach towels then it won't leave much space for anything else. This is great to carry your personal items to a shower in a dorm, shower in a campsite and smaller items to the beach. I would not try to use it as a purse due to the drawstring cord it would be uncomfortable. If you want to use it as a tote for the beach and need to bring your beach towels buy a larger tote instead.

I bought the Ditty Bags to give as gifts for my three grand daughters. Have not given them as yet. I do hope the like and find them useful. I would if I was in college.

Great fabric (no cushion) bag for temporarily holding last minute items such as a change of clothes, socks, swimsuit, kid's toys,....well, just those odds and ends. The vibrant colors make the bag easy to locate. I ordered it on a whim and I was pleasantly surprised at the versatility.

Love this bag! Great size and use it for projects, shopping, outings and just normal life!!

I bought this Ditty Bag in Indigo Pop. I used it to put all of my toiletries in for a recent trip I took. It was a little smaller than I had anticipated. I fit everything I needed to in the bag, but it was stuffed to the brim. The top wouldn't cinch close because I had so many things in it. I will try to rearrange things better next time. It was still a very functional bag and I would recommend it for anyone!

I love these ditty bags. I own two. I use them when traveling to carry frequently used items in style. The bag is reinforced at the bottom with a plastic lining. The fabric of the ditty bag is not quilted. My daughter (10) uses the ditty bags for her dolls.

You can't be satisfied with only one of these bags. I will start collecting these because there are so many uses for them.

I like this bag a lot. It absolutely is versatile. Right now, I use mine as a lunch bag for work. It's easy to clean and light weight. The bag fits a good amount of items as well. My only criticism is the handle. The only way to carry it is by the drawstring or hold the top of it. I think this is a bit awkward. I wish it had more of a real handle or a strap.
