i bring this bag to school (not as my book sack) and its perfect! it will fit snacks, water, my wallet, pen and paper, clothes for after school sports and anythng else i need. i luv this and its in the pattern java blue (which isnt sold in newer bags) and the designs is cute! when u first get it it will look flat but will turn puffy after u use it. but in the future i will get the emma in english meadow. its the same but has a handle, even if they dont have the emma in older patterns

You can take the Ditty Bag to hold beach swimsuits or snacks! Or to take hair accsessories and makeup! I LOVE THIS BAG!

This bag is terrific for using in my daughters' athletic bags. From cheerleading to soccer to volleyball, it keeps the things that tend to get smelly in their own bag...shoes, shinguards, kneepads, and keeps the rest of the bags' contents clean & smelling great!! We love this bag!!

I use my Ditty bag not only to carry all my goodies around, I use it as a vase! I place a large cylinder glass vase inside my Ditty, add a little water, flowers, cinch it at the top and whalla!! Cute as pie!

This bag cana fit all my gym clothes and shoes that i have to say are pretty big!

The lined interior means the yarn 'moves' while you're knitting. Small enough to stuff into a larger bag, but big enough to hold yarn and supplies for most small-medium projects. While traveling on an airplane, you can hook the handle on the seat-back tray holder and the ditty bag will dangle nicely in front of you while you knit the flight away. You can also close the car glove-box over the handle to knit in the car on long trips.

I actually owned an earlier version of the Ditty Bag, which was not lined, and used it all through college. It was great for carrying personal items to the showers in the dorms! I recently picked up a new Ditty Bag in Boysenberry. Love it even more! It's great to carry home wet swimsuits from the pool. I've even used it to carry my son's wet shoes, from playing in the snow. It's so simple to wipe out any dirt or water.

the ditty bag is great for going to the pool because you can put your wet bathing suit in it because of the water proof lining. It's also great for sleepovers because it's the perfect size for everything you would need. I get these for all my friends for their birthdays because of the great price and I own two. I 1st purchased this bag for my kid's swimming lessons, it worked great for their wet suits after class. Then, I purchased another to use as my lunch bag, it holds everything from leftovers to small frozen meals and is so easy to wash. I also gave one to my sister in law for their new baby, she keeps it in the diaper bag for messy clothes, bibs, etc, A very useful item!!!!!

I just received my ditty bag a few days ago and I love it! I ordered it to use for my gym items and its perfect. I throw all my stuff in there, close it up, and just go. Its big enough to carry my towel, cell, body splash, wallet, keys, and tech case (also Vera Bradley) with my iPod. Its a great size and the plastic inside makes it great for cleaning!!

I love the concept of having a cute laundry bag. Its so hard to find something cute to put my dirty clothes in. Waaaaayyyy better than using an old plastic bag. THANKS Vera Bradley! All your stuff is sooo cute, and works great.

I originally bought this bag as a cute lunch box....Then I discovered it is also perfect for travel with a great height to keep larger bottles of hairspray and shampoo. The waterproof lining also keeps anything from getting on clothes! With it's soft sides and bottom, it molds itself very well into what ever space needed. Yet another fabulous product....I've yet to find a product that isn't amazing and very versatile.

I have a Ditty Bag in Peacock and I have used it for nearly everything. It folds up small, I usually roll it up. I have put it in my beach bag to carry home wet bathing suits, towel or shoes. I have taken it to the gym and put my exercise clothes in it. I have used it for a lunch bag at work. It makes a great little shopping bag for refrigerated items. I have not had any trouble with the interior plastic leaking or tearing.

The bag is great for just about everything. In the winter I use one for carrying my shoes to work and magazines.

When I ordered my first ditty bag, I wasn't quite sure how or when I would use it. Then summer arrived and it became a real staple. I first purchased this bag just because I thought it was cute (what VB product isn't?). I then started attending water excercise classes and found this to be indespensible. It is just the right size for my wet swimsuit. The liner keeps everything else in my bag from getting all wet. I no longer have to try and wrap my wet suit in my huge towel. Since then I have come back for several more. I keep one in my overnight bag and my suitcase so I will never be without my ditty!

Out of every VB product I own, this is, BY FAR, the most functional piece. You can buy a stylish and practical purse or duffel bag anywhere, but the ditty bag is THE perfect blend of the two. After receiving it as a graduation gift, I immediately put it to use taking it to the water park, on camping trips, and even on my kayak! Since I'm in school right now, this bag is used daily for my shower supplies after the gym. After a workout, it has enough room to fit all of my shower stuff PLUS my wet towel and sweaty clothes while still being small enough to fit inside my gym bag or backpack!! The drawstring is smooth to open and close and can tie shut in a snap. The best part is that it has NEVER leaked. I've had this bag for five years now and hope it continues to impress!!

I use my ditty bag for lunch. It is not a cooler so don't use it as a lunch bag unless you don't need to keep the food cold. Its a great bag for at the office where there is a fridge. No one touches it since it is obviously mine. When in graduate school, I loaded it up with snacks for class (really loaded when I was pregnant) and put it into my big Vera. Perfect! I never thought to use it for wet bathing suits at the pool. Time to buy another one

the ditty bag isnt my frist VB bag... its probably my hundredth! i ordered it for Christmas and my grandma paid for it. I use it but basketball and i love it! i cant just fit my shoes and kneepads

I've used my first Ditty Bag for years. It is great for keeping smaller items separate in luggage. I've used it for wet a bathing suit and for small laundry while traveling. I've had my original Ditty bag for about 8 years and have recently ordered a new one, as the plastic lining eventually tore. No problem, I still use it for holding my socks a camping trip or in luggage. Works great for a knitting project too!

I love this bag! It's great for traveling with hair products because it is tall enough for them to fit and it is lined so you don't have to worry as much about bottles leaking! It also doubles as a good bag to carry damp swimsuits!
