This is one of the most comfortable pair of pants I've ever worn. They are very versatile and look like a good pair of pants with the comfort of sweatpants. Very light weight but seem durable with the use I've done so far. Another feature I like is that they are form fitting but not too tight and allow for good movement. Overall this is a solid pair of pants and wouldn't be surprised if I bought another pair sometime soon!

Okay, so given the times, I haven't had a chance to travel in these pants, but I have been wearing them for 5 days straight. They are light, stretchy, comfortable, and hold their form very well.
Sizing - I'm a stocky guy, 5'-6" and about 195lbs, you will NEVER catch me in a pair of skinny pants. I reached out to customer service for advice on sizing and was encouraged to get the 38" (I typically wear 36"-38" pants). The 38" was way too big. When I say way too big I mean easily 4"-5" too big. Assuming this was likely a defective pair, I returned and got a 36". These fit great. Super comfortable around the waist and haven't stretched too much that I need a belt. The length, well, they're a bit long, but nothing a roll or two can't fix. They have relaxed a little since I've been wearing them, but just enough to make them even more comfortable.
Comfort - These pants are light. I live in California and the weather is heating up. I've been living in these pants and have yet to feel too warm. These pants are very stretchy, but you couldn't tell just by looking at them. They're so stretchy, they make me want to move around and sit in positions I normally wouldn't because, well, why not?
Durability - Like I said, I've been at home. No issues to note.
Style - These pants are walking a thin line. They kind of have a "tech" look, but these can easily be warn in a bunch of different scenarios. Hiking, travel, trips to the bar, casual dinners, heck, you could even put these on with a button down shirt, a jacket, some decent shoes, and be fine in a nicer restaurant. They're extremely versatile and the darker color I got can easily be paired with most of my clothing. With that note I will say the color is a bit darker than expected. I ordered and received the Charcoal colored Evolution. It's dark.. closing in on black, but they look nice.
Customer Service - I'm a sucker for customer service. I have exchanged emails with multiple customer service reps and even one of the founders. They are very quick to respond, will walk you through questions if you have any, and the product exchange process is very easy.
Here's the deal, if you're on the fence just do it. You're going to get a quality product backed by a company that clearly values their customers and provides excellent service. I'll be checking out other Western Rise products for sure.

The evolution pants are everything I hoped they would be, lightweight and extremely comfortable! Although it has to be said that they are a bit pricey. But I will most likely buy more pairs!

These are some wonderful warm weather WFH pants. I highly recommend them for the best all-around warm weather plants. Needs more colors and hem options.

From the moment I wore these pants for the first time, I knew they were something special. Never have I been a wear the same pair of pants/jeans every daytype of person. I've never found anything that could look good day in and day out, is weatherproof, and was this comfortable. But I find myself wearing these things almost everyday since I bought them.
So here's the breakdown if you're on the fence: They're incredibly versatile (probably the most versatile I've ever come across). They breathe very well making them great for warm weather. The material is so light and flexible that they pack incredibly well. I can literally fit almost 3 of these pants for every 1 pair of jeans, so they save a ton of packing space and weight. They're water resistant. The only real complaint I have is sizing. For travel I suggest you pick you true size, as the fit it slight baggier so it's way more comfortable to travel in. I also have a pair that I sized down (which based on the specs was actually my true waist size), if you want the fit to be more skinny/slim you can do this although I imagine some people will find it too small. The only problem with sizing down is that it fits perfectly at your waist, which means it's really tight if you want to tuck a shirt. I also don't recommend traveling in pairs you size down in. If you want some pants that're slimmer cut/more modern cut, and have a slight softer material and you can easily tuck shirts into, I highly recommend the Diversion pants. I have a couple pairs of those for work and specifically for meeting days where I have to see clients or date nights. I love them as well. But If you are on a budget or only had to choose one, I actually find the Evolution pants to be more comfortable in general as I find the light material, breathability, and slightly baggier cut is just more comfy than having slightly softer material. Other than having to play with your sizing a bit to find the fit you like, I just can't find a fault with these pants. Bring on odd sizes and more colors and they may be the G.O.A.T.

Good fit. Excellent comfort and wearability. My hope was to be able to replace the comfort of a sweat pant, but with the appearance of a "business casual" pant - and these absolutely fit that bill. Thanks WR!

I use them for work and outdoor activities. They are the perfect blend of fashion and function, while being very comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a pant they can wear to work, out on the town, and outdoors.

I have long had an interest (obsession?) with searching out the ultimate pair of do-it-all pants, and have devoted considerable time and paychecks in that pursuit. With the recent arrival of my Evolution pants, I've taken a great leap forward. Excellent build quality, stylish, and comfortable, these may be the ultimate pair (at least until Western Rise comes out with their new line). Although I haven't worn them out in the real rough stuff yet, I'm confident that they'll stand up to any ill-conceived stunts I might subject them to.
Also worth noting: the customer service at WR is excellent. Very responsive to inquiries, fast shipping, and a great return policy, should you need that. Highly recommend.

I am really enjoying the Evolution pants I've purchase. Stylish, with stretchy comfort, a perfect iPhone pocket, and its wrinkle and stain-free. Immediately my favorite pants. One suggestion - please put a zippered pocket inside the left front pocket - I carry my wallet and valuables in my front pockets. Thanks!

I've only worn these pants once so far, but they are super comfy! I noticed this particularly while sitting watching a movie (#socialdistancing) and they stretched beautifully in all the right places. The fabric is very light and is definitely more suited to warmer temps, so I think I will get a pair of the AT Slim pants as I understand those to have a slightly thicker fabric that is better for Spring and Fall temperatures. If I don't cuff them once they are just slightly to long but really not by much.

These pants fit as if I spent to a tailor. The material is wrinkle resistant and water/beer (for example) just beads up and runs off. These pants are great for the office, date night, travel (that's how I use them) and just about ant other use you can think of.

I tried the AT slim and the diversion pants too but the evolution were the best pant for me. I like the lighter/thinner material and slightly more relaxed fit compared to the other two. I would say the Diversion were the softest and flexible, but a little snug for my liking (but looked sharp). The AT slims felt more substantial and tougher (seems like they could take a beating) and the evolution were a blend of lighter yet sturdy material and more wiggle room for my legs.

So I was just looking for a pant that could do everything, winter or summer, travel or lounging. And this does it! Perfect for everything and it does repel water, first thing I tried!

Looks good enough to take to work, but comfortable enough to use while working from home. The material feels durable, but pretty soft. Amazing pair of pants so far

I bought these for casual evenings out. They look great w/a polo (untucked) and some Jack Purcells.
They are comfortable and move easily with you when you are walking or just hanging out at the pub.
They are a little expensive for what they are but if they hold up they will be worth it
